31/08/2026: Ideally located at the bottom of the stairs at Saint Charles train station, this brasserie offers a relaxing place to stop while waiting for your train (or returning home). It's been our go-to spot for two years now. A very warm welcome (the manager is friendly and smiling), excellent food (classic but just what you need after traveling abroad 😁), and what can I say about the coffee 🤩. In short, we recommend it 200%!

09/09/2026: The toilets were awful, a nauseating sea smell in the restaurant and the restrooms was unappealing... the hand dryer didn't work and there were no paper towels... Then there was a 20-minute wait between paying at the self-service kiosk and getting my meal, even though there were four people in the McDonald's and they were already eating. Then my girlfriend ordered a small order of fries, which arrived half-full and cold. She asked for more hot fries, which came back even colder and with fewer fries (the man seemed annoyed at having to make more fries and come over to us). Next, we ordered four deluxe sauces (none were available on the tray). There were no napkins on the tray to wipe our hands, mouths, etc. Great... I went back to see him because I ordered fries with the €1 bacon and cheese option (which I think is expensive), and the fries arrived cold, with two pieces of bacon and almost no cheese (and for a large order, it was more like a medium...). He wasn't happy, so we came back for the third time. My girlfriend doesn't digest salad well, so she always removes it from the small ranch wrap and her chicken sandwich. It was impossible to remove it from the kiosk, so we assumed McDonald's was out of salad, and in the end, everything arrived with salad (the sandwich was completely cold...). In short, we won't be going back to that McDonald's anytime soon...

04/08/2026: Personally, I've been to all the McDonald's in the Manche region, between Avranches, Saint-Lô, Isigny... well, Coutances is much better, it's really quick to be served, the manager Leo is top-notch, super friendly with customers, since I've been going to this one I haven't found anything to complain about, keep it up, a top-notch team.

03/11/2025: Very, very nice and attentive service! Great cocktails! Happy hour prices are unbeatable! That was my review in July 2023. After several visits, it unfortunately got progressively worse. The waiter, who is also the owner, is incredibly unfriendly. The opening hours are never accurate. The bar is always open at inconsistent times. It's a shame, because it used to be really cool there. The waitress who worked there at the time contributed a lot to the atmosphere. I don't think she works there anymore.

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

23/09/2026: A 20-minute wait despite using click and collect. The app indicated that my order had been ready for 15 minutes. There were five cars behind me and one in front that waited even longer… I finally had to go inside to get my order, which was waiting with many others on the counter. It seemed like everything had been there for a while, as it was all cold. No apology, no gesture of goodwill. When I got home, my burger was completely squashed and the lettuce was black over a 2cm² area, not to mention the lack of dressing. The team was clearly disorganized and unable to provide service. In that case, don't offer click and collect if you can't provide the service…

23/09/2026: Terrible tonight! A 20-minute wait for click and collect; it could have been even longer if we hadn't come in person... No parking space number to enter into the app when we arrived. We had to go get our order, which was just sitting there on the counter with the other takeaway orders. We had to reheat it at home because it was already cold when we picked it up. No apology, no gesture of goodwill. Given the price increases, this is really very disappointing.

25/08/2026: Order #812086 This is the last straw. There was no sauce in the bag, and the yogurt arrived with a hole in it, spilling all over the rest of the order. When we returned to the restaurant to report the problem, we received no apology or any compensation, even though the dining room was completely quiet. A lack of professionalism and customer service.

25/08/2026: Just reviewing this because the latest low ratings weren't my experience at all. This Mac is fine. Perfectly normal levels of everything.

04/09/2026: After my visit to the drive-thru at McDonald's in Tonneins this Friday, I could only note the kindness and gentleness of the person who takes the drive-thru (a young blond man) extremely kind and friendly, it is a pleasure to see that someone keeps their smile and kindness!

30/08/2026: After several experiences, I am very disappointed by the extremely long wait times to be served, the order exchanges, and the fact that several items are always missing from the order.

13/09/2026: The best McDonald's in Saint-Quentin, without a doubt. Always served hot, with a smile, and they're super attentive to children. No complaints, if I have to drive all the way around Saint-Quentin now, it's this McDonald's or nothing 😅

06/09/2026: On Sunday, September 6th at noon, I used the Click & Collect service in the parking lot. The app indicated my order was ready, but I waited 10 minutes without anyone bringing it to me. So, I finally had to go inside and get it myself, where it was waiting on the counter. I was then told the restaurant was understaffed. 😂 In that case, why offer a service you can't provide? As a result, when I got home, the fries were cold. 😡 Paying for cold food is unacceptable.

22/08/2026: I was very disappointed with the service at the checkout. We waited between 5 and 10 minutes just to pay, even though several employees clearly saw us waiting. Everyone looked up, saw us, but no one came to ring us up. I finally had to ask an employee, who then had to ask someone else to ring us up. It's really a shame to have to insist just to pay. A little more attention to customers waiting in line would be greatly appreciated.

15/09/2026: Toilets to avoid, but when you have no choice you make do 🥴 To access them you have to go down a floor, there's toilet paper everywhere and to top it all off, see what's posted (see photo)

18/07/2026: Avoid this bar at all costs. I ordered a syrup and went to get it from the counter, but when I brought it to my table, a waiter pulled down my pants and started dancing the zouk in front of me. He defended himself by saying it was a joke.
