23/07/2026: @McDonald’s France, is this really the level of training and management you expect from your managers? As a vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian product. Since the packaging didn't have the usual label, I asked an employee to confirm that it was indeed the correct sandwich. He assured me that it was. After I started eating it, I discovered that it was actually a chicken sandwich. I went to inform the manager. Instead of apologizing, she replied, "It's not a big deal, you didn't eat pork." This remark is disrespectful and shows a profound disregard for customers' dietary beliefs. Even worse, she denigrated her own employees, declaring that they "can't do anything right" and that they are "good-for-nothings." Is this how a manager is supposed to talk about their team? Mistakes happen. However, this manager's lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, and behavior are unacceptable. I expect McDonald's France to train its managers to respect both customers and their staff.

22/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered a McDonald's Veggie and received a chicken sandwich. Being vegetarian, I asked an employee for confirmation, and he assured me it was indeed the vegetarian option. Trusting this information, I ordered a second one. That's when I discovered the truth: the second sandwich was indeed a Veggie, with packaging and contents completely different from the first. It was therefore obvious that the first sandwich was a Chicken, not a vegetarian product. Beyond this particularly serious error for people with specific dietary choices, the manager's attitude was deplorable. She was unpleasant, condescending, and spoke to us with great disdain. When we asked for a refund, she even denigrated her own staff, saying, "They're useless, what do you want me to say?" I want to emphasize that this behavior is unacceptable, both towards customers and employees. My best wishes to the team that has to work under these conditions.

24/07/2026: Pay attention to the contents of your orders! As a regular customer, I know they make their profit on small items (books, sauces). This happens repeatedly (at least half the time), so instructions have probably been given to the staff. Disappointing and disrespectful to customers.

21/07/2026: The McDonald's Passy restaurant is clean and welcoming. The only downsides are the incredibly long wait times during peak hours and holidays (which is normal), but this is much less understandable during school holidays. In any case, plan ahead if you're going. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and available to help with ordering at the kiosks, and the table service is good. No negative points.

On Tuesday, July 13, 2026, around 10:15 p.m., the manager went outside to intervene in an altercation and, instead of taking the time to understand what had happened, she lashed out at the young woman who, from what I saw, had just been assaulted by a man. The most shocking thing was seeing her insult the young woman and threaten to call the police on her, even though she was the victim of the situation. When you hold a position of responsibility, you are supposed to demonstrate composure, respect, and professionalism. Here, the exact opposite occurred. This attitude is unacceptable and gives a deplorable image of the establishment. I am deeply shocked by what I saw and I will never set foot in that place again. I sincerely hope that management will take this situation seriously.

01/07/2026: Very disappointed with the takeaway order that wasn't checked. The fries weren't cooked properly, and the drumsticks were something I didn't order (I wanted grilled chicken). The same goes for another small pizza... What a shame!

21/06/2026: Home delivery was excellent, no complaints at all. The pizzas arrived hot! The delivery person arrived on an electric scooter. Very good. Thank you.

13/05/2026: Every time I go to the Drive, there's always something missing from the order. It's becoming really worrying and annoying.

28/04/2026: A 20-minute wait at the drive-thru at 11:30 AM, only to find they were out of ice cream at the end. I had to honk for a good two minutes before someone came back and made it for me right away. This would be just an isolated incident if it were the first time... (I've already waited 10 minutes at the counter for the ice cream to be placed near the window from the start, and several times sandwiches were missing or I hadn't ordered, etc.) It's a shame; before (at least a year ago), it wasn't like this. The service was fast and seamless.

03/07/2025: A terrace that's a victim of its own success and its location in the heart of the tourist city. Always full (a testament to its quality), you don't have to wait long for a table to become available. The drinks menu is varied, and the appetizer platter is just right in terms of quantity but superior in terms of quality. A great place to stop for a break during your city tour.

16/05/2026: On May 16, 2026, only two self-service kiosks were working, the rest were out of order. There was no table service despite numerous staff members wandering around. The ice cream machine was out of order, and the sandwiches were cold. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Your competitors, Burger King, are far superior.

07/07/2026: This waiter is incredibly unpleasant, speaks rudely, and treats customers like dirt. He's truly depressing. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit instead of behaving like this.

15/07/2026: The only bakery open this Wednesday in Houlgate. Two young women were serving. It was difficult for them to serve both breakfasts and bread. I never go there anyway because the quality of their products isn't great. And there I was, at 8 a.m. in the summer with a long queue already... the bread looked more like a baguette.

12/07/2026: The atmosphere was unwelcoming. I was served after three families who had gone in after me. I had already paid and couldn't leave at that point, so I had to wait a good ten minutes by the counter just to get a quiche and a traditional loaf of bread, which I asked to be reheated. The bakers gave my loaf to another customer who came in after me and were clearly disorganized. I'm quite disappointed.

09/02/2026: Uber Eats order: I ordered a tuna sandwich, and I received a salad/tomato/hard-boiled egg sandwich... I could taste the tuna very faintly from time to time, along with a drop of mayo. So there was tuna, but try to use a bit more... Because aside from the lack of tuna and mayo, it could have been very good.

23/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! Terrible service. Tables, glasses, and toilets were filthy. A measly 5 euros for a very poor-quality glass of red wine. A sausage platter without bread. And the waiter, while clearing the table, finished the customers' drinks!

13/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! Appalling hygiene. I saw a cockroach on the bar, my friend's drink was filthy, and the toilets, oh my god, a commando mission (unless you're used to gulag-style latrines).

26/07/2026: A team of incompetents who can't even prepare the food we ordered. Four orders, four failures. Before, they just had to check that you had everything in your bag; now they even have to check the contents of your hamburgers. Either they hired construction workers who were still on the building site the day before, which would explain the lack of skills, or they're just completely incompetent. In-house training is necessary. It should even be mandatory. It's not exactly a complicated job. They need to take concrete action! A turnover would do them good; obviously, we don't want to continue with a team of incompetents.
