05/09/2026: Zero respect for people... I ordered two sandwiches: one tuna and one steakhouse. I received two tuna sandwiches. No cheese. I also ordered waffle fries which were inedible... extremely poor quality. Never go there!! It's a disaster.

25/08/2026: We went to Subway tonight, and the service was fantastic! The person who served us was absolutely lovely and very kind. The €33.90 price tag is still a little hard to swallow 😂 but hey, we ate well! Thanks for the warm welcome 😊

30/08/2026: We went with my mother and were refused entry for no reason; the reception was poor.

01/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. I've never been turned away in my life, not even in proper establishments… 😂 Tonight, there were three of us, all of legal age (18, 20, and 21), calm, appropriately dressed, and behaving perfectly. Yet, we were refused entry without the slightest valid explanation. The most shocking thing isn't even the refusal itself; an establishment is free to choose its clientele. What's disturbing is the haughty and disdainful attitude of the staff, who act like they're running an ultra-exclusive club when it's simply a nightclub in Carcassonne. The gap between the image some people seem to have of their establishment and the reality is quite striking. A little more humility, professionalism, and respect for customers wouldn't hurt. If your goal is to give a bad impression of your establishment right from the entrance, you've certainly succeeded. Thankfully, there are far more reputable places where the welcome is warm and customers are treated with respect. I will never set foot in that place again, and I certainly won't recommend it. It's time to come back down to earth and realize our own worth 😂😂😂😂

05/09/2026: This McDonald's stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, both in the dining area and the restrooms—a rare feat in this type of establishment and worth highlighting! Furthermore, the wait time is minimal, and the staff is very friendly during service. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: the order is carefully prepared, and, a very welcome touch, the fries are served piping hot and crispy. The only slight drawback is the lack of shade on the patio.

05/09/2026: The website states closing time as midnight, but by 11:30 PM it was already impossible to eat... I don't understand! We made the trip only to find the door closed. Please correct your opening hours or at least respect them.

09/08/2026: As a delivery driver on a cargo bike in La Rochelle, I've regularly needed to eat something quick but good, hot, and at very reasonable prices for the past 18 years! From burgers to kebabs, "Le Rif" is truly excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone!

24/07/2026: Disappointed by this experience. I found something unacceptable in my kebab, which completely ruined my appetite. This is unacceptable for a food establishment. I hope measures will be taken to improve hygiene.

Following a glitch with the ordering kiosk that failed to register my order, they demonstrated great responsiveness and excellent customer service in finding the most suitable solution. A big thank you for their kindness and efficiency!

20/09/2026: Appalling! A 45-minute wait at the drive-thru only to hear: "I asked you to wait!" Do I need to remind you that you're a fast-food restaurant?! That's the whole point of McDonald's! A reasonable wait, YES, but this is outrageous! The worst part is, you can't even leave! Stuck! Luckily, there are competitors! Good luck to the cashier at this McDonald's! (September 20th at 4:35 PM)

16/08/2026: 1 star because I have to give it. The employee didn't say hello and sighed when I asked her to make me 4 coffees. So I cancelled my order. Avoid at all costs!

07/08/2026: The staff were very pleasant, but unfortunately the Coke Zero was expired by several months. Otherwise, the terrace was nice, although the street noise was a bit too high.

26/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit this Thursday. My cinnamon roll was cold from the first bite, so I simply asked if it could be exchanged. The heavily tattooed manager replied very arrogantly: "Well, what do you want me to do? Exchange it or reheat it?" I find this way of speaking to a customer completely inappropriate. I am a regular customer and I simply expect a minimum of respect and professionalism, especially for such a simple request. Especially since my daughter works at this establishment, and even she found the reaction completely abusive and inappropriate. This is really not the image one expects from a professional establishment.

19/09/2026: I go to Disneyland Paris every time, but this last time put me off. I ordered two set menus with coffee, a sandwich, and dessert. I paid. My sister went to find a seat, and I waited. They refused to give me the carrot cake because it had become too expensive for the set menu, so I got a simple cookie instead. I got my drinks and asked for the two sandwiches that the server had right in front of him by the register. The young woman told me I'd already had them. I politely said no, sorry. She became condescending, accusing me of being a liar and a thief, and shouted louder, "Yes, yes, yes, your wife had them!" First of all, she's not my wife, she's my sister, and she hadn't even noticed that I hadn't paid yet. I had to hold up the line and wait for the server who had been serving me to tell him, and after supporting his colleague, he finally realized that the two sandwiches were right in front of his register. And as a bonus, there was no cream in my coffee, even though I ordered a large size and received a medium. Very disappointing.

26/09/2026: I don't think I've ever had a proper order! Again tonight, medium fries instead of large, the KitKat topping missing from the McFlurries... I think that's called robbery.

19/08/2026: Takeout only; there are just two tables on the side. The food is pretty good, but the bowl looks a bit empty. You fill out a form to create your own bowl from scratch. The bowl costs €12.90. Loyalty card available.

30/08/2026: I would have liked to give zero stars because after waiting 45 minutes and watching Uber Eats and other online orders cut in front of me, I admit I'm very annoyed. What's more, after 30 minutes I asked someone for help, and they told me, "I can't do anything for you!" I'm speechless.

29/08/2026: Waiting 30 minutes on a Saturday night with only two other people in the McDonald's, employees who preferred to joke around or chat amongst themselves rather than work, and of course, the food was cold, dry, and the order wasn't followed. That's the last time I'll spend a single cent at this worst McDonald's in France.
