08/06/2026: Hotel restaurant very well located in Saint Guilhem. Very friendly, welcoming and warm staff.

05/06/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews... But I regret not reading previous customers' comments first! The dishes are expensive and tiny! Frankly outrageous! As for the bull stew, it was unbelievable: no wine in it, but an enormous amount of orange, far from a proper stew. The tartiflette was on a children's menu, with minuscule portions and nothing special... The galettes were so flat they were unbearable... Luckily, the waiter was very pleasant and professional! Keep him safe, but you urgently need to revise your dishes... We won't be back...

27/09/2026: It says it closes at 4:30 am, and we went for dinner at 1:30 am. The security guard told us they were already closing and that we couldn't eat in. Only takeout. And it was quite rude. I understand that it's difficult to deal with McDonald's customers every day, but that doesn't mean that just because they want to go home to rest or leave work, they have the right to talk to the customers.

12/05/2026: The shuttles are delicious and the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend it!

11/04/2026: New ownership, but clearly not a change in product quality. Clearly a bakery for tourists. I went back after the change of ownership hoping the new owners would improve the quality. Huge disappointment. There isn't a single decent bakery on Rue Sainte, which is a real shame.

10/09/2026: At 9:30 AM, it was impossible to get a burger, which is a shame; it used to be possible.

29/08/2026: Extremely slow; for fast food, this is unacceptable, even during peak hours. Avoid it.

06/09/2026: I came on September 3rd expecting fast food. It was anything but! It took 40 minutes to get my order... and loads of other customers were leaving before me. I ordered three regular meals and one Happy Meal. When I got home, my son's toy was missing. I do not recommend this McDonald's! They offered no compensation for the wait.

06/09/2026: I only go to McDonald's once every four years, and apparently, that's already too much! This Sunday, passing through Étampes, we were looking for a place to grab a coffee. We stopped at McDonald's since it was close to the N20 highway entrance. We ordered two iced Americanos (with macarons). Nothing special... at first glance! When our order arrived, there wasn't a single ice cube in the cups. They were so warm that we were convinced they'd mixed up our table and/or order. A woman in the dining room came over to our table and asked us what was wrong. We explained that we had ordered iced Americanos and that there must be a mistake with the order. She didn't seem to understand, took the tray back, and returned it a minute later, telling us that her colleague had added ice cubes. To be perfectly honest, I think the tray just went back and forth. Still no ice and the drink was still piping hot. It was surreal! We decided to give up. Besides, the coffees they served were really bad. We left them... In short, what we were served bore no resemblance to what was advertised on the ordering kiosks! See you in four years... or maybe not!

13/09/2026: Restaurant/Bar in the historic center of Romans, very pleasant atmosphere, good options overall, sometimes music/performances in the outdoor area.

06/09/2026: We're tired, we'd really like to be able to relax on Sunday mornings. The residents of Place Maurice Faure have been subjected to the same guitar-and-vocals playlist every Sunday morning all summer long! Back to school is over, and yet, here we are again. Please, let the poor residents of the lower town have the right to rest on the weekend! With all due respect, Place Maurice Faure isn't the Stade de France. Instead of telling your local Brassens to stop bombarding us with his sweet voice on repeat every week, at least have the decency to turn the volume down! He's really going to drive us crazy, and it's a shame because the entertainment, if it were just occasional, could be much more enjoyable.

14/08/2026: I asked for “le brunch des champions” - they didn’t know what it is even though it was both on the banner upon the cashier and outside on the board… it took three people to understand it

15/12/2025: Incredible experience! I've been going every year for the past three years and I'm never disappointed. The staff are very competent and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent. The accommodation is excellent. Everything is truly top-notch.

29/12/2025: PERSONALLY THE BEST TACOS IN ALSACE. SUPER FAST, WHEN IT'S 10 MINUTES IT'S 10 MINUTES AND IT'S VERY GOOD, GREAT TEAM, you make a list of what you want by phone, they're a well-oiled machine and it's already ready.

06/09/2026: No stars would be better! We wanted to have drinks here today (a Coke, a coffee, and water). After being ignored by the first waiter and offered a table for two by another waiter, where we sat down, waiter number one soon came and very rudely pressured us to order (we don't speak very good French, but we're trying our best). While we were ordering, he looked at us disdainfully, impatiently snatched the menu from my mother's hand, and pulled it away from me. We were very taken aback. The waiter disappeared without another word. We got up and left! NEVER AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY NOT!

01/09/2026: A truly beautiful place. - its surroundings (at the foot of the beautiful church in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer) - its menu (I enjoyed delicious tapas one lunchtime, a tasty and generous chocolate crepe, and several evenings excellent cocktails and mojitos) - its atmosphere (some evenings were fantastic, with great live music and a friendly vibe where lots of people danced casually on part of the terrace and even around the church square) - its warm welcome (the owner and her team are welcoming and attentive to their customers). I was even surprised to receive a homemade cake with a candle for my birthday from the owner... and a gift! (a lovely coral-colored t-shirt). I'm still amazed. She's so sweet, and I'll think of her every time I wear it. I'll definitely come back to see this lovely woman I didn't know on my next trip to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Thank you so much, Sylvie!

16/09/2026: They advertise as serving hot food - and they only do so at their own unadvertised times. At 2.30pm I couldn't even buy a Hamburger. A sign with clearly stated times for hot dishes would be in order! Otherwise, move all the advertisements for hot food away when it is not available!

17/08/2026: So I ordered a Niçoise chicken sandwich, but there wasn't even any chicken inside. They gave me two sandwiches, seasoning, lettuce, tomato, and an egg. The chicken was nowhere to be seen.

25/07/2026: The atmosphere at breakfast is hard to describe. But they have delicious pastries and viennoiseries at affordable prices, as well as a very pleasant terrace (I assume outside of peak traffic hours).

25/07/2026: 4 PM = Practically nothing sweet left to eat except for two cookies and a few macarons. Awful. I don't recommend it!

26/08/2026: I popped into McDonald's in Libourne today and was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Quentin. He was very friendly, approachable, and always smiling. It's a welcome change from the McDonald's in Montussan. Thank you so much! 🙂

26/08/2026: The more time passes, the less choice is available to us on the menu with our points; under the pretext that taxes have increased, you can no longer buy sugary drinks with points. Is it necessary to pass this problem on to the customer?
