14/07/2026: Be careful not to get scammed like I did: I ordered a 33cl Orangina. It arrived already poured into a glass that was clearly smaller and filled with ice. The scam is well-rehearsed because there's a similar comment to mine in the reviews; I should have read them first :-(( A bill of 14 euros for a fake Orangina and a Perrier (?) lemon = Outrageous. And of course, they couldn't pay by card...

13/07/2026: What a disgrace. We felt ripped off, and I think we were. My friend's soup was just a reheated carton from the supermarket that you just dumped in the bowl. The fries, for a restaurant that claims to be Belgian, were practically an insult to the Belgian people—tasteless frozen fries. The steak was overcooked, full of gristle, inedible. My friend's ham and pasta was the same—tasteless and unbelievably sloppy! The Coke was €8—when are you going to stop treating people like idiots? Outrageous and avoid at all costs.

09/04/2026: Disappointing tacos, not filled at all except for oil. We asked for extras, but there weren't any. Anorexic tacos.

12/03/2026: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. To tell you the truth, I didn't even finish the meat. I don't know how it's possible to make something so bad, and I'm a real glutton, but even then I knew better than to eat any more of that meat. The guy took my plate and told me, "First of all, I'm so annoyed, I shouldn't get kebabs in the evening because they're no good!" I have nothing against him personally; he was nice, but I think quite a few people have had stomach problems after going there. First of all, let's start by not turning the grill off and then turning it back on; that'll help a lot. Anyway. Avoid it.

09/07/2026: Pathetic! We arrived at 2 PM, and the employees were cleaning while the wait for orders dragged on... everything was put away, and no one was taking care of the customers! At 2:10 PM, the staff finally started taking orders again! When is it normal to stop taking orders and serving customers to clean, right in the middle of service??? It's unheard of!! Many customers turned around and left because they were fed up with waiting for the cleaning to finish before being served!!!

09/07/2026: The staff were very unpleasant, except for the young man at the till. We asked for the remaining sandwich to take away, and the woman made no effort to change the order; she even sighed.

24/06/2026: A very nice place, welcoming staff and quality cuisine.

13/07/2026: It's dirty, it stinks, there's no soap in the toilets and the toilet paper roll is unusable, the floor is covered in stains and sticky, the tables outside are dirty, and the staff ignored me. The restaurant really stinks, the smell is awful. How can anyone eat inside? And given the restaurant's hygiene, honestly, how can you even order food there? And on top of that, the machines were out of paper, so we didn't get any receipts.

12/07/2026: I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this is my worst experience at McDonald's. Mistakes happen, but to have them take my sandwich from the table, add the missing ingredients, and bring me back the exact same sandwich is outrageous! The hygiene standards are clearly not being met; it's frightening.

22/07/2026: This McDonald's is a disaster. There's always something missing from your order when you go through the drive-thru. The day before yesterday, I ordered late, and when I got home, my sandwich was missing, and I had an ice cream. I had to go back to get what was missing and, of course, ask for more fries and ice cream. On top of that, I had to leave my friend to eat alone, so when I got home, I had to eat by myself. Everything was cold, the sandwich was dry and absolutely disgusting, and the ice cream was only half full. Next time, I'm not going out of my way to eat that! I wasn't a big fan before, but now I've made up my mind: from now on, it's Burger King. 👑

19/07/2026: The place is nice opposite to the port .we ordered fish and chips and cheese sandwich. My partner liked the fish and chips and the sandwich was nice as there was butter as well, quite unique. The server know only french and cash is preferred. He made an exception for us.

18/07/2026: I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give less. An extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against this bakery and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought a raspberry croissant which, once I got home, was completely black and burnt underneath. I went back to the shop to report it. The salesperson checked the other products and told me they were all in the same condition, before offering me another burnt croissant. So I asked for an exchange, and he offered me two regular croissants. The most shocking thing is that he took my raspberry croissant (which I had already taken home) and put it back in the display case to resell, despite its condition and the obvious hygiene problem it represents. I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment altogether.

02/05/2026: Honestly, they might as well close this place down if they're going to treat customers like this. No politeness whatsoever, a frosty reception, you clearly feel like you're bothering them. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they brought me a ham pizza even though I don't eat pork. That alone is unacceptable. I remained polite, thinking that mistakes happen… but then I sent a message to report the problem: seen, ignored, no apology. Zero respect for the customer, zero professionalism. And to top it all off, the pizza was as hard as a rock. Frankly, between the deplorable service and the mediocre quality, this is a place to avoid.

01/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! This is the first time I've ever seen such a lack of consideration and respect for customers and their own work. First incident: all the multi-skilled staff we saw in the dining room had their phones on and showed little interest in the customers, barely even looking at them. Second incident: these same staff members preferred to spend their time chatting with their friends and pretending to work when another colleague arrived. The worst part of our visit was yet to come: firecrackers exploded in the room next to us. I was shocked. Not to mention the appalling hygiene of this restaurant: dirty tables and floors, filthy toilets with nauseating smells, clumps of hair on the floor... My friends and I arrived at 6:00 PM and were served at 6:20 PM. We ended up having to go and get our order ourselves. Of course, everything was cold. I approached a staff member who told me I had to go downstairs myself to file the complaint, but one of her colleagues ended up taking care of it. I seriously wonder how this establishment can still be open.

31/07/2026: Bacon and egg McMuffin with the hamburger bun and no cheese… (after a 15-minute wait) It was 9 a.m. and I was the only customer. Doesn't this McDonald's have any training or what?

30/04/2026: Ordered two Perriers... two glasses filled with ice and sparkling water that was definitely not Perrier. The bottle should normally be opened in front of the customer; I have no idea what we were served... cash payment requested... avoid this establishment, it's a disgrace to the profession. Unacceptable

06/04/2026: Bland and tasteless, keep walking. The waiter was annoying with unfunny jokes. He should improve the quality of the food.

18/07/2026: The drive-thru server was extremely unpleasant; she didn't say a word to me during payment, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing at all. I do not recommend it!
