12/09/2026: A very bad experience at the McDonald's Drive-Thru in L'Isle-d'Abeau. I encountered an employee who was clearly disrespectful and had absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. She was wearing headphones, and when I simply said "hello," she responded rudely, "What, you're not talking?" even though I had just greeted her. I find it completely unacceptable to be treated like that as a customer. A minimum of respect and professionalism would be the least one could expect. I am very disappointed with this experience.

06/09/2026: One-third of the mussels marinière were unopened. I pointed this out to the waitress, who replied that she wasn't the one cooking. My response: "You're the one serving, and you can pass the complaint along." I was very disappointed. I was celebrating my birthday with two friends. We quickly went home to Poilley for coffee. I do not recommend this establishment; the background music is too loud and they don't take feedback into account. Avoid the Clapton in Ducey.

08/08/2026: A normal brasserie. The person who served us was very helpful even though he didn't understand English and it was outside lunch hours.

02/06/2026: Best queer bar in Montpellier, everyone is welcome, the bartenders are lovely, and the atmosphere is very friendly, even familial. A great bar even if you come alone, as the regulars won't hesitate to chat and make you feel comfortable. I've been there countless times and I'll be back as soon as it reopens.

12/09/2026: We had booked a table through a gift voucher a good week in advance. When we arrived, the stressed waiter (understandably so when the restaurant was full) told us there were no tables available for another hour, in a tone that spoke volumes. The receptionist was lovely and tried to smooth things over, but after a fifteen-minute wait, we decided to leave because we didn't want to be served so hastily, and we thus lost the voucher. What's the point of booking a table for a specific time if you're just going to be told there's no room? This lack of organization was extremely disappointing and completely put us off; we preferred to eat elsewhere. We can't comment on the food, but the number of midges swarming around the bar certainly didn't make us want to try the tempting dishes on the menu...

09/09/2026: We were disappointed by the venison stew; the meat was shredded and inedible. As for the service, the waiter threw the bill in the middle of the table, even though we had guests, without us having asked for it. Basically, he told us to get lost. And this at 2:20 PM! It's completely unacceptable. Very disappointed. Judge for yourselves.

26/08/2026: The atmosphere was good, however the chocolate mousse was really bad, tasteless and pasty.

03/07/2026: okay so it's not great and the staff is sometimes rude. but it's cheap and i love the vibe. you can come during the day to work and have a coffee, evening for dinner, late at night for drinks. i miss this place so much

21/09/2026: Very disappointed – I ordered an 8-person cake for an important occasion for my 80-year-old aunt. The message on the card was misspelled as I indicated (and I wrote it down; it could have simply been copied). No compensation was offered. For the price paid and given the importance of this family event, I expected more professionalism and attention to detail. It was a very disappointing experience.

20/09/2026: Whether dining in, taking away, or delivery, several items were consistently missing. A complete lack of professionalism. Furthermore, the dining area and restrooms were unclean.

16/07/2026: Huge thanks to the whole La Java team for having us. From the first contact to the end of the night, everything was smooth, welcoming and genuinely supportive. We had an amazing time playing there and hope to be back soon.

04/07/2026: Great concert, I loved the artists, but the sound in the venue wasn't great and the monitors on stage didn't allow the artists to perform properly.

26/09/2026: I really like their tacos; they're loaded with meat rather than fries, although sometimes they put more fries on them, but it's not a big deal.
