20/05/2026: I've ordered several times now, and each time I've received either incomplete orders or orders that aren't even mine. The orders are placed through the McDonald's app and delivered by Uber Eats. This is the second time in a row that Uber Eats has refused to do anything about the order errors, and it's impossible to contact McDonald's to file a complaint. This is unacceptable and unbearable.

10/05/2026: Absolutely terrible, nothing works, unpleasant staff, poorly assembled burgers, the restaurant isn't very clean and is showing its age...

16/05/2026: I paid €20.90 for an order of €18.90, but the person didn't know how to give change and was also rude.

07/05/2026: I've clearly been sitting here for an hour just for a box of nuggets.

18/05/2026: Four families came to eat, and all four orders had problems... In ours, a bacon burger without bacon, sauces we paid for but weren't served, my Mario coin wasn't given, and a Croque McDo had paper stuck to it... The bins were overflowing, and the employees just wandered around without a care, stuffing everything in and that was it. McDonald's in France is already a disaster, but this one takes the cake.

12/05/2026: It's a shame there's no 0 or negative rating option. The door says 9am, but they open at 10am. The cappuccino they served tasted completely bizarre. It tasted like it had dishwasher detergent or machine cleaner in it. Which means they didn't check the machines before serving. Anyway, I'm not surprised it only has a 2.5 rating. I'm surprised it's not less.

04/06/2026: Horrible experience, cold food and when we notified them they gave us dirty looks saying it was my fault, awful guy, they didn't even remake my order!

03/06/2026: What a bunch of incompetents! I had to wait ten minutes at the drive-thru with no one coming. I went to the window and after five minutes some poor guy looked at me and completely ignored me. So I decided to go to Burger King instead, where I was served immediately and with a smile. This isn't the first time this McDonald's has done something like this. Between the ridiculously long wait and the truly unpleasant staff, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

27/05/2026: Once again… the fries were cold and inedible. It's particularly disappointing. I can understand the rush and the difficulty of processing all the orders quickly. But how can you explain serving a lukewarm hamburger with "cold" fries? It ruins the whole experience. And don't tell me I should have come back and they would have changed the fries. With the crowds, we're not going to come back for hot fries just to get cold hamburgers. This kind of nonsense ultimately makes the experience disappointing.

27/05/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. A 40-minute wait for one ice cream was unpleasant. I definitely don't recommend it; don't go there.

31/05/2026: No one forgot a drink; the second one, which was supposed to be a Coke, turned out to be still water. We ordered two identical ice creams but ended up with a sundae instead of two McFlurries. Considering the price of the products, it's shameful, especially since there was no one else in the McDonald's.

25/05/2026: We arrived at 10:40 PM and were told we couldn't order a McDeal meal. We asked for an explanation and were told the manager didn't want us to go past a certain hour… we'd forgotten that profitability comes before customer satisfaction. Never again at this McDonald's.

25/11/2025: This reeks of SCAM... last-minute cancellation of my Livebox reservation (with a dubious reason)... and they still cashed the "check" for the service! No response from them... They're no longer replying to our various requests... Registered letter returned... Strange! Contacted the local tourist office, but they were evasive...!!!??? Reported to Livebox. See other similar reviews on this site... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

05/10/2025: SCAM - Establishment that cancels the reservation at the last minute without justification, does not take the necessary steps to issue a refund and does not respond to calls or messages.

20/02/2026: The waitresses were very helpful and friendly, served by Gabriella. I have no regrets about eating here; I highly recommend this place.

19/02/2026: My god, what a disgusting place! The furniture is deplorable, worn, broken, etc. The toilets are filthy, the dishes are dirty, the staff is unfriendly, expensive, and not good at all.

14/05/2026: McDonald's is appalling. They can't even make a proper, hot sandwich. Orders are ALWAYS incomplete. Now we have to check our orders in front of the servers and even open the sandwiches ourselves... shameful! If you can't do this job properly, you should consider doing something else.

13/05/2026: McDonald's is very dirty. There's a serious lack of hygiene, especially in the kitchen, with trash everywhere on the floor and a very unpleasant manager.

30/05/2026: Lack of professionalism in handling order errors. They don't know how to react and blame other team members without actually resolving the problem. No compensation was offered as discussed on the phone. A simple "please excuse us" would have sufficed.

30/05/2026: This McDonald's is an eyesore in the fast-food landscape: 35 minutes to be served, unpleasant staff, dirty restaurant—in short, it's a disaster 😳 Avoid it at all costs!!!! Go to the McDonald's in Salon! We'll never set foot in there again 👣

09/05/2026: A place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The new management, I dare say, has a total disregard for its customers! It starts with disrespect upon arrival, with employees smoking outside. We were left waiting at the counter for ages without any regard for us or even bothering to seat us. There were barely 3 tables occupied at 12:30 PM!! A so-called waitress, squeezed into her top with her midriff exposed… We had a reservation for 3, the table was set for 3, and yet one glass was missing. 30 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks, and NEVER a single carafe of water – we had to ask for it!!! Then another 1.5-hour wait to receive our 3 measly dishes!!! I was about to leave, but it was already past 2:30 PM… And what's more, the food was tasteless!!! A salad with specialties and charcuterie is exorbitantly priced. You expect good charcuterie and local products, but NO WAY! Products from Lidl, resold at exorbitant prices, drowned in soggy salad. And what about dessert? A 20-minute wait for a gourmet coffee, and then, the icing on the cake… a plate with four petit fours drowning in cocoa powder! I got it all over my clothes, and it was completely caked on. All this for nearly €90 for three people, including one main course, one glass of wine, and one gourmet coffee. A SHAME!!! And no one apologizes for the wait (they can't smoke and work at the same time; you have to choose between smoking and working, and they made that choice…), the staff who couldn't care less about their customers, the appalling food, and the deplorable management. With the previous owners, it was a delight: cheerful waiters, top-notch and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. Now it's a disaster. Leave immediately; you're a disgrace to the restaurant industry!

12/04/2026: Hello, the prices on the pastries (the mini Easter puppet at €4.50) were a bit steep. We went in and out again to go to Regis Marcon 10 km away where, for 10 cents more, we found a very wide selection of pastries worthy of a Michelin-starred chef.

05/04/2026: If a bakery sells coffee, you can assume that everything is 50 percent more expensive than in other bakeries. There's no power outlet, but the service is friendly.

22/05/2026: I've been to this bar and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet breakfast. As soon as I was served my cappuccino and croissant, a waitress immediately arrived to collect my payment. I didn't even have time to read the receipt or look for my wallet: she stood in front of me, waiting insistently, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Meanwhile, the cappuccino had gone cold. An unpleasant experience that certainly doesn't make me want to return.

26/04/2026: After a run in the sweltering heat, feeling dizzy, I stopped at this bar simply to ask for a glass of water. The manager flatly refused because I wasn't ordering anything. So this place prefers to leave someone in distress behind in order to save 10 cents 👏 At this point, we're no longer talking about a legal obligation to help someone in distress, but about basic humanity... we can see that humanity isn't on the menu at this bar. Avoid it, unless you have your credit card glued to your hand.

10/02/2026: Honestly, it was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life. Why does a beef burger smell like fish?! Inedible. Seeing the other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who had this problem. The owner's responses, who clearly has a slight problem with self-reflection, are just ludicrous, and I'm almost looking forward to being insulted myself in return.
