17/06/2026: I am currently in the waiting room, recognized as disabled with my card so I have priority, but they don't want to let me through, frankly it's a disgrace.

11/06/2026: I am very disappointed with my appointment at the CAF (Family Allowance Fund) in Rouen. The advisor did not listen to my situation and started shouting at me, which is unacceptable. I hope that the staff responsible for appointments will be replaced by more attentive, respectful, and professional individuals in order to provide a better service to users.

19/07/2026: Today, I stopped by. The restaurant was clean, but there was no way to print a receipt at the two kiosks, and neither worked. I ordered a meal and then ice cream. The ice cream, which I asked to have delivered later, arrived before the meal. The meal arrived with missing sauces, cold sandwiches, and the World Cup meal without the glass. The children's meal, ordered for the plush toy, was out of stock, and they exchanged it for a deck of cards. When it came time for the ice cream, they brought out the same ones. The mistakes kept piling up. It's true there weren't many people there, even though we arrived during the lunch rush, which is usually very busy. We were happy at first, but now we understand why... Even the steaks were overcooked, and I won't even mention the taste... In short, avoid this place. Either we're spoiled with the superior quality we've come to expect in the Gironde region, or they really need to seriously rethink their approach, especially since the McDonald's chain normally has a charter, which seems to have been forgotten at this restaurant.

09/07/2026: I come here regularly, and there's always something missing from my order. I went to pick up a drive-thru order after work this evening. I ordered a World Cup meal, and I didn't notice, but of course, the glass and the little extras were missing. It cost me €18. I was far enough away to turn back. Be careful!! It's disappointing.

31/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! Catastrophic!! Only 3 self-service kiosks in operation, 30-minute wait to order. Restaurant disgustingly filthy.

25/04/2026: The bar was relatively nice, but there was a major drawback: no security or staff were present. Late in the evening, we were harassed in a threatening manner by a group of drunk young men who were clearly looking for a fight. Despite this, they were still served even though they could barely stand. We felt completely unsafe, and our evening was ruined. It's a shame, because the place could be pleasant with a minimum level of security.

24/07/2026: A chain restaurant where the customer is rather poorly treated... Try Burger King, you'll see the difference.... Edit of May 28, 2023: I hadn't been back to this McDonald's in ages, and clearly it's become much worse than before: welcome/service/quality/price... Nothing to salvage, it's truly a chain that's becoming utterly ridiculous and completely outdated.... Even the burgers at the cheap dives are better. A disgrace, especially since the burgers, which have no taste whatsoever, have shrunk by a third. I strongly advise against it.

17/07/2026: It's really not my habit to give a bad review on Google; my goal is usually to support a business rather than penalize it. But in this case, you deserve, to my great regret, this one star because it's in your hands to keep your establishment clean. On the terrace, you have rats roaming freely "as if they own the place," and I mean rats, not mice! Cleanliness is clearly not your priority. Your bins are always overflowing. The tables are always sticky; we constantly have to remind you to come and clean them before you actually do it. And the toilets? Don't even get me started. The play area is even worse! I sincerely hope you take Google reviews into account for your establishment. Make an effort... oh yes, and to top it all off, your ice cream machine hasn't been working for weeks. It's a shame that, in addition to being a dirty restaurant, you're losing revenue by refusing to repair this machine, especially since ice cream is in much higher demand during this period of intense heat.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.

21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.

20/06/2026: As a tourist i wouldn’t come back here. the coffee was left out for a while and bar was left a mess. after our food i made my way to the toilet and the bar man blocked the door? i wasn’t sure the reason as he didn’t speak english, but overall, staff were quite rude. sorry, if i could give 0 i would.
