05/07/2026: What a disappointment! Great band, but slow service, basic beers, and the tapas platter...it looked like something from a supermarket. When you think we have local producers making excellent products, to be served this industrial rubbish at an exorbitant price. As my husband, a chef, says, good food shouldn't be expensive. This was bad food and very expensive. We're from the area, and we'll never go back.

20/09/2026: Several errors in my order: - customization request not honored - a chicken wrap instead of a veggie wrap!!! Since I don't eat meat, I had to throw it away and pay for nothing. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

The service is appalling, they always forget things, there's no information about the drinks served, and they can't even accept ANCV Connect cards when all the other McDonald's do!! I won't be going back, stay away and go to a restaurant instead; in terms of quality and price, you'll be better off!

14/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow. I waited at least 15 minutes for my takeaway order, and you have to wait to order because three of the kiosks were out of order. My large fries were only half full, my burger was poorly made—in short, paying €13 for half-baked food? No thanks.

01/09/2026: The service was quite pleasant; the lady who was a bit taller was very welcoming, warm, and smiling. However, the other lady, who was a bit shorter, asked for our student IDs, even though we go there quite often and her colleague told her she knew us and that we were frequent customers. She still insisted on seeing our student cards, displaying a passive-aggressive attitude. Another group of teenagers came in, and she didn't ask them for their IDs. The service was better for them than for us; throughout the meal, she was unpleasant to us, and I hope it had nothing to do with our skin color.

01/08/2026: Google shows the restaurant is open. We made a detour to get a bagel only to find a sign indicating the restaurant has been closed since July 21st, more than 10 days ago. Nothing has changed regarding the online hours... nor inside.

05/07/2026: Very good, and truly the best bagels I've ever had, but the staff's comments about orders are a good reason to avoid it... The jokes inside the establishment are outdated and many of them are sexist... Luckily, the taste saves the day.

01/09/2026: Arrived today around 4pm for an afternoon snack, no ice cream, no macarons, no pastries at all. Given the temperatures, it's disappointing for a chain like this to have nothing for an "afternoon snack".

30/08/2026: Thieves! Items are always missing from orders, especially children's toys! They do it on purpose; no order is ever complete. And they don't care... Shameful establishment, avoid at all costs.

I feel like I'm watching a movie in slow motion, the staff are so slow!! Message to the manager: Please, don't respond with your usual AI-generated reply!! Take action. Feedback is also there to help you improve.

03/08/2026: We tried the combo with tacos, fries, and a drink. The quality of the meal was decent. It wasn't the best snack I've ever had, but it did the trick and satisfied my hunger. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with our order: my friend and I had our tacos switched, which made the experience a little less enjoyable.

14/09/2026: Restaurant not very clean, especially in the middle of the afternoon!! And a 40cl glass of water for €2.40! That's outrageous, bottled water is cheaper in real restaurants 😞😞 Come as you are! We (Mac Grado) stay as we are!! 😂😂😂😂

19/08/2026: We were greeted after service hours with a smile from the waitress. The manager was very attentive. The meal was delicious! I recommend the meat sourced from the Haute-Loire region. A wonderful experience.
