21/01/2026: Our 4th visit in the last year. Large well crafted menu. Almost always room for larger groups. Great location. A go to near Gallery Lafayette. BUT the waiters are often Rude and Dismissive

06/04/2026: I ordered the 280 raclette sandwich, but I'm still looking for the raclette cheese. Also, the inside trash cans were overflowing to the point that people weren't emptying them anymore (there was no more room in the bins), even though there were very few people there, and we had to wait a long time. Personally, I won't be going back to that McDonald's.

30/03/2026: The burger was assembled carelessly, and the service was incredibly slow—it doesn't make sense. And don't even get me started on the forgotten or incorrect orders at the drive-thru! Disappointing for a fast-food restaurant that's supposedly become a slow-food establishment. And the quality is declining!

31/03/2026: 9:30 PM, no one at the self-service kiosks, 5 customers in the restaurant. 20-minute wait, cold burgers, cold nuggets, cold fries, no sauce for the fries even though I ordered it, no napkins... avoid at all costs. I've never had a 280 so cold and so bad in the restaurant. Even driving 30 minutes home to a decent McDonald's drive-thru, the burgers were less cold.

29/03/2026: The service at the drive-thru was disastrous; don't hesitate to warn the customer if they're giving you trouble, it'll speed things up.

03/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice and, unfortunately, I've dealt with the same employee each time, who was particularly unpleasant. On my last visit, she spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner, especially when paying, when she asked me a question about my card without taking the time to explain properly. Despite my apology and respectful attitude, she continued to be cold and rude, even going so far as to abruptly remove the payment terminal without a kind word. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression of the establishment. A minimum of respect and courtesy towards customers would be truly appreciated.

25/03/2026: Honestly, I've never been so disappointed by a Subway. I've tried tons of them, I love the concept, but this "Quiet Hour" one... it's a disgrace. The sandwich was dry, practically empty, with no real filling, and you're still looking for the toppings. At this point, you might as well eat stale bread or sand; at least you'd know what to expect. Paying for this is just absurd. The service is just like everything else: cold, unfriendly, and completely opaque about the prices. It's impossible to get a straight answer; they confuse you until they push you to order something you didn't even want. It's frankly a pretty bad practice. And then there's the kicker: no restrooms. Seriously? It's 2026, you're serving food on-site, and you can't even provide toilets? This is unacceptable, disrespectful, and clearly unworthy of a business like this. I came to "L'Heure Tranquille" to find peace and quiet… I left angry, frustrated, and feeling ripped off. A disastrous experience from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.

16/03/2026: I placed a €40 order today. They forgot the deluxe sauces, they forgot the ice cream, and there were no napkins. I won't be back.

11/03/2026: Good Service Good Service. A great place where you can buy almost anything. We were here with the kids, and they also found everything they needed. I highly recommend visiting this place; you won't be disappointed. There's even a play area.

27/03/2026: August 2025: The restaurant is in a deplorable state. Everything is torn up, it's filthy, and the toilets are shameful. I worked at a McDonald's over 20 years ago, so I know the hygiene rules and other requirements. I'm surprised this restaurant hasn't changed. My last experience was on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the drive-thru on the way home from vacation. We thought, "Let's try the drive-thru so we don't have to cook when we get home..." The staff were pleasant, but the wait was incredibly long... and the fries weren't even cooked, they were practically raw. So, when we got home, we air-fried them to avoid eating raw food. A Diet Coke and a regular Coke were available, with no way to tell them apart, but they were both equally flat. Never again will I go to this restaurant. Unfortunately, that's what it's called...

25/03/2026: The toilets are in a deplorable state. There's never any soap, and the roll is left outside the dispenser. The kitchen staff use the same toilets; how are they supposed to wash their hands?!

05/04/2026: Living just a kilometer away, we've been to this establishment several times over the past two years. Unfortunately, I can't recall a single truly satisfactory experience: order mistakes, unfriendly staff, cold meals... But yesterday's experience surpassed all others. It was around 3 p.m. when we arrived at the drive-thru. We were the only car, yet we waited 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. We then moved to the next bay, thinking there might be a technical problem. A window was open, several employees were looking at us, but no one came over. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we moved to the last bay. An employee finally asked us what we were doing there. We explained that we had been waiting for 25 minutes without anyone taking our order. One of his colleagues intervened and asked us to turn back, explaining that the person in charge of the drive-thru had muted their microphone… So we returned to the previous kiosk and finally placed our order: a vanilla milkshake and a coffee milkshake. Five minutes later, an employee asked us again what we had ordered… Then, after several more minutes of waiting, our order was finally handed to us. And it was just as we were about to leave that we were told, almost nonchalantly: “By the way, we were out of coffee, so I gave you two vanilla milkshakes.” Thinking it was a joke, I asked if it was. The reply: “No. Goodbye.” I was speechless. It’s the first time I’ve ever paid for something I didn’t even order, without any explanation or solution offered. I’m unfortunately at a loss for words to describe this establishment.

04/04/2026: Wrong order at the drive-thru, so I had to turn around to change it, and not even a small compensation...

30/03/2026: The manager was very unpleasant during our visit on March 29, 2026. The sandwich was cold. The Coke had no flavor indicator between Cherry and Zero. Three sandwiches were missing, and we had to insist on getting them back for our €93 order. She rubbed her nose and eyes without washing her hands and told us, "If you're not happy, go somewhere else." Only two out of six self-service kiosks were working, and we were served 26 minutes later by the time the ice cream had melted. Furthermore, she was rude to the other employees. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs!

27/03/2026: For a McDonald's, it's quite clean and well-maintained, which is what you expect from a fast food restaurant: hot food and quick service.

21/04/2026: This restaurant, if you can even call it that, is just a joke... On a Tuesday evening there are only two, three cars at the drive-thru waiting in the wind, six customers inside... It's just unacceptable not to know how to manage either their staff or their customers, it's not the first time I've noticed this problem with them but apparently they're happy to leave their customers to Burger King which is next door.

13/05/2025: The waitress is very rude and she needs to learn to respect customers. You talk, laugh, and she makes fun of you. With her colleagues at work, I'm very disappointed. I won't come back.

20/03/2025: I order a "savoy" sandwich and notice that I only have cheese and very little bacon. I open it. All the slices are cut in 2 and protrude from the sandwich to look like... a shame!! I won't come back

14/04/2026: I blew my savings on a €15 pint. Call your banker before coming for a drink.

12/04/2026: We ate on the terrace, the welcome was friendly and the waiters were very pleasant and smiling! We had steak frites and a tarte tatin (served lukewarm! A real treat...). Overall, quite good. The only slight drawback is that you're served very quickly, too quickly! We hadn't even finished our aperitif before our main course arrived!! We mentioned this to the waiter: "You're in front of a train station! It needs to be quick!!!!" Except that not everyone takes the train... Something to think about!

29/03/2026: I bought and ate a sandwich around 1:30 PM. I started vomiting my undigested sandwich around 7 PM. The next day at lunchtime, I was still throwing up. Avoid this place! It's a disgrace to have this kind of restaurant next to one of the most beautiful museums in Paris.

17/03/2026: Such a nice tourist trap. The dishes are listed in grams, even if you say you only want the 100g they listed, they will give you 3x more and you will end up spending an incredible amount of money for food that tastes average to below average, you can't negotiate on the quantity, the pre-prepared dishes are dry.
