17/12/2024: Deplorable.. Waiting more than 20 minutes, they are so slow that a number of orders accumulated and we were all in the small entrance. (No easel so we have to wait standing for our order). Despite ordering on site we were served in bags. We ordered 2 menus, and veggie nuggets. 1 fries were missing, and the nuggets were actually chicken....... A shame but it's not over. After pointing this out to them, they gave them new nuggets, that's what we thought, because indeed there were veggie nuggets this time, but the bottom of the packet still had chicken nuggets.. It's that alone, a reason for restaurant closure. We also ordered an m&m's ice cream which was delivered later, great news when we were told that there were no more m&m's.. Please train competent people, react in order to offer a quality service or leave the catering field. The Google note should have already made you react..

01/12/2024: Numéro de ticket de caisse numéro DT 86 Passage hier soir à 20h04 deux repas commandés à emporter pour la somme de 38 € il comprenait de MBO MC extrême et des frites plus les boissons et un dessert. Les deux Big Mac avec des steaks hachés surcuits durs comme du bois et des frites qui avaient dû être maintenues au chaud et qui étaient quasiment immangeables. Le temps de rentrer à bruyères et mon bureau aussi sous cette minute à table aussitôt bien que ce n'était pas refroidi. Pire souvenir que nous avons de McDo dans lequel je ne suis pas près de remettre les pieds à ce prix j'aurais pu avoir deux repas corrects au restaurant. À bannir, je pense qu'avec le numéro laissé vous avez mes coordonnées et vous pouvez me contacter je peux vous présenter la personne qui m'a accompagné également. Quand on voit les pubs à la télé par rapport à ce que l'on a je dirais publicité mensongère puissance 10. Au plaisir de ne pas vous revoir JP

17/10/2024: Personnel pas aimable, pas souriant. Plusieurs fois la réception du menu ne correspond pas à la commande. Encore une fois ce soir, bigtasty 2 viandes commandé et payé... reçu bigtasty 1 viande...

I wait for someone at the counter: the guy tells me he's going to call someone else... in short, I go out to try the drive and there's the sketch: a first guy who finally tells me that 'he's going to call someone to take the order...I'm waiting...and a second person starts to take the order but gets stuck and tells me that he's going to ask a 3rd person to take the order... I ended up leaving. In my opinion, there was a shortage of staff because they seemed to no longer be able to cope...

03/09/2024: So on their site, it says closed at 1 a.m. I arrived at McDonald's at 11:15 p.m. and the staff told me they were closed. So it doesn't make sense to put a timetable on the Internet and find me walking one kilometer. For nothing. This McDonald's is becoming nonsense.

22/09/2024: Déçu je commande un menu nugets et en arrivant chez moi surprise tout les produits était la sauf les nugets.... évidemment vu le temps qu'il fait ce soir je ne vais pas revenir les voir... même en essayant de les appeler personne ne répond.... juste honteux....

24/08/2024: Restaurant qui pue le vomis. Toilettes répugnantes où j' ai eu une crise d'urticaire en allant uriner. Aucune possibilité de joindre le magasin pour faire cette remontée. Le site renvoie à un numéro où il est impossible de traiter cette réclamation. Hygiène déplorable pour un RESTO.

24/08/2024: Durante la visita della città di Lione, ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo locale, molto carino, in tipico stile Francese. Abbiamo ordinato delle torte salate e dolci, un panino con salame rosetta ed una bretzel. Tutto buono. Prezzi adeguati. Personale gentile.

01/10/2024: People complain a lot but it's the only McDonald's in this city that's completely clueless and backward. Food hygiene is perfect, the only 'problem' is the smells but that doesn't come from the McDonald's, it comes from the street so there's nothing they can do about it. The only thing to complain about is that it opens quite early, it would be cool if it opened at 7 a.m. so you could have breakfast before classes

22/09/2024: Je ne vais jamais à ce mac do mais il était sur ma route, après une journée de montagne. Après avoir découvert des tables dégueulasses, un sol jonché d'aliments, après avoir dérapé sur un nugget perdu, et avoir vu des poubelles jamais vidées, sans parler de clients peu recommandables, j'ai voulu passer une commande sur la borne, la moitié des écrans étaient en panne, génial. Aucun ticket de caisse car les machines ne marchent pas. Mais nous avons été livré assez vite, bon point pour les jeunes filles au service, malheureusement aveugles pour la dégueulasserie locale. Malheureusement, nous avons mangé nos hamburgers les plus cuits de notre vie, des pains carbonisés et secs. La voisine s'est plainte de la même chose. C'est constant. Vite nous avons pris la fuite, sans rien nettoyer, inutile !
