10/07/2026: A classic, unsurprising McDonald's. It probably lacks competition.

08/07/2026: We ordered a €93 order for click and collect this evening to save time. We waited 40 minutes, and the only person I could correct was the delivery guy, who wasn't at fault at all. The managers could maybe get their act together or reorganize their team because, for an order of almost €100, it's ridiculous in a fast food restaurant. Having been to quite a few McDonald's in Brittany, the one in Pontivy is the worst! I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

03/07/2026: I'm disappointed to have to leave such a review, very disappointed with my experience at Cool Kids in Cannes. A waitress asked us to leave because we had a Coke, which we accepted without argument. However, after I had finished my drink, she came back to speak to us very aggressively, saying she wouldn't repeat herself (I reiterate, I had finished my drink) and that we had to leave immediately. We remained polite and respectful throughout the entire exchange. I understand that there are rules, which we did respect, but there's a way to speak to customers. What a shame.

03/07/2026: I usually really enjoy going to Emilie and the Cool Kids in Cannes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and it's a place I like to stop for a snack. However, today's experience was truly disappointing. My friend had simply ordered a Coke, and an employee came over to tell us that if we ordered a drink not purchased there, we would have to leave. So we quickly finished our drinks and had settled down when she came back, speaking aggressively to us and demanding we leave. We remained polite and respectful throughout the entire exchange. I understand that there are rules regarding drinks and table occupancy, but there's a way to speak to customers. It's a shame, because it completely ruined a moment at an establishment I had previously enjoyed. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve the quality of service and the way customers are treated.

27/07/2026: The wait was very long despite there being few customers (only one person waiting). The manager refused to remake the sandwich, claiming it had just been made. The sandwich was cold, but the fries were edible on their own. There was no table service; I had to go and get it from the counter. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

19/07/2026: It's just your typical McDonald's, perfectly fine for a quick bite at 2 a.m. However, I can understand the other reviews. The location isn't the best, and the staff unfortunately seems quite unenthusiastic. They barely look at you, and your questions are usually just answered with a curt "yes" or "no."

05/06/2026: A huge thank you to the entire McDonald's team, and especially to Estelle, for the excellent service. Our order was quick, hot, and served with a smile. We accidentally spilled a drink and, honestly, we felt really guilty. But Estelle was exemplary: she reassured us immediately, took care of it without delay, and even invited us to go to the counter so we could get a free replacement. A simple gesture, but one that demonstrates a true sense of service and genuine kindness. One of her colleagues also came to help, very professional and responsive, even though we don't know his name. Their efficiency and positive attitude deserve to be highlighted. Well done to both of them: thanks to people like Estelle and her colleague, we left with a smile and the desire to return.

04/05/2026: The place to be in Valletta for a wonderful lunch and afternoon on the terrace after a morning of skiing. The staff is fantastic and the location is excellent, all at reasonable prices (for a mountain resort).

15/04/2026: I decided to try it after seeing some great suggestions on their Facebook page. It was a weeknight, there weren't many people there, and my savory taco was burnt to a crisp, without any sauce. You can fool a thousand people, but not the same person a thousand times. Once is enough.

14/07/2026: Getting worse and worse... I placed my order for click and collect. I arrived at the parking lot and saw a group of five sit down at a table and be served less than five minutes later. I waited 23 minutes for my order. What's more, a McFlurry Kit Kat without a Kit Kat. A cheeseburger without cheese. And that doesn't even include the number of calls we had to make because items were missing from our order. This McDonald's has hit rock bottom, and it's still digging.

19/07/2026: Honestly, the staff on Sunday were fantastic, smiling, very polite, and attentive. Sitting on the lovely terrace, enjoying a delicious sandwich, was a real pleasure.

18/07/2026: The service was slow and poor. Guacamole was missing from both our sandwiches, despite it being explicitly stated in our order. Charging an extra €2.30 is outrageous.

27/04/2026: One of the worst kebab experiences I've ever had. The quality is clearly catastrophic, and you can tell from the first bite. The staff were serving without gloves, and they even had hair in the kebab. The meat tasted questionable, the bread was frankly awful, and the fries were simply inedible, with a nauseating smell of old oil. It really feels like nothing is done to guarantee even a minimum level of quality. How can such an establishment still be open with such deplorable hygiene? Not to mention the owner, who is particularly unpleasant. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of much better places. Don't waste your money here; you risk getting sick like my wife and I did.

05/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! This has become the worst kebab shop in St. Quentin! The meat is far too greasy, the fries are soggy, it looks like everything was reheated in the microwave. We asked for extras (cheese or sauce on the fries because there wasn't any) and they were forgotten... truly MEDIOCRE

08/07/2026: I've ordered from this McDonald's several times. Between cold orders and vegetarian options not being respected, nothing is right. And the salad in the wraps is rotten. Wonderful for a €60 order.
