29/08/2025: We came for lunch with our family, were seated, and asked to change tables because we were sitting in a draft and noticed it was bothersome. The woman who was serving us looked everywhere to find us a table as if it were crowded, even though there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant. Once seated, the knives were disgusting—dirty, not just dirty—and the glasses were the same, covered in fingerprints. We asked for a carafe of water, and again, we received a look that spoke volumes. For our meal, we specifically requested an Alsatian salad without Gruyère cheese, but it was brought to us with Gruyère (defrosted). The other salads had such strong dressing that with each bite, it felt like eating sour candy. For the price we paid, I find what we got on our plates shameful. Once we were served, the same woman sat down at a table to roll a cigarette. Everyone is free to do as they please, but I didn't think it was a good idea. In short, a very bad experience, a place I would never recommend.

03/08/2026: The McDrive is supposed to be faster... 6:00 PM, no one's waiting, no cars. We've been waiting for our order for over 20 minutes... I don't find that very fast for a service that's supposed to be "quick." Please look into your staff; they're not very efficient.

29/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place! Worst bar experience in years. From the start, the orders were taken incorrectly: I ordered a half-pint, and they served me a pint. My friend, who is English (and doesn't speak any French), ordered a double gin and tonic, but we later discovered that she had apparently only received a single. Later, she ordered two more double gin and tonics because she thought it was necessary to reach the minimum spend for her credit card and ended up paying €28 (for two drinks!), €14 per glass, whereas the first one had only cost her €8. She didn't realize the difference at the time. When I went back to ask for an explanation, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the misunderstanding. They simply told me that it was "normal" to charge €14 for a double. Given the initial confusion and the fact that she didn't speak French well, we clearly felt they were taking advantage of the situation instead of trying to clear things up. But the worst part was the staff's attitude: no apology, no acknowledgment of a possible misunderstanding, no willingness to offer any compensation, no self-reflection, and an increasingly aggressive tone. Until they literally yelled at me and said, and I quote: "If you're not happy, get out!" Well, that's exactly what we did. We finished our drinks and left. Mistakes happen. However, a complete lack of respect and professionalism should never be acceptable. We will obviously never be back.

22/07/2026: The waiter and bartender are misogynistic and contemptuous. Even if you're pleasant and polite to them, they respond rudely. If you can't be polite and at least a little friendly, don't go into this profession!

19/07/2026: One of the worst McDonald's in the city, I think. The drive-thru wait is unbelievable, they're often out of sauces. The managers should be more focused on running their restaurants than kissing their partners in the parking lot.

07/06/2026: Extremely disappointed with this order. In just two years, the quality seems to have dropped considerably. The pizza was far from what was advertised: very sparsely topped, with the impression of a rushed product. I ordered a thick crust and received a thin one, which is already a significant mistake for such a fundamental element of the order. As for the spicy chicken, this was probably the biggest disappointment. Not only was it not spicy at all, but it was also excessively greasy. It felt more like eating oil than seasoned chicken. The lack of flavor and the quality of preparation left much to be desired. In the end, despite the price paid, the portions and the quality were not up to par. I was left wanting more and it's nowhere near the level I've experienced before. A very disappointing experience that unfortunately makes me not want to recommend this establishment or return, with service that doesn't live up to expectations...

02/07/2026: “It’s not the fall that matters, it’s the landing.” La Haine (1995) – Mathieu Kassovitz. That’s how to describe the atmosphere in one quote. I arrived to celebrate and lose myself with my friends. From the moment we walked in, I was struck by how awful the music was. Just unfamiliar sounds that created absolutely no atmosphere. We had to wait about an hour and a half for anything to get even remotely lively. The DJ, for his part, was clearly a high school intern, meaning he was deaf and, more importantly, blind, and completely oblivious to the lack of atmosphere. The drops, meanwhile, reminded me of my lessons on the 1929 economic crisis. Just when we were starting to get into the groove, the music shifted to styles more diametrically opposed to those of the Cold War, or even World War II. The football match we were watching on one of the TVs was far more entertaining than the dancing. We should also mention the bouncers who wouldn't let us go outside for fresh air and, more importantly, to give our eardrums a break. The sound system never changed: it sounded like a fire alarm. In short, the place has all the potential to become an excellent party venue (decent speakers with good bass, interesting decor, good lighting, etc.), but it's not being used to its full potential. And that's a real shame…

02/07/2026: My first visit to La Salamandre, we were warmly welcomed by Momo and Walid, the place is nice and the music is good! I recommend it, long live Strasbourg!

10/07/2026: For a McDonald's, nothing to complain about! The burger was well-made and the service incredibly friendly. Honestly, a positive atmosphere makes all the difference. Thank you to Delphine for her professionalism and kindness.

02/07/2026: A terrible experience at McDonald's Le Crès. A chair broke while I was sitting there with my 10-month-old baby in my arms. We almost fell because of faulty equipment. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no apology, no concern for our well-being, just a remark that "chairs are expensive." Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and no regard for customer safety. Before thinking about the price of chairs, they should be thinking about family safety. I do not recommend this restaurant.

17/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! LACK OF HYGIENE!!! I was sick for a week after having a milkshake there (headache, fever, severe diarrhea), a bacterial infection that had to be treated with antibiotics. And clearly linked to the milkshake! Never again!!!!! And to top it all off: 20 minutes to get this supposedly infested milkshake! A disrespectful and dishonest waitress: when I politely asked her what the problem was given my wait time, she curtly replied that she serves customers in order of arrival and that "you have to be patient." And when I pointed out that everyone who had been served before me in the last 15 minutes arrived well after me, she replied: "Milkshakes take longer!" Finally, they made me the infamous milkshake in a rather unsavory blender. In the end, the drink was barely lukewarm, just a simple milkshake, no ice cream in it. It really didn't deserve the unpleasantness that followed!

21/05/2026: Ridiculous food, a mere centimeter of cream in the crispy rolls (photo attached), you might as well get a decent croissant from a bakery. The strawberry tea in the €5.50 set menu is ridiculously bad, it's literally just watered-down syrup, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend it. To top it all off, the muffin is completely bland and overpriced for what it is, with very little raspberry and white chocolate. They're real cheapskates! Avoid at all costs!! P.S.: The blaring music is the highlight; you can't tell if it's a nightclub or a place to relax.

21/06/2026: ✅ We were very satisfied with our meal at "Aux Fastes de Rome" ⭐️. 👉 We had a private event on June 19th, which meant there were far fewer people. 👉 The service was perfect; our server was very friendly, smiling, and pleasant. 👉 We ate on the terrace, which had a great setting, and the tables weren't too close together. 👉 The price was a bit high, but that's typical of amusement parks... 🤷‍♂️. ⭐️ 🤩I highly recommend this fast food restaurant 🤩⭐️.

10/07/2026: Arriving around 2 PM, I imagine after a hectic lunch service, I was quite disappointed not to find a clean table to sit at. The couple asked for their table to be cleaned, and I asked for the same for the entire "restaurant." Good burger.

04/04/2026: Order 4259. The book is missing from the Happy Meal. Two of the self-service kiosks are only partially working. With an order like this, they're capable of forgetting something. Only 10 people in the restaurant. Unacceptable.
