22/09/2024: Click&Collect order placed at 9:15 p.m. We go to McDonald's, we wait, after 45 minutes we will inquire with the person who collects, he confirms that our order is indeed registered despite it being marked completed on my application screen. Seeing that several people having arrived after us were served more quickly, we decided to return this time to see the Manager, who gave us the order, which had been forgotten. This is given to us by the security agent who tells us that it is complete. We decide to check it, which turns out to be incomplete. We return to the cash register, the security guard tells us in an annoyed tone “What else”. Following this, the manager told us that there was a problem understanding and redoed the missing part. However we wait another 15 minutes then the order is finally complete, a cheeseburger is offered to us as compensation for the wait of more than an hour.

Hygiene does not seem to be the manager's priority, I arrived, people were outside on their phones and when they returned to take the order and during preparation there was no hand washing before handling the food. food, etc. Bland taco flavor to avoid...If I had seen the comments before I would not have come here...

05/09/2024: It’s a kebab that’s a kebab. We were in the evening and we wanted to eat. So we came across this brand. Despite the criticism, it is an unpretentious kebab, without taking risks or madness but which does what the coach asks of it. 02/09/2024: Saturday evening Lamentable service I ordered cold fries half an hour later I asked for hot fries, they let me reach 20 minutes they serve other customers they really didn't respect me, discrimination advises you to go to other McDonald's there are 2 others

20/08/2024: To escape I asked for a nugget bowls with extra cheddar. They had 2 nugets cut into 2 or 4 pieces!!! The cheddar that they put in the microwave is elastic! The reception is deplorable! I went back to see him and he started talking loudly as if they had served something decent! Mr respect people and we will respect you! We're not talking about the customer being king, no, but there is a way of communicating that should be put in place! never again

16/12/2024: A more than warm welcome... given that a concert had just ended, it was impossible to eat inside this mc do... so after 11 p.m. eat outside... The menu was not complete, menus were missing… In addition, you had to remember your order number because there was no more paper for tickets (a lady right in front of us was set on fire by an employee of the McDonald's... a shame) And let's not even talk about hygiene which needs to be reviewed... the toilets are so dirty that it is impossible to use them... I won't go back there again!

13/11/2024: Endroit propre mais ils ont un pb avec les sauces a croire qu’il y a un concours à celui qui en mets pas dans les commandes Aujourd’hui commande de 2 menu bigtasty sandwich pâteux,salade défraîchie avec un goût de choux fleurs bien garni en sauce ce qui est rare malheureusement pas la sauce du tasty Ps faite attention à vos commandes à emporter des as de l’oubli

My brother in law ordered vegetarian meal, to end up waiting 40 mins for food, and for him to get a chicken and bacon wrap, I tried to get him to go up and complain, but he didn't hence why am leaving this, service was shocking only caring abt online delivery's

20/07/2024: Une honte pour ce magasin CORA de Haguenau, de plus en plus de caisses automatiques, elle sourie cette machine ? Elle parle ? alors arrêter de mettre des panneaux qui disent que les caissières n'ont pas perdues leurs travails, mais ce que nous perdons c'est le dialogue, le sourire etc bref le contact humain et ça jamais vous allez le remplacer avec des machines. En tout cas moi je vais plus y mettre les pieds et choisir les magasins qui eux ont encore des caisses et revenir comme beaucoup au circuit cour ce que je conseil vivement à tout le monde.

26/06/2024: Excellente cafétéria très bien agencée et avec des plats froids ou chauds de qualité! Nous avons aussi apprécié l'insonorisation qui nous permettait de dialoguer calmement comme à la maison. Mobilier de qualité avec beaucoup d'espace. Mieux qu'au restaurant où on est serré comme des sardines dans une boîte de conserve, rentabilité oblige! Bravo Cora! Cafétéria à recommander.

05/10/2024: Expérience extrêmement décevante... Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes nos poké (alors qu'il y avait personne...) Sur 3 poké, 2 n'étaient pas conformes à la commande : 2 ingrédients + le supplément manquant dans l'un, un ingrédient en plus (des cacahouètes....j'y suis allergique, heureusement que je m'en suis aperçue et que c'est une allergie légère) dans l'autre. Enfin, oubli des sauces et des couverts...je peux admettre une erreur mais là ça fait beaucoup...

04/10/2024: Je viens de tester pour la premiere fois en livraison à domicile sur le site Pokawa. Sur 2 menus commandés et règles je n'en ai reçu qu'un, le livreur n'a pas voulu revenir en boutique chercher les articles manquants et j'attends encore le remboursement de Pokawa. C'est honteux !

Gotta get the steak and salad in the package It's cold and the view when you open it doesn't make you want it at all. Potatoes with double cheddar no fork we eat with our fingers while fries with cheddar and crumbled bacon there is a fork Really need to revisit this concept For the price it's worth now it's overpriced Nearby snack bars will gain new customers.....

01/09/2024: I order a small Maxi best of By asking for my fries hot and without salt I am given my order quickly even though it takes 3 minutes to cook To get some fresh ones I then got full at least 3-4 times And the good woman gives me the same fries and stipulates that Customers are not king And that she won't make me hot again And if I'm not happy it's up to me to come and do them Shit Restaurant
