15/07/2026: Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. This absolutely must be reported to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). I've never seen such a filthy restaurant. Furthermore, the staff is completely unprofessional: they prefer chatting and laughing to working. You can wait 20 minutes for your order even though there's no one else there. They prepare drinks and ice cream in advance and leave them open on the counter for several minutes (with their arms reaching over them to give change). Don't take any risks, don't waste your time and money. This restaurant should be avoided at all costs!!

14/07/2026: The restaurant must be full of Staphylococcus aureus, I'm sure of it; you'd better review your hygiene rules if you don't want an unannounced inspection from the hygiene services.

09/05/2026: The service was appalling; the waitress didn't know how to take an order and took 15 minutes to clear our table, then didn't even reset it. Finally, when we ordered, the waitress still didn't know how to take the order, and we were only served after a 45-minute wait.

01/08/2026: Not impressed. Below average for a McDonald's. We ordered 4 hamburgers. 1. Big Rosti Chicken 2. Big Tasty 3. Philly Cheese 4. Royal Cheese 1 and 3 were OK. 2 and 4 not worthy of the name. 2 looked like a Big Mac with 1 patty. There was no tomato on it and no bacon. It was 1 meat burger with sauce and lettuce. The Royal Cheese looked like the cheap cheeseburger. Meat, ketchup, and a slice of cheese. That was all. We went back, but we were told that everything was correct. We only had these 4 burgers and paid well over €35 for them. Disappointing.

13/06/2026: The sandwich had no filling other than lettuce and a little tomato. The vendor didn't know what was in his sandwiches.

13/06/2026: I specifically asked if there were eggs in the sandwiches! They told me "no, not in any of them." Of course, there were eggs, and I'm allergic! If someone has absolutely no business sense, they should find another line of work! And I'm being polite!

31/07/2026: The service was a disaster. Incompetence seems to reign supreme at this McDonald's: order errors, endless waits, and a complete lack of organization. A very disappointing experience. I won't be going back.

29/07/2026: This restaurant is a disaster. During busy periods, it's completely disorganized; you wait for ages. Where are the days of fast food where you were served in under five minutes from the moment you walked in? Whether it's the staff or the manager, they don't take it seriously. If you have the misfortune of paying at the counter, you're made to wait even longer because they can't do two things at once—like packing a sandwich and serving the customer waiting at the register. In my opinion, it's just too much! Plus, food regularly arrives cold.

05/07/2026: Very good, and truly the best bagels I've ever had, but the staff's comments about orders are a good reason to avoid it... The jokes inside the establishment are outdated and many of them are sexist... Luckily, the taste saves the day.

12/06/2026: Nothing to say except for the decor, which consists of a large selection of jokes, many of which are extremely sexist and degrading to women, which is a major drawback. I understand the desire to create a somewhat "lowbrow" joke atmosphere, but there are enough jokes out there that you don't need to display images of large-breasted women in swimsuits or phrases perpetuating demeaning stereotypes about 50% of the people on this planet (and always the same ones).

17/03/2026: Ordered a terrible kebab tonight, it tasted like turkey... the panini was for kids, the bread wasn't cooked and the cheese wasn't evenly distributed... For now, I'll stick with Delice Doner.

09/03/2026: I came with friends for the first time, and this kebab was touted as the best in Alençon. I admit I had some doubts about their claims, but once I tasted the kebab, I understood. The meat was of exceptionally high quality for a kebab, the condiments were fresh, and the bread had the perfect balance between crispy and soft. The fries were homemade, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste. I think it must have been the oil. It's a hit or miss, unfortunately, you know? The negative point was the sauce. I ordered a white sauce, also homemade, but there was an overpowering aftertaste of mayonnaise. I was annoyed at the time, but it's not a big deal. The service was impeccable, with a big smile from the chef. The prices were standard, and the setting was simple and clean. I'll gladly return next time I'm in Alençon.

26/06/2026: The bar has a good atmosphere and the restaurant is good in addition to having qualified staff, however I really did not like Christelle's attitude which was condescending.

30/03/2026: The waitresses' service wasn't great. It was good in 2022, but upon my return, I was disappointed. However, I've found better places.

30/06/2026: Saturday night, for the first time it went very well, it was cool, and I met some lovely people, kisses to all, thank you.

20/05/2026: Third attempt to go in, an uninviting exterior, a sign still unlit. We ring the bell, but there's no sound. No movement after the 5 minutes indicated on a sign...

05/07/2026: It took 35 minutes to get our order. We waited 15 minutes at the self-service kiosks, half of which were out of order. The fries were served cold, and the ice cream was melted, but they were replaced. Don't go there if you're in a hurry. It took an hour in total from order to leaving. People who weren't eating in were served faster than those who were. Only one women's restroom was working, so there was a wait. The person serving, however, seemed bothered but was responsive, listened to feedback, and apologized for the wait.

03/07/2026: We were on the road and would have been better off choosing somewhere else to eat. There was no ice in our drinks, some items were missing, and there were no utensils for our salad... we went on with our day still hungry. Furthermore, the employees who seemed amused by our frustration with the unavailable items should learn to be more discreet... or perhaps close the drive-thru window so we can't hear them. There seem to be plenty of other dining options nearby, so don't stop here.

28/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it!

28/07/2026: If you have the option... avoid this place! After yet another mistake with my takeout order, I decided to contact the restaurant. They asked for proof of the error, promised a goodwill gesture, and I received absolutely nothing! Your choice is to try somewhere else or another McDonald's.

17/07/2026: Here is a full review including all these details: "I went through the drive-thru on July 14th and was told that the payment had gone wrong, even though the amount appeared as pending on my Crédit Agricole account. The manager refused to give me my order and demanded payment again. I left empty-handed, and the next day, my account was debited. Luckily, I didn't use my card again. I then had to call the restaurant, be transferred several times, and finally send an email with supporting documentation to try and get a refund of €31.05. A complete lack of professionalism and a real ordeal for a simple order." I did get my refund, but one thing is for sure: they will never see me again.

03/08/2026: We received excellent service and a warm welcome from a young waiter. However, his colleague was not at all welcoming and showed no enthusiasm for her work! Well done, young waiter!
