04/03/2026: Having been a regular customer for years, I like to go from time to time, but you shouldn't be in a hurry during peak hours and you should check your takeaway order carefully because there are often oversights!

28/02/2026: Great McDonald's! Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service. Complete order and everything was good, better than at other McDonald's!

01/02/2026: Service was too slow. Understaffed. 45 minutes to place an order.

28/01/2026: The meal was decent, though not excellent, but the prices were exorbitant, especially for a self-service restaurant. Other restaurants at higher altitudes will be cheaper, better, and offer proper table service.

10/01/2026: Definitely one of the worst tacos in the 37th district. The service is completely disastrous; every time there's a problem: no more meat, no more bread, no more sauce. It's always the same. The food is cooked very clumsily, often dropping things on the floor and then having the nerve to serve you with these very same things. There's very often a wait, on average 1 hour. The cook is really inattentive to the customer and takes very poor notes on your order; you're sure something will be missing, or even your entire order.

05/04/2026: Very disappointed with Gur, never again. The galettes had very little meat, and the portion of fries was ridiculously small. The kebab was poorly served, and the service was unpleasant. Avoid Gur! At EMER, it's impossible to finish because the portions are so generous.

27/03/2026: Worst kebab in Tourcoing Error in order but... It's not their fault Disgusting toilets on site but not their fault either... They might as well have closed it down at this point Edit 2 months later. I went back after the feedback on my review and here's the experience... Ordered Kebab wrap with Beef and Mayo sauce Raw beef 😮 I pointed this out to the staff and they told me verbatim, "Hang on!" "Just leave a Google review or we don't give a damn." So there you have it... No improvement whatsoever, but anyway... They just react to negative reviews without any changes or action... Pathetic... So personally... Ignoring them is more effective...

01/04/2026: The checkout service was appalling. A cold, unfriendly greeting. They categorically refused to exchange one of the two toys my six-year-old son had ordered (two identical toys were delivered in the same order). A customer who comes to your restaurant deserves better treatment, at the very least a smile and a genuine desire to serve. This young woman, presumably the manager, has absolutely no business working in the restaurant industry or in any customer-facing role. Very disappointing compared to other restaurants in your chain or those of your competitors.

06/04/2026: It's rubbish, before it's good, the new service is very cumbersome to prepare

05/04/2026: I came to pick up my order between 7:30 and 7:45 PM as indicated. I said good evening upon arrival, but received no response; the staff wasn't very welcoming. When I mentioned it was for TooGoodToGo, I was told it wouldn't be ready right away, without being told how long to wait. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes, having to confirm the order before even receiving it. A cold welcome and a long wait—a shame.

27/03/2026: The staff prefer to talk amongst themselves rather than take care of the customers!

21/02/2026: Slow and incompetent staff. Context: 7 p.m., three people in line, two waiters at the counter. Waiting time was already around 10 minutes (!) The staff member at the counter skipped me in the line, even though I was next, and served someone who had arrived later (and positioned herself to bypass those of us who had been waiting). When I pointed it out, he shrugged and did nothing. I had to step forward and insist on my turn. He then took another five minutes to process a very simple order, a croissant and a cookie, and still managed to give me the wrong cookie. Impressive!

06/01/2026: Delicious little chicken mayo sandwich. Lunch menu at €12. Dish of the day at €10.

11/09/2025: One star for the friendly staff who gave us free milk for my coffee BUT 5,50€ for my panini that had little black crunchy STONES in it, felt disgusted for the rest of my TGV ride…my friend had a piece of plastic in his quiche :-( please improve the quality of the food

29/11/2024: Bonjour, je suis passé pr la livraison uber. Franchement c’est une catastrophe ce restaurant. Les produits froid, tout basarder dans un sac sans aucunes présentation. Pas de glaçons, pas de serviettes, pas de paille. 30€ pour un repas. Il serais temps de comprendre votre métier et de soigner vos commandes. Nous ne sommes pas des animaux.

02/04/2026: A new experience at McDonald's. We came last Saturday, April 28th, a unique and unprecedented moment. We went inside around 10:45 PM to order, and the manager told us to go outside to order. Once outside, the manager announced that she wasn't going to serve us. McDonald's isn't what it used to be.

22/12/2025: Awful service. Terrible attitude when you ask them to blend your smoothie. I don't know, maybe you wanted me to take your glass?

17/02/2026: Extremely unpleasant place and staff, unsanitary premises. Just like the shopkeeper. Honestly, avoid it at all costs.

13/01/2026: It's impossible to give less... the place is very dirty, between the owner not wearing gloves or a hairnet and putting his fingers in his mouth 2 minutes before, the filthy toilets, the drinks with a strong chemical taste, you risk food poisoning... a place to avoid... a report will surely be made to the health department.

10/04/2026: Endless wait, no toys for the children, no compensation, no apologies. Avoid at all costs.

09/04/2026: Lol, never go there! I ordered a meal of 9 nuggets and fries, they were all rock hard and inedible. The nuggets were the same, and the wrap? Don't even get me started! The wrap bread was completely dry, there wasn't even any sauce.

15/12/2024: Order taking not good on 2 occasions. Hamburger without stack. Unacceptable service.

13/12/2024: Weak. In other countries you can always enter and order. Nothing will happen here until 10 o'clock. And the food is not so healthy.
