04/05/2026: The place is nice, but the waiter... My god... He's about as friendly as a prison guard! Four of us sat down, each ordering, and one of our friends showed up with his own sandwich. The guy practically threw us out, telling us it was totally forbidden, like we'd killed someone... So, customer service? There isn't any... And then, five minutes later, the guy over the PA system came up to us and said we weren't allowed to drink from our reusable water bottles, even though we'd already paid for our paninis... So we left quickly after eating and paying. I've never seen anything like it...

02/07/2026: So, how can I put this? I placed an order at the kiosk, saw my tray with two large fries ready, and five minutes later, the waitresses, who were practically shouting—yes, I said shouting to avoid saying yelling in some unknown language—were practically ready to serve the fries. One of them took one of the fries from my tray, which must have been cold, and put it in a bag for another takeout order (he must have eaten it cold). Only eight minutes later did my sandwich arrive, and they added a hot, unsalted fry to the tray. The result: 13 minutes for two fries, one of which was very cold, and a "Supreme" sandwich that looked nothing like the menu and was tasteless. The worst Quick I've ever seen. I understand why they closed down for so long. I've never seen anything like it! 🤮🤮 What a disgrace!

24/07/2026: The place is supposed to be trendy. Beyond that, it's strongly discouraged; it's the kind of place that tries to be hipster but charges exorbitant prices. Seven euros for a cold matcha, loaded with ice, containing only a few milliliters of matcha. In other words, nothing refreshing; I had to stop somewhere else for a drink... The order was taken quickly, as cold as the ice cubes. Lamentable.

17/08/2026: I was looking for a place to stay for the day, and this place did the trick. I had imagined it to be bigger, though. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to make a phone call in the booth when I needed to (all the slots were booked). There was no soap in the restrooms (just a tiny bit mixed with water). And indeed, based on the reviews I've read, I can confirm that I dealt with two different baristas, and their friendliness varied considerably. You can judge for yourself. On the plus side, the drink selection is worth mentioning. And as for the air conditioning, it is definitely much hotter on the mezzanine.

08/08/2026: I ordered a taco; the tortilla wasn't cooked, and neither were the fries. The cordon bleu was tough and crunchy, but the delivery was fast! I won't be ordering again.

23/07/2026: First order, not disappointed, delivery was on time and they even called me back to say it was ready. I loved the tandoori chicken sandwich and the fries were very good 👍 You get your money's worth, there's a generous amount of meat

09/09/2026: Terrible service (except for the waitress). The set menu was okay, but I could have eaten on the way out... syrup was €2.80. The cashier was very unpleasant. The place was very noisy. There were four of us, and we won't be back.

13/09/2026: I pass through this town several times a year and regularly stop for McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've been since February, and the service has been catastrophic. The staff is unprofessional; they barely give you time to choose at the drive-thru. You have to repeat your choices several times to be understood because the person doesn't listen. And then there's the quality of the food... potatoes and fries mixed together in the same container, the drink cap wasn't locked and ended up on the seat... and today the burgers had more filling on the outside than on the inside. A wrap that looked more like a crumpled rag in paper, all smothered in sauce. In short, I won't be back. I prefer to stop at your competitor, the Burger King in Rodez, which is much more professional. Clearly the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, and I go to many throughout the year during my business trips.

30/08/2026: The service and welcome at the drive-thru were impeccable today. The young man who served us was very professional. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon. Give him a day off so he can visit Laguiole ☺️ he'll know who he is.

12/08/2026: The pizzas are excellent, but the delivery leaves much to be desired. I ordered at 7 pm, specifying that I was paying by card. I received my delivery at 8:40 pm. The driver had forgotten the card reader, so he left, leaving us the pizzas and planning to return with it. At 9:10 pm, I had to call the pizzeria myself to get the driver to finally leave. At 9:40 pm, I called the pizzeria again to ask where the driver was, and they told me they would come back tomorrow so I could pay. I had to call again to get confirmation, otherwise I would never have been notified because they are overwhelmed; their organization needs improvement. It's a real shame because the pizzas are truly delicious, but every time I've ordered from this establishment, the drivers have always taken an incredibly long time to arrive (I'm not talking about a 25-30 minute wait, but much longer).

07/08/2026: Quite good pizza for reasonable price. However if looking for a place to sit, it's better to go somewhere else.
