27/08/2026: Exceptional quality service in record time

16/08/2026: I came to buy three takeaway kebabs, one of which was more expensive and had two kebab meats, two Andalusian sauces, and I only selected onion. The result: it turns out that selecting onion means you don't get it, whereas for the rest of the order, you get it... Not very logical. I ended up with minced steak I didn't order, and two measly sachets of sauce, while the regular kebab only has two sachets... Two euros more for what difference? And the other two kebabs, which I selected with salad, tomato, and onion, came with red cabbage. The ordering system is just as illogical. So we all ended up with red cabbage, which we hate. In short, not satisfied at all, even though the staff were friendly.

08/08/2026: Hello, opening and closing times are important information for customers... The hours on your website are incorrect, and—unless I'm mistaken—there are no hours posted on the door either. Apart from that... your products are simply excellent; the sourdough baguettes are my favorite.

07/09/2026: Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. On the menu: iced vanilla latte... I was ordered an espresso... then a hot vanilla latte... Complicated.

05/09/2026: The new waitstaff was appalling. Cleanliness is a gamble. The alarm clock is a mere shadow of its former self since the change of ownership.

30/08/2026: The bread is okay, but the pastries are pathetic. Flat croissants and pain au chocolat that look like supermarket pastries. I've bought them three times and I'm disappointed each time.

10/08/2026: The staff is very friendly and my guests are always happy with the pastries. The bread is very good compared to other bakeries.

18/08/2026: I ate there. The coffee and dessert were good, but it was really too hot inside.

17/08/2026: We ate a filled baguette here. It had obviously been sitting in the display case for a very long time. It wasn't fresh and tasted bland. Not good!

17/09/2026: Everything's there, it's incredible, it just needs a background music track, maybe more prominent or at least more pleasant.

02/09/2026: I happened to be driving by on my way to Agen for a delivery the next day and stopped in front of this pizzeria, which looked quite inviting. As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me, talking about my truck, which was pretty cool. He then showed me to a young waitress, no older than 25. I asked if they could give me a discount on three pizzas to take away, and she smiled and said there was no problem at all. 😁 I placed my order, modifying the three pizzas to my liking without anyone batting an eye. 😊 After a maximum of 10 minutes, someone came to see me at a table where this (still young) waitress had seated me to wait for my order. I went back to my cab and discovered three rather generously topped pizzas that looked more than appetizing. 🤤 Verdict: they live up to their visual appeal, and frankly, for the medium size (which is what I ordered), they seem huge. That's when I realized I should have (like some other reviewers) brought my trusty pizza measuring tape, the one we all obviously have at home (so we can measure the length of pasta or spring rolls in restaurants) 😅. I'm ending this post without a photo, but it doesn't matter because they're absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly warm 😊. I wholeheartedly recommend this great restaurant in Agen for their pizza 🍕. Thanks to the whole team, we'll be back 😁.

30/07/2026: We ordered two Americanos with two pastries. After waiting five minutes at the register, while only one other couple waited, the waitress placed the coffee on the tray, which spilled all over my partner's sandaled foot. She gave a quick "sorry," glanced at my foot, and said, "Well, it's fine, nothing's wrong." We waited another five minutes to get a half-filled coffee, the waiter looking perplexed by how to use the coffee machine. After finishing our drinks, we finally left without any compensation and with a large red mark of boiling coffee on my partner's foot. Not even a simple visit from the staff to ask if everything was alright and offer a more basic apology. Completely unprofessional!

25/07/2026: The carrot cake was completely dry, and the Ube latte was really not good. Thank you to the very kind person who took our order.

29/08/2026: The dishes and trays were disgusting!!! It's shameful!!! Three Happy Meals, three identical books from the previous collection. No way to exchange them for other books or toys since there's nothing left. What a shame for a Saturday.

25/08/2026: Closed at 11:30 PM About ten people found it closed while I was charging my vehicle at the electric charging station

30/07/2026: I waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru to be served, and when I got home I saw you'd made a mistake and given me a half-price burger instead of the one I ordered??? It's unbelievable how incompetent you are. I fully intend to come back and get a refund once I've eaten this cold McDonald's.

25/07/2026: Very quick and friendly service. I had forgotten my wallet with money inside, and I was able to retrieve it with everything inside. Thank you! 👍

11/09/2026: Thanks to the manager, someone stole my order but he remade it in 3 minutes and I was able to get my bus thanks to him, it's perfect, thank you boss

23/08/2026: We called to reserve a kebab for 2:20 PM. The closing time was listed as 2:30 PM, but he told us, "No, I'm closed at 2:20 PM." We ended up arriving earlier. I've never seen anyone so unpleasant, complaining because we opened the fridge to get drinks. Avoid this place! He clearly doesn't like customers.

20/08/2026: The kebab shop was not welcoming at all, and the prices weren't the same online as in the store. The staff was unhappy when you tried to pay in two installments, one cash and one card. They also didn't give you the right sauces. I definitely don't recommend it.

30/07/2026: I love this place. Great staff, and you can even borrow pétanque balls.

29/07/2026: The ambiance is chill but the service is really poor! We split the bill with my friends and then when we did the calculation for the total bill we realized that we were overcharged so you may want to pay attention to your bill..

13/05/2026: Honestly, there's nothing to say. If you're a bettor, you absolutely have to go to Longchamp. With its authenticity and history, no tobacconist on earth can rival it! If you call yourself a bettor and you've never been to Longchamp, you're NOT a bettor!

03/09/2026: We were passing through the city center and stopped by around 4 pm for lunch. We received a very warm welcome from a really friendly and pleasant person who was also cooking. We ordered burgers with fries, served on a slate with the sauce on the side, and it was absolutely delicious! Overall, a great experience, with a friendly welcome and a satisfying meal. A good place for a quick bite when you're in town.
