14/07/2026: Very well located, we didn't initially intend to stop but needed to use the restroom and there are no public restrooms in Ajaccio. The waitress was awful, the prices very high, but we're tourists... Avoid the restrooms at all costs; there's only one, and it's filthy, as if 300 people had used it.

31/07/2026: Catastrophic!!! The nuggets were bland, and they forgot the cheese in the burger. Just a bun, a chicken, and that's it 😱... They even got the kids' drinks wrong... All this with a long wait at the drive-thru.

31/07/2026: The reviews are already quite clear regarding the outrageous wait times at this McDonald's. However, this is just one symptom of a truly disastrous organization. Forgetting items in orders is clearly the norm, but forgetting the steak in the sandwich is something I've never experienced before. I checked at the drive-thru, but I didn't think it was necessary to open the sandwich as well...

15/07/2026: I didn't want to leave a comment, but for the sake of other customers, I'll say what I saw: We came at 5 PM to get ice cream. There were no other customers, and we waited 20 minutes to be served. The worst part: just as we started eating our ice cream, a cockroach fell on our heads and scurried off to hide somewhere in the restaurant. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. We'll never eat at that McDonald's again.

12/07/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in France, honestly! Disgusting tables, equally disgusting trays. You ask the guy to change them... No thanks, because it's just a nice "cleaning" job for those who like to eat other customers' leftovers! The food was a joke, lol. The fries were literally undercooked; in fact, we threw everything away. €40 down the drain because even my dog's bowl is much cleaner, and I'd rather not let my kid eat that! A disgrace! ENJOY! 🤣

30/05/2026: My friends and I ordered fries with cheddar cheese, and we ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, but neither of us got any. Plus, there was no salt on the regular fries, which were practically cold. We had to wait 30 minutes—seriously? They didn't even lift a finger. They were just chatting and laughing, doing things SLOWLY, while there were at least twenty people waiting. And to top it all off, the security guard was taking the orders.

30/05/2026: The service is incredibly slow. Even a one-legged tortoise could be faster. Besides being extremely slow, the order was incomplete. This applies to both drive-thru and dine-in. The play areas are dirty… Avoid at all costs.

23/07/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable. I placed my order around 11:50 PM and arrived at the kiosk around 12:20/12:30 AM. The wait itself didn't bother me: it was busy, and I could see the staff were exhausted. I can understand that a busy evening can be difficult. However, what is unacceptable is the order I received. No sauce, completely burnt fries, I ordered veggie nuggets and a veggie wrap, and I received chicken instead for both. It's really serious to make a mistake with vegetarian products. If someone doesn't eat meat for ethical, religious, or health reasons, this kind of error is totally unacceptable. Finally, the fish burger was also inedible: the fish was burnt. After such a long wait, a less than pleasant welcome and an order full of errors, it's really disappointing.

23/07/2026: Last Sunday, I decided to go to McDonald's with my children. It was busy, so no problem so far. I got my kids settled and went to order at the kiosk. I paid with holiday vouchers (€20 and €10) and the remaining €0.75 contactless. The man told me the contactless wasn't working and that I absolutely needed the physical card. I told him I didn't have it with me and that we were at McDonald's, after all, how was that possible? He said he'd have to cancel my order 😂 for 75 cents. I told him, you know what? Take something off! So my order came to €28 and some cents. I had to leave my children and go back and forth to see if my order was ready. You know what? I waited for over an hour. I went to see the security guard and told him, "Please tell him to put this order in for takeout. I'm with my children, I can't wait any longer. It was getting late." And I'd like to add that there was another man who wanted to pay for his order in cash, a €100 bill. The same man who served me told him he couldn't take his €100 bill because he didn't have any change. But this is McDonald's! How is that possible? Honestly, never go to this McDonald's, it's the worst ever! Change the manager, I don't know, but nothing works at this McDonald's.

23/07/2026: I went on a Thursday at 7am and it was closed, even though it normally opens at 6:30am.

31/05/2026: I came for breakfast, having traveled from Nantes, because my daughter was taking her oral exams at the Lycée Gabriele Touchard, and we received a lovely welcome. I asked if we could have a pastry with the hot chocolate, and the lady went to the bakery to get one. It's truly rare these days to find people this kind. So thank you, and I look forward to coming back.

16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!

10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.

18/07/2026: A bad experience. No sauce was served with the children's menu. Then the Oasis Boba was served like a regular Oasis. I had to get up a second time. They added lemon-flavored sprinkles on top when it should have been strawberry-flavored. And they didn't have any straws handy. I had to ask the manager to go get some from the storeroom, otherwise I couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed.

03/07/2026: The Chamonix Valley isn't cheap, and that's fine and well-known, but this restaurant really takes the cake. A cup of coffee from a cheap vending machine (and very poor quality) will cost you 5 euros. A draft beer 7.60, etc. The setting is beautiful, but the prices aren't okay for what you get. And to use the toilet, you have to go to the cable car...

13/06/2026: Today, there was a motorcycle and classic car show, so we decided to stop at this restaurant, which is very well located... We arrived at the restaurant at 11:45 to eat, and we were seated just in time to avoid disturbing anyone! A lot of staff inside seemed to be working there! They were running around everywhere!! But it was all just a lot of hot air. We had to ask three times to get a drink. Finally, at 12:30, they brought us drinks, and to our great surprise, after writing everything down on a piece of paper, the waitress brought us the wrong drinks! That's a great start! We learned that to eat, you have to buy tickets at the bar, but no one came to take our order!! I politely asked the first time, and the response was, "Wait, I'll be right back..." After 30 minutes, my patience ran out, and I went to the bar to ask. They told me, "Not me, someone else is taking care of you." Of course, the second person gave the same answer... Finally, the man behind the bar told me that he only took care of the bar... To my great surprise, 15 minutes later he came by with a receipt and looked for its owner... Finally, after more than two hours, my wife and I got up to ask for a refund. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. It's a shame because it was a nice place! Perhaps they should consider filming themselves so they can see what's going on. I've never seen anything like it!

13/06/2026: I gave the food one star because I had no other choice, as we left after a two-hour wait. We arrived at 11:45 AM and left at 1:50 PM. Ordering drinks was also a struggle... And to top it off, there were a few floating ants in my glass... I have never seen such an establishment with such deplorable service and nonexistent management. We were left to fend for ourselves for two hours without a single word from the staff, who were far from friendly.

15/06/2026: The young saleswoman was particularly unpleasant. I had clearly stated from the start that it was takeout, yet everything was placed on a tray. When I pointed this out, she sighed irritably and criticized me for not going "to the other side," even though no one was there and I had already specified that. Furthermore, a croissant I had paid for wasn't even put in my bag. I don't always check my order; I expect it to be complete. I was very disappointed by the service and the lack of professionalism.

09/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. The welcome wasn't very pleasant, and the overall state of the restrooms is truly appalling. Everything needs to be addressed: the tap is loose, there was no toilet paper, and to top it all off, the soap dispenser was broken, making it impossible to even wash my hands properly. This is regrettable and gives a very bad impression of the establishment! I hope these issues will be resolved quickly.

23/06/2026: Horrible staff. I once ordered a meal from them through Uber Eats, and half of it had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered, but I didn't mention it and even gave a good rating, thinking about the heatwave and their efforts. Tonight, I ordered another meal a little before the end of the available order period, but the assigned delivery drivers turned back every time they came. And once, after contacting the restaurant owner, he brushed me off with utter disrespect! I understand the fatigue and that anyone working in the restaurant industry is on edge because of the customers, but WHY be so mean and dismissive when I'm being polite and kind? I quote, "You deal with it, I have a life." In short, don't waste your time or money; other restaurants know how to treat customers properly, which is to say, WITH RESPECT.
