19/07/2026: My god 😱 there are 30,000 of them in the kitchens and out front, and you're waiting at the counter for napkins and sauce that they've forgotten, lol. No smiles, they're all pulling faces from 15 meters away, horrible. Never again, never stopping here, run away!

17/07/2026: Thank you to the staff and manager! My daughter left her phone at this McDonald's. She realized it the next day. The phone had been retrieved and kept in the office, and the manager sent it back to me. Fantastic, a huge thank you! 😀 As for the food, no complaints. Just your average McDonald's.

15/07/2026: A disastrous experience. Frankly, it's completely unacceptable. We waited over 30 minutes for our trays. To make matters worse, people who arrived after us were served before us. The meals arrived cold, there were fries scattered all over the tray, and there weren't even any napkins. The atmosphere was nonexistent, the staff were grumpy, unfriendly, and clearly lacked politeness. On top of that, they walked right past us with our order without even checking who it was for. We had to call them over ourselves to get them to do anything about it. To top it all off, we didn't even get the Happy Meal box or the toy. It's outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. There's a serious problem with organization and service. Such an experience is truly disappointing.

19/07/2026: Very, very dirty... What a shame

19/07/2026: I went to the drive-thru at your restaurant today and I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a McDeal meal with ice cream, but it was served in a coffee cup with a ridiculously small amount. Frankly, this is unacceptable: it looked more like a sample than an ice cream included in a meal. I also tried calling you twice, but no one answered and both calls were disconnected. I find this experience very disappointing. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, and based on this experience, I will not be returning to this McDonald's.

31/05/2026: I came this Sunday and my meal was served 40 minutes late!! The food was cold, my nuggets, my sauce, and the napkins were missing, and frankly, it's not pleasant to eat with such grumpy colleagues!!!

29/05/2026: The kitchen staff were particularly slow; we waited over 15 minutes for a simple meal, even though the restaurant was empty – that's really unacceptable for a fast-food place.

03/08/2026: More than 30 minutes wait in this "fast food" place. One out of two self-service kiosks out of order, toilets giving off such an unpleasant smell that the tables closest to them are deserted.

02/08/2026: Disgusting toilets and a floor with drinks dripping from the bin... The tray arrived at the table already dirty...

19/07/2026: Unpleasant welcome. I understand the day can be long for the staff, and it can also be long for customers who simply want to relax at the end of the day. We changed bars. Maybe next time.

13/07/2026: Once seated at a table for 10, the bartender informed us that he only accepted three separate payments. Not only did we not understand this rule, but the way he told us was rude and made us feel like we were bothering him. It's a shame, because a more welcoming attitude would have prevented this unpleasant experience. Furthermore, Google shows the bar as closed when it's actually open.

14/11/2025: The owner, Katia, made my wife and I feel like absolute VIPs on our honeymoon. The table service was very attentive and it seemed that other customers were attended to very promptly attended to at the same time. 10,000% recommended and would visit again! I recommend the Nutella, pistachio and mango ice creams.

28/09/2025: Unacceptable service. I simply asked for tea, which was clearly stated on the menu, and the waitress responded in a derogatory manner, calling my request "weird." She then introduced herself as the "boss" and continued to behave arrogantly and disrespectfully toward the customer. This attitude is completely unprofessional and should have no place in the restaurant industry. This establishment deserves to be called "Bad Mood."

22/04/2026: "Délice Boulogne"? The only delight here is leaving! 🤮** An absolutely catastrophic experience, run away immediately! Given the number of people inside (**the restaurant was completely deserted**), I should have been suspicious: the emptiness of the dining room clearly foreshadows the quality of the food. **Here's the "menu" of horror:** * **The Weight Scam:** I ordered spicy shrimp (€3.30 per 100g). The waitress gave me a tiny portion and, as soon as I approached the scale, she discreetly removed some of the product. Dishonest from beginning to end. * **The Skewer of Fear:** €1.30 for a "skewer" that was just a slice of carpaccio... **with green highlights** (see photo). This is unacceptable. * **Disgusting Bo Bun:** The beef is rubbery like tires, and the spring rolls taste rancid like used oil. The whole thing is swimming in a plate three-quarters full of water to cheat on the weight. **Outcome:** As a result, I ended up **in the emergency room with severe food poisoning**. I am currently **hospitalized** because of their total lack of hygiene. "Boulogne Delight"? It's more like "Boulogne Torture." **RUN AWAY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE FOR YOUR HEALTH!** 🚩🚩🚩

31/03/2026: A super delicious bo bun, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend it. It was fresh and high-quality. I ate everything, so no photo.

08/07/2026: It's McDonald's, so we can't criticize the food, but everything else is disappointing. We ate there during the heatwave without air conditioning, or at least not enough air conditioning. We chose McDonald's because we were sure we'd stay cool! No chairs available at the self-service kiosks! And then there was nowhere to sit! Very disappointed 😞

08/07/2026: After waiting for over an hour, our order was cancelled without our consent. We received neither a satisfactory explanation nor any compensation. A very disappointing experience.

03/08/2026: Order placed via Deliveroo, 1 hour wait, extra charge for cold food.

31/07/2026: Over €5 for a McFlurry with a half-full cup. When I pointed it out, there was no solution, just a "that's how it is." Very disappointing service and experience.

29/07/2026: Uber Eats delivery... a box of 20 nuggets is missing... I had to go in person to claim the missing 20 nuggets... I'm being treated like a liar and without any apology... Thanks for the last online order... bad customer experience

13/05/2026: I ordered a meal on April 28, 2026: everything was cold and there was a very long wait because the first delivery driver didn't come to pick up the order. It was finally delivered by a second driver. I placed another order (same as the previous one) yesterday, May 12, 2026, and this will be my last, because the food was still cold and the Royal Bacon was terrible. I think McDonald's really isn't good when it comes to delivery!

13/02/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The croque-monsieur was listed at €9.50 on the menu, but when the bill arrived, I was charged €22.50 without any explanation. I find this completely unacceptable and dishonest. Prices must be clear and respected; you can't display one price and then charge another when it comes time to pay. Furthermore, the croque-monsieur was absolutely nothing special. It was simply toasted bread with ham and cheese, with no particular flair or quality. Clearly not worth the price. I do not recommend this establishment.
