05/07/2026: We ordered three caramel sundaes for drive-thru, and when we got home, there was no caramel topping, just a tiny layer of ice cream about 3 cm thick.
We even have to check the contents of our food now!

08/09/2026: On September 7, 2026, at 10:50 PM, the manager treated customers like dogs and spoke extremely rudely.
I was almost assaulted because he was the manager, as he clearly stated.
It's sad to have people like that at a McDonald's that's otherwise successful.

27/09/2026: We ordered two Happy Meals and received neither fries nor toys, and the drinks in both meals were incorrect. Customers shouldn't have to check the staff's work. Unfortunately, we didn't check the menus and left. €8 for 8 nuggets and 2 bad drinks is unacceptable.
20/09/2026: We ordered two ice creams.
One mistake, with no apology.
And the customer service leaves much to be desired.
Avoid at all costs.

09/05/2026: The service was appalling; the waitress didn't know how to take an order and took 15 minutes to clear our table, then didn't even reset it. Finally, when we ordered, the waitress still didn't know how to take the order, and we were only served after a 45-minute wait.

Strawberry basil
Apricot rosemary with
lime
I like tangy flavors, and these sorbets were very icy with little bits of ice in the lime flavor.
The flavors are original; I liked it—a nice change.
The waitress was very friendly. There are small streets lined with little shops, but in April, it wasn't too hot and there weren't many people. A perfect visit.
09/04/2026: Expensive ice cream (€7.50 for 3 scoops), not very tasty, and some had ice crystals. It was very disappointing. The worst stracciatella we've ever had.

Sticky tables and floor, cold fries on the floor, sauce on the floor, no one seems to be cleaning.
The manager is behind the counter, but apparently keeping the dining area clean isn't part of their job.

Superb welcome, warm atmosphere, excellent selection of beers at good prices, darts in the quiet back, board games available, pleasant traditional decor, lovely terrace, etc. etc.
I highly recommend it to those who haven't been yet! 🤘

13/09/2026: The service is getting slower and slower, and most importantly, the tables are no longer being cleaned. There's trash everywhere, and they regularly forget to stock up on supplies. There's clearly a staff shortage.
