06/06/2026: A pleasant surprise at the St. Louis Shopping Centre. I got an apple pie to go and I have to say it's one of the best apple pies I've ever tasted. The shortcrust pastry is perfect and melts in your mouth, and the apples are sliced ​​thinly. I highly recommend this apple pie. (In the photo, I'd already taken a bite 😃)

28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

Endless wait, filthy dining area, poorly prepared food, indifferent and unfriendly staff, and a detestable manager with appalling behavior and insulting remarks towards customers. No compensation is offered when you report a problem, and the manager speaks to you like you're a dog before disappearing, muttering insults at you. Unacceptable! Nothing is right. Most of the time they display drinks they don't have, without mentioning it, and their responses are very rude. In this heat, the least they could do is point it out instead of making us wait for nothing while they chat amongst themselves. I've never had this problem at other Columbus restaurants. I only encountered someone who was genuinely pleasant once, which is a shame.

27/05/2026: This review concerns the Columbus restaurant located inside the Gara, near Platform 18. It was written on May 27, 2026. I am writing on behalf of myself and two customers who, before me, were subjected to appalling treatment by the waitress. We were subjected to unjustified reprimands and aggressive treatment for trivial reasons. The waitress yelled when the two foreign customers before me asked to pay their bills separately. When I tried to place my order, she immediately sent me back to my table, accusing me of not having answered her questions about my order quickly enough. I strongly advise against this establishment and I am filing an official complaint with the Columbus chain.

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

02/06/2026: The hotel was very dirty, especially the stairs and entrance. There were no drinking glasses. Parking was €8 per day, supposedly Kiriad, but it was actually a first-class hotel.

02/07/2026: It's a shame to have to give 1 star; worst experience ever. The waitress was a grumpy, rude girl. She served us melted ice cream and warned us that in this heatwave, the KitKat balls were melted and stuck together. I had packets of balls clumped together in the liquid ice cream. I went to her to ask what was going on! She said, "Can't I do any better in this weather? It's not like it's a heatwave at McDonald's!" And I had paid for caramel sauce! I barely got a teaspoon of topping, how embarrassing! I showed it to her, and she replied once again in an annoyed tone, "Well, that's how it is, that's the quantity defined by McDonald's!!!" Both ice creams were thrown straight in the bin. For that price, thank you. On the other hand, the cleanliness for a McDonald's in the city center was a complete disaster. The tables were filthy; I had to clean them myself! Papers everywhere, the window decorations were all greasy—truly a disgusting McDonald's. Very disappointed. We'll go to the competition, which still has some principles towards its customers and whose premises are much cleaner. If needed, I have photos to prove the state of the place!

29/05/2026: The Lebanese food was way overcooked, and the three-meat tacos were as small as the Lebanese ones. The fries were a bit of a joke.

15/07/2026: Once again, the McDonald's in Gisors forgot some sauces (which we're now being charged for) and even left my bacon out of my Bacon Egg McMuffin! Every time, something is missing or not done properly. And considering the price of McDonald's and delivery, it's truly unacceptable!

01/07/2026: Shameful. Due to an error at the kiosk, which wasn't our fault, we paid €12 for "one item" only to receive something else entirely. We reported the issue, but the manager refused to do anything because it would mean "a loss" for them. Oh yes... it's true, it's not a loss for us either... We requested a complaint form, and €12 is no small sum these days, only to be told: "You should look it up on Google," or, I quote, "on chatgpt." I think they need to review the basics of customer training. Awaiting a response from a manager worthy of the name or from the quality department.

13/06/2026: Absolutely outraged. I went to order 9 VEGGIE nuggets (clearly noted on my receipt) around 5 pm. After a 15-minute wait, my order arrived, and at first glance, it seemed normal. Imagine my surprise when I ate one nugget and it was definitely not veggie. So I pointed it out, and they confirmed they weren't and exchanged them. Not an apology, not a word, just a statement of fact. I honestly think they don't realize the impact of making someone who doesn't eat meat eat it. It's appalling, not a small mistake, and I feel terrible.

27/07/2026: I revisited this McDonald's with my grandson, the same one I used to go to with my children about twenty years ago… what a disappointment! The air-conditioned dining area was swarming with flies! The booths were torn, the tables were covered in rust, and the restrooms were filthy. The staff, while only mildly polite, seemed sad and unmotivated. For a chain with this reputation, a serious effort in renovation, cleanliness, and employee development would be most welcome.

22/07/2026: I came to use the drive-thru to avoid getting out of my car, but in the end, I had to get out to ask for sauces they'd forgotten. They also didn't close the drink lids properly, and some leaked into my bag. One of my worst experiences at this McDonald's so far.

14/07/2026: I would like to thank the entire team present on the evening of July 12th, especially the young man who was cleaning the exterior. Kudos to him for his quick response when my car started smoking because the radiator had failed. Thank you to the manager who took the time to drive me home. Top-notch team!
