24/08/2026: We stopped in to grab some drinks for the family and had a rude interaction with the two men at the register. I greeted them in French and asked if they spoke English. He told me no, which is fine we are in a different country and don't expect everyone to speak English. I began to order our drinks and his buddy standing next to him says midway through my order "I speak English" and they both started laughing. I went to use the restroom and came back and sat next to the counter to finish my coffee and heard the barista who "didn't speak English" take several orders in fluent English.

21/05/2026: This restaurant is a gem in Lieusaint, both for its delicious food and its simple, relaxed, and modern atmosphere. The owner is passionate about food. The place is quiet, the music is good, and the ingredients are fresh. I don't understand the negative comments that have been posted; we've been customers here for three years and enjoy the terrace in the summer while working in the sun. It's a 5/5 for us, as we like to eat in a pleasant setting away from the noise. There's a parking lot less than a 3-minute walk away. It's possible to reserve the venue for private events at affordable rates, and the service is excellent! I highly recommend this place for people who enjoy good food in a simple yet upscale setting. This type of place is rare in the area.

24/05/2026: Hello, I bought some frozen Bounty bars this afternoon. When I bit into them, I noticed that all the ice cream was on one side, and the other side was just frozen water. This is clearly a sign that the ice cream melted before being refrozen... :-( We tried three other ice creams and had the same result. Everything went in the trash, not wanting to take any risks for our children. There clearly needs to be better control over frozen products. Be careful.

12/09/2026: A NIGHTMARE!!!!! 50-minute wait and finally "the order has disappeared"!!! Unsanitary, disgusting. In 50 minutes, at least 5 or 6 people came back with order errors. I'll never set foot in there again.

26/08/2026: I bought a kougelhopf yesterday. What a disappointment! It had no kougelhopf flavor whatsoever, but instead a very strong taste of rancid butter. Horrible. Poulaillon has a good range of products, but this is truly beyond disappointing.

18/06/2026: I ordered a kebab through Uber Eats from Pizza des Lys in Osny and was extremely disappointed. The "kebab" I received was nothing like a real kebab. The meat was of very poor quality, with an unappetizing texture and appearance. Frankly, it was disastrous. I regularly order kebabs and I've never received such a disappointing product. I couldn't even finish it. I do not recommend this establishment for this type of order.

Even though his shift was over, I find this behavior toward a customer completely inappropriate. This experience deeply disturbed me.
