Late in the evening, we were harassed in a threatening manner by a group of drunk young men who were clearly looking for a fight. Despite this, they were still served even though they could barely stand. We felt completely unsafe, and our evening was ruined. It's a shame, because the place could be pleasant with a minimum level of security.

10/06/2026: Order placed via the app: 2 children's meals and 1 World Cup meal. Despite the price charged, the children's books and toys weren't in the bag, nor was the World Cup cup, and this isn't the first time this has happened. It's impossible to reach them by phone to file a complaint.

05/06/2026: Tonight it's a low-food menu. Over a 40-minute wait even though the place isn't full. No display to track my order, so it's starting to get stressful... Have they forgotten about me? Luckily the waiter is friendly... No ice cream offered, but then again, it might have melted anyway...

08/04/2026: Exorbitant price compared to the overall quality (food + setting). The food was really bad, soggy, probably microwaved (and that was the "royal" fish and chips!). The setting was barely clean and really run-down! Luckily the service was friendly...

22/03/2026: How sad to see amateurs trying to pass themselves off as restaurateurs. Stale bread (maybe even two days old), supermarket-quality soup, and a tiny chicken cutlet straight from the freezer. Not to mention the €17 burger and the €22 royal chips, which were far from satisfactory. And then there was the dust, the marks on the cutlery, and the high chair. In short, very disappointed; the value for money is terrible. Perhaps a career change would be a service to the community.

14/06/2026: Hello, honestly, the McDonald's isn't even clean. If you want to eat outside, there's pigeon droppings everywhere. They complain when you ask them to clean, and they forgot half the order. I don't recommend it. I only ordered two meals: a hamburger, fries, a drink, and ice cream, plus two curry sauces and three deluxe sauces (all in pairs). They forgot one hamburger, both drinks, the ice cream, and the sauces. After that, I'm not even surprised anymore... In short, I strongly advise against going there. Plus, they're unpleasant, the tables aren't even cleaned, and the toilets... don't even get me started on the smell; they must have been there for three months.

I was served a small one… I asked about it, and they curtly replied that it was the portion size!!! A third of the product was missing. A complete scandal, both in terms of the quantity of product and the disastrous service.

The burger was then handled by three employees with their bare hands, one of whom was very aggressive in his speech and behavior. They went to get the manager, but instead of clarifying the situation or apologizing, they gave me the same burger, claiming it was chicken, even though it clearly tasted like fish. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time, I ordered a regular McChicken and received a spicy burger. The staff refused to help me until they tasted the burger themselves and realized I was right. They only changed it after that, without even apologizing. On top of that, I had fries with cheddar cheese and no fork or utensil to eat them properly. I'm very disappointed with the service, the lack of respect for customers, and the staff's behavior.

08/04/2026: Great location for sunset. The wine was expensive for a box and not very good. Like the rest of the trendy neighborhood… students can afford to buy drinks (coffee, tea, etc.) at exorbitant prices.

03/05/2026: Extremely slow service. Only one person was handing out trays sporadically on Sunday lunchtimes, at 1 PM on this major road, after a holiday rush... a 45-minute wait after ordering. Last time I'll stop at this McDonald's, and even then only because I complained. Most people waited 30-45 minutes.
