27/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place; everything has already been said in the previous reviews. Everything is filthy, and half my order was missing. Even though there were only two people wandering around the restaurant, they seemed completely overwhelmed by the nonexistent crowd. The toilets were dirtier than those at motorway service stations; you might as well just relieve yourself on the floor. And after all that, not a single "sorry" came from the manager, who was clearly fed up with life.

26/05/2026: I ordered, I received my order, there was no cheese in the cheeseburgers of my Happy Meal, and the cups were so badly placed that my bag smashed on the ground in the middle of the street. Frankly, I'm disappointed.

06/06/2026: Too bad there was no McDonald's croque monsieur, but otherwise good.

05/06/2026: To the person at the drive-thru on June 5, 2026, at 11:45 PM: Find yourself another job if people bother you this much! She wouldn't even let us get a word in edgewise on the intercom and, most importantly, didn't listen to what we were saying. The result? A ton of mistakes on the order. And politeness is free! No "good evening," no "enjoy your meal," no "goodbye."

12/06/2026: It's getting worse and worse: soggy, cold fries, not to mention the iconic Big Mac, which we'll call the mini Big Mac, and the presentation—sauce all over half the bun and more salad on the side than in the burger. It's a real shame about this drop in quality.

11/06/2026: "A terrible experience and nonexistent customer service. During my last order at La Roche Sud: the sandwich wasn't the right one (€3 difference for an invisible potato patty), the muffin was burnt, and the fries were half empty. But the worst part is the management's attitude. I filed a complaint that remains unanswered... exactly like my previous complaint about the McDonald's in Château-d'Olonne (which is under the same management). It's unacceptable to treat customers with such contempt. The quality is declining, and no one bothers to respond when there's a problem. Avoid them; they take your money but don't take responsibility for their mistakes."

09/05/2026: Ordered today, no more nuggets for the kids' menu. The owner probably asked the cook to replace them with two chicken dips. She told him two was too small and not enough, but he unfortunately insisted to save money. So I switched to a sausage for the kids' menu... a disappointment for me, the quality of the bread, sauces, etc..... lost a customer as far as I'm concerned.

14/03/2026: I just found out I'm being forced to eat halal food against my will. It's not my religion, and I don't want to fund mosques or contribute to animal suffering. I won't be going back.

01/05/2026: Two bad burgers, paid extra for not getting good burgers... No extra sauce included. Disappointed...

01/03/2026: The fries are always cold here, but we often go when we're shopping because we like burgers. Our order was delivered without one burger, and no one told me. I had to go and ask, and they told me it was made to order (a McCrispy for my husband). Almost 15 minutes later, it arrived cold. In the meantime, I had already eaten my burger, which was also cold. They offered to make it again, but I refused. So I was refunded for the burger, not for the meal, just for the burger—and what's more, the refund was insufficient since they refunded me for the wrap and not the burger. I got a half-hearted "sorry," but basically, it was clear that no one cared. I won't be going back.

05/02/2026: I ordered McFlurry ice creams, one with caramel Kit Kat and the other with chocolate Kit Kat, and I got plain ones. Things aren't getting any better at the beginning of February; there are only problems like this!

11/05/2026: I'm writing to you because I'm a regular customer of your lemon tart, which I usually find excellent. Today, however, the one I bought was definitely not up to standard: the filling was very dense and firm, to the point of pulling away from the edges of the tart, the pastry was soggy, and there was a rather strong taste of spoiled/stale butter. Looking at the two other tarts in the display case, they seemed to have exactly the same appearance, which made me think there had been a problem with the preparation or freshness. I spoke to the sales assistant there, who told me she couldn't do anything in the manager's absence, so I preferred to inform you directly because it's really not representative of what you usually offer. 06/05/2026: Honestly, avoid this place. This is the third time I've bought pastries there. I thought maybe there was a mistake at the beginning, but they give you pastries from the day before you get the fresh ones. Be very careful, they're known to do this because I spoke to another customer who told me the same thing. This is the last time I'm going there.

24/05/2026: Great place for drinks with friends 🍹 Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. The cocktails are good, the prices are reasonable, and the place is perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable time. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a friendly bar to unwind and enjoy the evening 😊

23/05/2026: My experience at this bar! First: We waited 20 minutes on the terrace before my partner went directly to the bar to ask a server to take our order! Second: The server finally came to take our order (two cocktails and a platter). That platter was expensive!!! €20 (see photos). Plus, they charged us immediately without even having our order! Lol. I worked in restaurants for 11 years, and I never took payment before the customers were served. The cocktails were awful... The Piña Colada alone tasted like Smecta. At least I didn't get diarrhea 🤣

11/03/2026: Uber Eats order on Monday evening, March 9th: it made me sick for 24 hours; my toilet and I are not thanking you.

19/05/2026: Honestly surprised by this McDonald's. The burgers were piping hot, the fries were super crispy and well-seasoned, and the Coke was ice cold. Fast service despite it being lunchtime, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Special mention for the fries, which were definitely better than at many other McDonald's. Simple, efficient, and very good for a fast-food restaurant 👍

14/11/2025: The owner, Katia, made my wife and I feel like absolute VIPs on our honeymoon. The table service was very attentive and it seemed that other customers were attended to very promptly attended to at the same time. 10,000% recommended and would visit again! I recommend the Nutella, pistachio and mango ice creams.

28/09/2025: Unacceptable service. I simply asked for tea, which was clearly stated on the menu, and the waitress responded in a derogatory manner, calling my request "weird." She then introduced herself as the "boss" and continued to behave arrogantly and disrespectfully toward the customer. This attitude is completely unprofessional and should have no place in the restaurant industry. This establishment deserves to be called "Bad Mood."

29/04/2026: It's very good, but the staff needs to learn how to speak to their customers better. Thank you very much, we didn't force you to work (I'm referring to one woman in particular, who was very, very haughty). Given her behavior, I'm only giving it 2 stars, and that's being generous.

19/04/2026: Imagine my surprise when I found a hair in my sandwich! That's unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff is rather unpleasant, especially the woman who seems unfriendly. I do not recommend it.
