31/08/2026: Very disappointed, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. The problems seem to be becoming a regular occurrence: a very long wait, about 30 minutes this time, a problem with the payment, and then an incomplete order. I had to ask for a missing item while I was there, and once I got home, I realized something else was missing. When this type of problem keeps happening, it becomes frankly frustrating. There's clearly a lack of rigor in order preparation and verification. The staff also need to be given the necessary resources to be more efficient and provide adequate service. Unsatisfactory service that needs serious improvement.

23/08/2026: We ordered two kebabs... It was almost like we were bothering them... The guy was always on his phone. The 2026 music was playing on repeat in the restaurant. The fries were homemade and really good, but the kebab was just okay; it was expensive for what it was.

13/07/2026: Good evening, I'm not used to writing bad reviews, but I must share this experience. The burgers have lost their appeal. The bun (which seems to be "homemade" by the baker) is too big for the filling, giving the impression of an empty burger. It wasn't bad in taste, but it was thin and unappetizing. The main negative point concerns the "Kebab": a barely toasted flatbread with an excessive sauce that completely overpowered any flavor. The meat was the same; I couldn't eat it—it was the worst part. It's a shame because the service is friendly and the snacks were good when they first started, but now neither the taste nor the quality is there.

07/07/2026: I so wanted to try this place. But it was closed for remodeling during my visit from June 28th to July 5th, 2026.

26/06/2026: They tried to charge me twice. I saw the receipt he threw away; it wasn't mine. I had to throw away the kebab; it was just grease with stiff bristles. I got sick 🤢 and was in bed for three days with food poisoning.

The staff was extremely unpleasant, and there was a serious hygiene problem: the person coughed and blew their nose into their hands before continuing to serve our food, without washing their hands. This is unacceptable when handling food. We hope management will take this problem seriously.

26/09/2026: A very good experience at Café Russe in Pau! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is friendly. A welcoming place where you can have a good time, whether for a drink or a snack. I highly recommend it!

24/09/2026: For over a year and a half now, I've been coming here and I've had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic team, always kind and smiling. I highly recommend going; the prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is always great.

05/09/2026: We received our meals without drinks, they brought us drinks from another order, and then we waited 15 minutes for two Cokes and iced teas. When we got home, we realized there was no sauce with the nuggets. No attention to detail.

04/09/2026: The setting is exceptional but largely spoiled by the appalling welcome from the managers. This most likely explains the complete emptiness of the place when we were there. A real shame. On paper, this place has everything going for it.

03/09/2026: I had booked a 30th birthday party a month in advance, as it was important to me that everything went smoothly. La Cour des Miracles cancelled my reservation two days before because they hadn't set up the terrace.

29/07/2026: We waited a long time, the fries arrived cold and without salt, my son had ordered a cheeseburger without onion or pickle, as he always does (and this is the third time in a row we've come), and the cheeseburger ended up with all the ingredients. We got our desserts elsewhere. Disappointing; we pay a lot and we don't get what we want.

20/09/2026: If you're used to McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia, you'll be pleasantly surprised here. So, McDonald's can actually be run and operated by "normal" people. The employees were friendly, focused, and efficient. And everyone was wearing hairnets. We haven't seen that since the 80s, I think. The restaurant was very clean. Our order was ready quickly. We're completely unaccustomed to both of those things in the Ruhr area. The clientele, mostly students and families with children, was quite lively. Price comparison: Hamburger here €2.95 (currently €2.50 in Germany), Cheeseburger here €3.70 (currently €2.75 in Germany), Large Fries €3.90. And the hamburgers seemed smaller than in Germany.

05/09/2026: I ordered the gourmet waffle and I'm very happy with the ice cream waffle… They're homemade waffles, I recommend them.

26/08/2026: We've been coming here for over ten years and their waffles, burgers, and crepes are delicious. Plus, you can let the kids play on the beach. It's a must-visit in Trouville for us, and the prices are very reasonable!

14/03/2026: Really enjoyable experience, the beer and food were excellent. The service was the real highlight for us as a group of four, our attempts at French were met with genuine warmth from the staff and locals. Would definitely recommend for what felt like genuine French hospitality and culture.
