05/07/2024: En matière de livraison c'est une catastrophe ! Manager incompétente pour trouver une solution concernant une livraison où il manquait tout sauf les boissons ! Rien n'est vérifié avec les livreurs. Nul ! le client est pris en otage et obligé de se débrouiller malgré le paiement de sa commande. Un service livraison à revoir et des formations pour les managers qui ne tiennent pas la maison.....( 47€ dont 10€ de livraison)

03/04/2024: The pastry tasted soft and doughy, like it was made with too much flour. It was definitely not the authentic French experience I was expecting.

14/08/2024: Served quickly and the room upstairs was almost empty. Usually McDonald's are noisy, but not this one, even my children were whispering to talk. Too bad there is no table service.

25/08/2024: Very bad experience. 5 people in store and 2 people in service normally this should be smooth. A customer asks for 4 sandwiches, we make 1 for her and we tell her we don't have time to make the others!!??. A person assigned to supply the windows, she scratches her hair and blows on top of the cakes because she seems disinterested in what she is doing, too bad it is only 7:30 a.m. and HACCP!!!! A 6th customer arrives and walks past everyone under the pretext that he has a loyalty card!!?? The products may be good, but I turned back and this allowed me to discover the perfect place facing the covered market.

11/08/2024: Passant la période d'été a Houlgate depuis fin juin, j'achète en général le pain et les croissants pour le week end. Or, depuis début août, j'ai pu constater que ces fameux croissants sont 2 fois plus petits, non seulement ont changé de forme, ont la forme de croissants en supermarché et on a l'impression de mini croissants. Je trouve cela bien triste et choquant. C'est l'été et on en profite. On pourrait mieux traiter les clients réguliers.Tres déçue, je n'en achèterai plus.

27/12/2023: The worst fast food restaurant I've ever been. We've bought a menu and shared with my friend. We've given 2.5 Euro extra to take a drink because we thought the drink was refillable. They didn't inform us about that and the soda machine was at customer side. When we started to refill our drink, The staff start to run and yell us. I definitely do not recommend.

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available! Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!! Extensive training should be expected!! The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance. A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.

15/12/2024: Now it's starting to annoy me... Two drive-thru orders without napkins, without sauces, the last time without fries. And then I ask before leaving “are I all my orders?” They assure me that yes.. And in the finals three things missing Question yourself Mc Donalds carhaix At the price it costs, should I wipe myself with my t-shirt?

07/09/2024: Service on Saturday after 1 p.m. is horrible and the employees are haughty and not great. McDonald's must recruit people to ensure optimal service. I don't recommend. Super cold dishes and more than 40 minutes of waiting

03/09/2024: le service était très déplacé ,je me suis rendu au mcdo accompagnée de mon mari et la serveuse ne s’est pas gênée de faire des avances à mon mari,elle s’est permise de lui toucher la cuisse lorsque qu’elle est venue apporter notre commande,de plus elle a fait exprès de renverser la boisson de la commande sur mon mari.Elle a sans hésiter toucher mon mari sans élégance et avec une envie malsaine… J’étais désemparé,mon mari était sous le choc.Nous avons alors appelé le manager qui nous a violemment expliqué que ce comportement venait des sois disant “avances” de mon mari et que je n’avais qu’à "le tenir"! Sous le choc mon mari et moi avons décidé de partir sans même manger notre commande qui n’était même pas complète!! Bref une très mauvaise expérience mon mari et moi nous en souviendrons..😡

04/09/2024: I have been going to this recycling center for years and the staff are very unfriendly. Recently I had a refrigerator and some things to empty. I had to go to Illzach to empty my bulky items. Today I am being questioned to find out which town I come from, one of the two times was new but the second was the one that turned me away. So we shouldn't be surprised by wild dumpsites!!!!!!!!!!

03/09/2024: Passing through the drive, spilled drinks in the bag, unfinished hamburgers, cold fries... In short.... 50 euros for 4 people lost...

02/09/2024: Nous avons attendu 45 minutes hier soir à 20h30 au drive pour être servis et récupérer notre commande qui, comme d’habitude était incomplète, malgré la confirmation de l’hôtesse lors de la commande. Le sundae caramel Commandé A été bu à la paille, car il était complètement décongelé et le caramel quasi inexistant…!!! Nous sommes définitivement « vaccinés » pour ne plus jamais revenir dans cette enseigne

18/12/2024: For years now I have been coming to this Starbucks in the morning. On Monday I was refused the 10% reduction because the waiter considered that my workplace was too far away (on the other side of the street), a reduction which gave me has been applied for years. Moreover, since the team changed, the smiles have also disappeared (not all) the schedules are not respected, in short the pleasure of the morning has disappeared.

03/09/2024: Deplorable service, often very very long waits. Whether it's drive-thru or worse, click and collect. Example today 28 min wait in click and collect (and this is not the first time). Obliged to go see them to move the order forward (after 28 minutes of waiting) No friendliness from the team Really chart your course and find another McDonald's

08/09/2024: Parking très difficile - burgers et frites servis froids (je parle ici d’une dizaine d’expériences) - personnel peu avenant. Mais bon, en zone touristique et sans concurrence, pourquoi faire mieux ? Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur de l’enseigne mais fait carton plein. Ça risque de durer. A moins de boycotter Je vous conseille pour 2 ou 3€ de plus le Cosy. Tout est fait maison et le supplément Cheddar est incroyable

19/09/2024: Incompetent Macdonald crewman! A shame! It drops the ice cream on the ground and picks it up like nothing to put it back in the bag! It throws the hamburger and fries into the box as if it were trying for a basketball hoop! A real Baraki this one! Never again Macdonald de Maubeuge and I will turn, believe me!!
