15/07/2026: We waited over an hour and weren't even served; they asked us to leave because McDonald's was closed.

15/07/2026: One of the worst meals of my life... First, there was a nauseating smell of sewage throughout the dining room. Then, burnt fries, a flank steak cooked in a deep fryer (the meat was rolled up, oozing oil, and tasted like it had been fried), wilted salad, chicken supremes (for my mother) that weren't supremes at all, but just a plain piece of chicken with bone and skin, overcooked, and defrosted, mass-produced desserts... I ate out of politeness and hunger; I shouldn't have. My stomach hurt all afternoon. All this for a high price! The waitresses were very professional, but that was the only redeeming quality; otherwise, it's a complete rip-off.

11/07/2026: No sense of customer service. They refused to replace a glass of wine (there was a wasp in it), saying it wasn't their fault... lol. So they have the nerve to bring me the same glass without the wasp... what a joke. For a €6.50 glass, they lost a customer (I went there 4 or 5 times), but I think they don't care. The owner has no sense of customer service. A shame in this profession. I won't be going back on principle.

17/01/2026: The welcome was cold and unpleasant; the bartender banged the drinks against the table as he brought them, without a word or a glance. We heard him yelling at the cook, "Get the hummus out, or we'll send you back to school!" We felt like we were bothering him, and he was very bitter.

07/07/2026: It was extremely hot in the store, impossible to even place an order. Avoid it during the summer months.

25/06/2026: I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.

29/07/2026: 1. Very unpleasant server, ordered a McFlurry. Instead of M&M's and caramel, we received vanilla ice cream with nothing else, all after a 30-minute wait.

28/07/2026: Honestly, not great. Two items were missing from the order. The burgers were cold. The tray wasn't very clean. And to top it all off, I think I got food poisoning. I felt nauseous for over an hour after eating... I don't recommend it. Plus, the trash and empty dishes were overflowing. I feel like throwing up just thinking about it.

01/07/2026: Awful, filthy, disgusting!! What more can I say? The waitress was unfriendly, didn't smile, was sour, cold, and didn't even say hello. The tacos weren't the size pictured, they were a medium and needed to be shrunk down!!! The tacos near the Carrefour is so much better, the stairs are in good condition, and the waiter was nice. In short, don't go to the one downtown, it looks like a closet. It looks like a bomb exploded on the sofa, plus the stairs are shameful… I do not recommend it. Awful customer experience 😡😡😡

28/06/2026: Passing through Vannes, we were disappointed... The establishment is dilapidated, the stairs are dangerous; some steps are missing, and the handrails are held together with tape. Overall, it's dirty; I don't know what it's like in the kitchen. Finally, the customers reflect the state of the establishment. I don't understand why there are no inspections carried out...

29/07/2026: Do not go there under any circumstances. Spoiled meat, suspicion of dogs or other animals, health inspectors have already inspected the property, no air conditioning, horribly ill for a month.

16/07/2026: Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.

21/07/2026: This is my second visit. The manager is just as unpleasant as ever, doesn't seem to want to work, no smile, no politeness. The kebab bread is literally microwaved bread, the prices are high, and on top of that, they tell us to come back later because they're out of kebab meat. I strongly advise against going there and would suggest you try a much more welcoming fast food restaurant.

08/07/2026: A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals that only take 3 minutes to cook, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru! All that just to get cold fries and nuggets! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!!!!!

01/07/2026: Nothing special. Door broken. The user terminal, even in 2026, doesn't have proper German programmed; it switches back and forth between English and French. Simply pathetic... Well, what can you expect at these prices?

18/07/2026: Our first order, placed on July 12th, arrived without any fries. After calling and speaking with a manager, he offered to come and collect our fries without any compensation. A bit much. After further discussion, he agreed to offer us a free meal on our next visit in exchange for the fries. However, after visiting today, no one seems to know anything about this, and a manager there apparently told us that only the fries from our last order would be added (again, without any compensation or goodwill gesture). Broken promises and a disagreement between different people...

18/07/2026: Thieves, there's no other word for it! My husband and I placed a delivery order on July 12th, just before closing time. When it arrived, several items were missing. We then spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with different staff members, each transferring us to someone else. Finally, we spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who explained that he couldn't do anything immediately, but that on our next visit, we would receive a free meal as compensation. So today we went to the restaurant. First person: she wasn't aware of the problem. Second person, who seemed to be the manager: she told us, in a particularly arrogant tone, that she could offer us… two portions of fries. Seriously? We paid for delivery, items were missing from our order, we made the trip, and all they offer us is two fries? It's truly unacceptable. Beyond the order error, what's most shocking is the lack of professionalism, poor communication between teams, and disregard for customers. A very disappointing experience and a service that was anything but customer-friendly.

29/03/2026: They stole money from our bags from our room!! And when we reported this they did not make any effort to apologise or find a solution. They did not even seem surprised. Unacceptable and inappropriate staff!! Horrible experience!

18/03/2026: Amazing location, very central. Close to Gare de l’Est, very well connected to all the transport options. Nice and friendly employees. Cozy rooms.

09/07/2026: It's absolutely unacceptable to pay €5.00 for a cheddar and bacon fries when you see what's in them... it's a rushed and poorly done job. The staff needs proper training.

07/07/2026: We asked for two glasses of water, I brought the glass of water close to my nose and it literally smelled like soap. I drank it and the water tasted like soap.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing. We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person. This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment. The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.
