06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.

25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.

07/07/2026: Unacceptable. I'm speechless. I'm shocked! A whole insect found in my potatoes??? I immediately stopped eating and threw the meal away. How is such a lack of control possible? At this point, it's not just a simple mistake, it's a hygiene problem! It's shameful and totally unacceptable. The photos speak for themselves. I expect an explanation. It's absolutely disgusting!

05/07/2026: Tonight, after a 30-minute wait, we had to ask for a refund. Several people were waiting like us, but nothing was coming. They were serving the drive-thru orders first, and the manager completely ignored us. One woman had to shout to get him out of his kitchen area. So we left empty-handed. And we had to refund everyone. Very poor organization and very poor service.

06/07/2026: The lady with the glasses told me I was being a pain and that I had simply said I didn't want an egg on the panini.

26/03/2026: My husband and I go there regularly; we are often served by Sandrine, a very pleasant and always friendly saleswoman. We have never had any problems with the staff.

12/07/2026: The table service is a disaster. Orders take at least 15 minutes from preparation to service, resulting in cold food and melted ice cream. After reporting this, we were told our order would be remade, but 10 minutes later we realized they had forgotten about us. We had to wait another 15 minutes to pick up our cold takeaway order. Customer service is nonexistent.

09/07/2026: Unfortunately, it was rather dirty, the service was so-so – English wasn't spoken. We had to communicate using gestures.

26/07/2026: Takeaway order, arrived home, there were only 4 nuggets instead of 6 in the Best of menu, and Coca-Cola instead of Fanta

26/07/2026: I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few years, so we went for the Spiderman toys because we're big fans. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The toys are great. I recommend it.

28/07/2026: Passing through Dieppe, I received excellent service at this McDonald's. My espresso was cheaper than in Paris, and they offered a free cookie with a smile. I recommend it.

28/07/2026: After having lunch there, I slipped and fell on the floor ☹️😮😟, leaving me with a bruise on my knee and hip. None of the staff at this establishment reacted to my fall, which was quite hard 😖😖. I got up on my own and spoke to the staff, who seemed very unresponsive to my situation 😡😬. I learned in the parking lot that this happens often at this establishment.........😤😤😤

25/07/2026: I really like this place, especially for the quality, quantity, and price. It's definitely one of the cheapest fast food spots in Angoulême, and it's honestly delicious! I recommend the tacos; they're what I always get.

19/07/2026: Friendly, fast service, good quality products, XXL generous portions and inexpensive (compared to the same price spent in the Paris region).

23/07/2026: For the first time since I've known Starbucks, they didn't ask my name. I don't know how to describe my joy, since that was the main reason I'd avoided going there for years. Today my favorite coffee shop had a power outage, so I came here—no other choice. What a pleasant surprise! I'll be back.

18/07/2026: Counter said they close at 17h. But still serves at 17:42. I asked her again, why you said you closed? She said: I don’t understand! Tourist don’t go for it.

10/06/2026: I bought some galettes to take away, completely dry after 48 hours… quite disappointed when normally they last 3 to 4 days for galettes from the market or Maison Bertel…

13/07/2026: Good evening, I wanted to share my order with you. It just arrived, and everything is completely overturned. The ice cream has pierced the packaging, and the order is inedible. The quality is very poor; the hot and cold items aren't separated. Everything leaves much to be desired.

05/07/2026: I went to the wrong McDonald's for a click and collect order... I barely realized my mistake before calling to let them know I'd be arriving later to pick up my two ice creams. The manager put them in the freezer for me without me even asking! It's not much, but it's important to mention when the service is great! Thank you so much!

17/05/2026: Not a good welcome… We were ushered towards the exit even though the opening hours listed on the website were later… what a shame, I liked this bar.

17/05/2026: Terrible welcome. The dark-haired waiter with curls didn't seem interested in greeting us, even though we arrived during opening hours. Furthermore, they removed our chairs to rush us out. I don't recommend it. It's unacceptable to receive such treatment on a Saturday night. I used to love this bar, but I won't be going back... what a shame :(

29/04/2026: Avoid this place! They called at 10:10 PM. I asked if they were doing deliveries. Apparently they close at 11 PM. They told me no, no more deliveries. Okay, too bad, 13 people, but it's not a big deal, closing at 10 PM is better.

24/04/2026: This is our favorite restaurant, never disappointed, great welcome and the food is excellent.

21/07/2026: It says it closes at 3am but they tell you at the drive-thru that it's closed at 2:30am!
