20/09/2026: Half the machines were lit up on a weekend evening, the wait was far too long even though the restaurant was barely a quarter full, the selection was dwindling and the prices were getting higher and higher, the food was barely warm and the ice cream had already melted – it's hard to call that fast food

07/08/2026: I don't understand the point of click and collect if it means seeing more than 15 cars go through the drive-thru and waiting over 35 minutes for my order. I think the organization and management of received orders needs to be reviewed. As a result, I'm eating cold food!

07/09/2026: A disgrace! If I were you, I'd change staff! It's obvious they're messing with the employees, and I mean it! They forgot an ice cream in a kids' meal, and you politely tell the person who just looks up and sighs, "Hey, file, just add the ice cream!" Plus, the ice creams they gave us were completely melted; we had to throw them away when we got home. Even if we'd eaten there, they were inedible... So we pay for a kids' meal, they forget the toys, they don't have ice cream, and one of my sons ended up without fries in his kids' meal. Can you explain that? If only you had security cameras, take a good look at how we're served and see how much we're bothering them! One thing's for sure: McDonald's Venette is finished for us. We get much better service at Pont Sainte Maxence! And to top it off, a poor woman was calmly preparing orders while everyone else was chatting in the back!

05/09/2026: McDonald's often has product shortages. The drive-thru scanner hasn't worked for over nine months. It hasn't been fixed, so our card won't work, as they say, and our points are deducted... (60€ order). The staff wearing headsets are unfriendly, and when we ask for something extra or to put it in a separate bag, they tell us they can't... (basically, they don't want to bother). The wait is incredibly long, over 15 minutes... and they were missing a sandwich, the books, and the dessert from our Happy Meals! We reported it, and they told us to come back! Of course, I'm going to drive another 30 minutes after waiting over 15 minutes for my order, and I should mention, there weren't many people inside! Shameful considering the current prices! Eating at McDonald's costs more than a good brasserie or other restaurant... and with so-called fast food, you should be served in at least 15 minutes... As for the atmosphere, 0 stars would have been more accurate, though not bad.

05/04/2026: I stopped by this morning and everything was absolutely delicious 🤤 One small drawback, though: I would have really appreciated a plant-based milk option. That would be a real plus for people with intolerances or who prefer alternatives.

01/04/2026: The bread is really not great, the pastries, cakes, sandwiches and related items are very good but quite expensive. They have long opening hours, allowing for a pleasant break.

09/07/2026: We've watched all the matches there so far. I arrived quite early today, as usual, but there weren't many seats left. They'd added their illegal tables, as usual, and so a large number of them were still empty. We tried to reserve a table the day before, but they told us it wasn't possible and that we just had to come and take the seat. When we went to take the reserved seat, the guy said, "Sorry, a lady just called to reserve it." A strange way of doing things, considering we were explicitly told it wasn't possible. So I don't know how they choose their reservations, but there you have it... very disappointed, especially since we used to come there all the time.

23/05/2026: Excellent bar, even if the beers aren't exactly pint-sized given the price, there's nothing to complain about, and the platters are excellent.

17/09/2026: Between my order and being served at the table, there was a 29-minute wait. The table was very dirty. I had to ask for it to be cleaned twice. They finally cleaned it, but left a soaking wet table. The young woman apologized, saying, "It's too busy today!" Customers who arrived before me weren't served, while others who arrived after me were served first. My order arrived cold, as did my drink. I had difficulty moving around, but I had to go get my dessert because it wasn't served at the same time. They didn't give us a choice! We'll have to wait for the reusable dishes; they were all in cardboard boxes. I heard many people complaining because they were waiting too long. Others were refunded because they didn't have time to eat. The staff were grumbling in the aisles because they were going around in circles. Fast food, but not at this one.

16/09/2026: The fries were great, but the butter and the wrap were disgusting; they were cold and had way too much inedible sauce.

10/09/2026: I ordered two tacos on Uber, great!! Luckily I didn't listen to the negative reviews....

09/09/2026: We have to give one star to post a review, but honestly, after a wait of over 20 minutes, with servers desperately waiting for the food to arrive from the kitchen, my ice cream, which had been ready for a while, had melted, and to top it all off, when I finally received my order, the burger was completely cold and disgusting! Unacceptable for a chain like McDonald's, which is right on the street… I demand compensation, since of course I had already left before tasting the food. It should be noted, however, that the staff at the counter tried their best.

01/09/2026: I bought a meal deal with a salad on August 21st, and realized (from the smell and then the label) that it was expired the day before… I called for a refund, but of course, there was no one in charge. I finally got an email from the store (with difficulty). As of September 1st, when I'm writing this review, and still having received no response, I went back to the store: the situation is still unresolved. The manager blamed head office (of course), saying they would call me back to get my bank details and couldn't do anything. So I wait… again! I'm fed up with this widespread incompetence!

04/09/2026: Today I was served on a tray covered in sparrow droppings. Message to today's manager: instead of sending one of your employees to sweep the sidewalk at noon in an unpleasant tone, please make sure you serve your customers on clean trays.

30/08/2026: Forget about half of the personal details, unwelcoming. We asked for a drink and they gave us something else. Look at the assistant, no politeness whatsoever towards the clientele. I won't be coming back here.
