21/09/2026: Hello, last night I went to the drive-thru, as usual, and there were order mistakes—my son didn't get the right drink! But the worst part is they poisoned me! Yes, a horrible night for me, and yes, food poisoning!! A terrible stomach ache and severe diarrhea all night!! Now I still have to go to work, so thanks a lot! I definitely noticed the taste was different than usual, but I kept eating—big mistake! I won't be going back anytime soon!!

20/09/2026: A disgrace!!! Drive-thru order I ordered a double Chicken Gold!! They gave me a single!! And the price isn't the same!!! They're ripping off their customers! Not to mention the mistakes with the Daim caramel McFlurry ice cream. They gave it to me without the Daim, and if I didn't say anything, they would have left it (no Daim, but they didn't replace it; I had to see it and order MMS instead). Real thieves!!!! And to top it all off, they were missing a drink!!!!! At McDonald's prices, the service and the care taken when preparing orders should be much more professional. Teach them to count: 1 + 1 = 2, not 1 (for the Chicken Gold).

05/09/2026: This McDonald's is a disgrace! On Saturday, September 5th, at 2:50 AM, the wait was already endless, even though there were only three cars. Then, when I got to the drive-thru, they told me they were out of tomatoes… considering how many sandwiches use tomatoes, the choice quickly became limited (and I love tomatoes). Finally, after finding a substitute sandwich, I was told at the register that the card reader was malfunctioning and I couldn't pay with my phone! Of course, they hadn't informed me when I ordered, and I didn't have my credit card with me, so I left empty-handed after a 30-minute wait. If you can't handle the night shift, don't open.

05/09/2026: This McDonald's really leaves much to be desired. The staff is completely inattentive to customers. Getting an employee's attention is incredibly difficult. The wait time for your order is truly excruciating. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs; nothing about it is right.

18/09/2026: Ordered two meals from the drive-thru, the fries and burgers were cold, the chicken was barely cooked, the Coke Zero served had no bubbles and the sauces were forgotten.

13/09/2026: On September 13, 2026, I went through the drive-thru around 12:30 PM. Both lanes were occupied. Apparently, in Beaucaire, they don't know what alternating lanes are; the lane on the right exists, ma'am! Two cars that arrived after me went ahead of me... I pointed out the problem to the woman and asked her to pay attention to the order of arrival, but apparently it wasn't her fault; she couldn't see when she was ringing up the payment... Yet, in other McDonald's, they can see and even ask if you're the next car or not. In short, I had to back up and didn't get McDonald's. Very, very disappointed.

08/09/2026: Disgraceful customer service. My order was nearly €50: a whole bag of fries was missing. I live 20 minutes from McDonald's. I tried calling to avoid making the trip again: impossible, they explained that during rush hour, the phone line wasn't working. The result: 20 minutes there + 20 minutes back, fuel wasted, and 40 minutes lost trying to get back what I'd already paid for. When I got there, they simply remade the fries and offered me… an ice cream as compensation. I explained to the manager that my children were waiting for me at home and that after another 40 minutes, their five hamburgers were obviously cold. Since the mistake was the restaurant's, I thought it was only fair that they remade the hamburgers so my children could eat their meal hot. Refused. I finally left with fries and four ice creams as "compensation," only to find my five cold hamburgers back home. Making a mistake with an order can happen, that's not even the issue. What's unacceptable is how it was handled: no real effort to address the problem, no gesture commensurate with the 40-minute drive caused by their error, and above all, a manager I found completely uncooperative and uncomprehending. €50 for the order + 40 wasted minutes + a round trip by car = a cold meal for the whole family. At that price, we have the right to expect a minimum of consideration when a mistake originates from the restaurant.

02/07/2026: Being repeatedly given a makeover by the manager (I think he was a man in his 60s) is very unpleasant and inappropriate towards women. It's a shame, the beer was good and the terrace was fine.

28/07/2026: After a 25-minute wait (on a Sunday at 12:15 PM, so the restaurant was far from full), I received a cold burger and cold fries. I went back to ask for a different meal. No apology. They brought my order anyway. Another cold burger (see photo). They seem to be busy asking people to leave comments, but not so busy providing service.

28/09/2026: If you're thirsty, you can have a beer in the area without worry.

04/09/2026: Pre-made crepe, with fake Nutella disguised with cinnamon, mediocre coffee and all at a disproportionate price despite the prime location.

12/09/2026: Order placed today, waited over 30 minutes, toys for the children's menu (which we paid for) were missing, as well as fries. I called to report the problem, but they couldn't do anything. I find this unacceptable. A gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.

12/09/2026: Getting worse and worse, 30 minutes to be served even though there's no one there. Something's always missing.

12/09/2026: Four fries fighting each other, that's changed the Cartage. Disappointed and shocked.

09/09/2026: They make and bake their bread on site. This results in kebabs that are both soft and crispy!

24/08/2026: €2.30 for a hazelnut, €1.90 for an espresso with 2 ml at the bottom of the cup, and at that price, when you ask for sugar, they tell you there isn't any... pathetic thieves!

24/08/2026: Very poor service. This place does not deserve to carry the brand it represents. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and service delivered with integrity. Unfortunately, on this occasion, none of that was evident. A very disappointing experience this day.

04/09/2026: I placed an order the day before, which unfortunately wasn't sent to the restaurant. However, I was fortunate enough to speak to someone on the phone that morning. They were very friendly and prepared our order (10 drinks) in record time for our meeting. Thank you again for your kindness and responsiveness!
