30/09/2024: Not great already by the quality of the food that Saturday evening, for the cheddar potatoes knowing that it had little taste, less good taste than Burger King, the potatoes I ate elsewhere better than that, the price was it's so expensive for the quality, it's not nourishing, I had eaten a cookie and yogurt at home, my family received a very round burger and little or no garnish, the steak always crushed, ask if there are any , my frozen dessert with "additional chocolate" was very light I would have thought it was a joke, for the price a scam! The staff always good, the cleanliness remains to be seen it is not cleaned between each customer for hygiene 0 like everywhere else, the terminals work perfectly

16/11/2024: INSULT AND CONTEMPT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. I am completely outraged. I went to your store in Chambéry today. I wanted to order a sandwich, but I got the terms wrong, instead of asking for a vegetable pancake I asked for a vegetarian steak. Realizing my mistake, I asked if it was indeed a vegetarian steak, the waitress told me no, so she made me another one, sighing. Her colleague at the checkout asked her what was going on, she told him that it wasn't the right meat, that she was starting it again, sighing, she was wrong because "I hadn't shown the right one meat, it wasn’t his fault.” To which his colleague replied “no, but it’s a….” I understand that it is disturbing to start a sandwich again (even though I was the only customer), but that in no way explains insulting a customer in her presence with completely inappropriate sexist comments. You have crossed the line . I would like to receive an explanation as well as an apology.

09/09/2024: Not many people, the team takes its time, laughs etc. In the meantime the tray remains on the counter for 5 minutes everything cools down no one serves it and when you make the remark to redo everything you almost blame it and wait again I'm not even sure they don't reheat them

18/08/2024: I recently visited a McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Service was fast and efficient, even during peak hours. The staff were friendly and welcoming which made my visit enjoyable.
