They could be more generous with the toppings... And no "Have a nice day," or even a "goodbye," from the server. Disappointing...

14/07/2026: Very well located, we didn't initially intend to stop but needed to use the restroom and there are no public restrooms in Ajaccio. The waitress was awful, the prices very high, but we're tourists... Avoid the restrooms at all costs; there's only one, and it's filthy, as if 300 people had used it.

05/04/2026: This change of management is unbelievable. The brunette woman is very unpleasant. She shouts at people and is rude to the few staff members who are there. The gentleman isn't friendly but is very polite. There's no kitchen, the toilets are dirty, and the photos in the tobacco shop are of the previous owners. It used to be something else. A disgrace for a business.

21/07/2026: We never go to McDonald's, and we thought, "For once, we don't have much time to eat, so we'll grab fast food and save precious minutes." It took 35 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant (most of the tables were already occupied) to get 10 nuggets, 2 fries, and a burger. We're used to Burger King, and we've never waited so long, even when the restaurant is packed. During the entire wait, we noticed a very different dynamic, even though both chains offer essentially the same thing: the entire staff was sluggish and not a single smile at McDonald's. The food was standard, nothing special to say, but frankly, we won't be back, especially since, to compare it again with Burger King, which we know well, when you wait even just 15 minutes (so more than half the time), they hand you your bag with an apology for the wait and a smile. Needless to say, we received neither, and that completely changes the customer experience! In short, we won't be back, because ultimately, what's the point of ordering only to pick up your meal after the hour when you could already be home with a bowl of pasta?

13/07/2026: It's good, but still quite expensive for what is served compared to other chip shops in the area, but that's what you expect in the city centre of Arras, it's bound to be more expensive.

02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire. My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee. A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard. The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case. And he had. Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen... Especially since the products are quite expensive... And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.

05/07/2026: The staff were very kind and efficient. Doing this job on a Sunday lunchtime must be discouraging for young people, so thank you to them.

04/07/2026: I'm lowering my rating; it's getting worse and worse. Orders are never right, both at the drive-thru and in the dining area. You always have to double-check, and it's not just a mistake—sometimes the whole order is wrong! Sauces are never included with salads; you have to ask for them. You order a Big Mac Chicken and end up with a Mac Chicken. Sometimes you even get a sandwich that has nothing to do with the order (I once got a Filet-O-Fish instead of a 280...). The portions of fries are ridiculous, and when ice cream is available, you end up with a different topping than ordered, or even without the Kit Kats or M&Ms you ordered. My advice: avoid this place, or be prepared to open all your drinks, burgers, etc., to make sure there's no mistake.

31/07/2026: The reviews are already quite clear regarding the outrageous wait times at this McDonald's. However, this is just one symptom of a truly disastrous organization. Forgetting items in orders is clearly the norm, but forgetting the steak in the sandwich is something I've never experienced before. I checked at the drive-thru, but I didn't think it was necessary to open the sandwich as well...

31/07/2026: Catastrophic!!! The nuggets were bland, and they forgot the cheese in the burger. Just a bun, a chicken, and that's it 😱... They even got the kids' drinks wrong... All this with a long wait at the drive-thru.

15/07/2026: I didn't want to leave a comment, but for the sake of other customers, I'll say what I saw: We came at 5 PM to get ice cream. There were no other customers, and we waited 20 minutes to be served. The worst part: just as we started eating our ice cream, a cockroach fell on our heads and scurried off to hide somewhere in the restaurant. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. We'll never eat at that McDonald's again.

12/07/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in France, honestly! Disgusting tables, equally disgusting trays. You ask the guy to change them... No thanks, because it's just a nice "cleaning" job for those who like to eat other customers' leftovers! The food was a joke, lol. The fries were literally undercooked; in fact, we threw everything away. €40 down the drain because even my dog's bowl is much cleaner, and I'd rather not let my kid eat that! A disgrace! ENJOY! 🤣

30/05/2026: The service is incredibly slow. Even a one-legged tortoise could be faster. Besides being extremely slow, the order was incomplete. This applies to both drive-thru and dine-in. The play areas are dirty… Avoid at all costs.

30/05/2026: My friends and I ordered fries with cheddar cheese, and we ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, but neither of us got any. Plus, there was no salt on the regular fries, which were practically cold. We had to wait 30 minutes—seriously? They didn't even lift a finger. They were just chatting and laughing, doing things SLOWLY, while there were at least twenty people waiting. And to top it all off, the security guard was taking the orders.

23/07/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable. I placed my order around 11:50 PM and arrived at the kiosk around 12:20/12:30 AM. The wait itself didn't bother me: it was busy, and I could see the staff were exhausted. I can understand that a busy evening can be difficult. However, what is unacceptable is the order I received. No sauce, completely burnt fries, I ordered veggie nuggets and a veggie wrap, and I received chicken instead for both. It's really serious to make a mistake with vegetarian products. If someone doesn't eat meat for ethical, religious, or health reasons, this kind of error is totally unacceptable. Finally, the fish burger was also inedible: the fish was burnt. After such a long wait, a less than pleasant welcome and an order full of errors, it's really disappointing.

23/07/2026: Last Sunday, I decided to go to McDonald's with my children. It was busy, so no problem so far. I got my kids settled and went to order at the kiosk. I paid with holiday vouchers (€20 and €10) and the remaining €0.75 contactless. The man told me the contactless wasn't working and that I absolutely needed the physical card. I told him I didn't have it with me and that we were at McDonald's, after all, how was that possible? He said he'd have to cancel my order 😂 for 75 cents. I told him, you know what? Take something off! So my order came to €28 and some cents. I had to leave my children and go back and forth to see if my order was ready. You know what? I waited for over an hour. I went to see the security guard and told him, "Please tell him to put this order in for takeout. I'm with my children, I can't wait any longer. It was getting late." And I'd like to add that there was another man who wanted to pay for his order in cash, a €100 bill. The same man who served me told him he couldn't take his €100 bill because he didn't have any change. But this is McDonald's! How is that possible? Honestly, never go to this McDonald's, it's the worst ever! Change the manager, I don't know, but nothing works at this McDonald's.

23/07/2026: I went on a Thursday at 7am and it was closed, even though it normally opens at 6:30am.

31/05/2026: I came for breakfast, having traveled from Nantes, because my daughter was taking her oral exams at the Lycée Gabriele Touchard, and we received a lovely welcome. I asked if we could have a pastry with the hot chocolate, and the lady went to the bakery to get one. It's truly rare these days to find people this kind. So thank you, and I look forward to coming back.

05/08/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I arrived at 11:00 AM for lunch. After an interminable wait, even though the McDonald's seemed deserted, I checked my order and pointed out to the manager, Tiffany, that there might have been a mix-up between a hamburger and a double cheeseburger. She replied in a rather disconcerting tone that the packaging was the same, without even checking what I was saying. So I insisted on showing her, and indeed, there was a mistake. I received my double cheeseburger 15 minutes after the rest of my order, which was therefore cold. And not a single apology, not even a "sorry." I understand the other customers' comments better now. Between the filth, the lack of professionalism, and the poor manners, it's time for them to take a hard look at themselves. SHAMEFUL, AVOID MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
