02/05/2026: Since the previous manager, Christophe, took over, this McDonald's has been falling apart. Orders are forgotten, and sometimes even orders are taken from other people. The worst part is, two days ago, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes because only two cars were allowed through due to a fight between two crew members. It's unacceptable; they really need to rethink things and hire competent people. I can't wait for Emma to come back as manager and bring order back to this wreck.

21/09/2026: I've ordered Uber Eats from this McDonald's several times, but the fries are always very sparsely filled, and tonight was no exception. Please make an effort; I think this will be the last time for me.

01/07/2026: Awful, filthy, disgusting!! What more can I say? The waitress was unfriendly, didn't smile, was sour, cold, and didn't even say hello. The tacos weren't the size pictured, they were a medium and needed to be shrunk down!!! The tacos near the Carrefour is so much better, the stairs are in good condition, and the waiter was nice. In short, don't go to the one downtown, it looks like a closet. It looks like a bomb exploded on the sofa, plus the stairs are shameful… I do not recommend it. Awful customer experience 😡😡😡

28/06/2026: Passing through Vannes, we were disappointed... The establishment is dilapidated, the stairs are dangerous; some steps are missing, and the handrails are held together with tape. Overall, it's dirty; I don't know what it's like in the kitchen. Finally, the customers reflect the state of the establishment. I don't understand why there are no inspections carried out...

19/09/2026: I went to this McDonald's to eat and was extremely disappointed by the state of the place and the lack of hygiene I observed. The staff were handling the steaks and buns without gloves or any apparent protection. I also saw employees touching their noses and then continuing to handle the food. This kind of behavior raises serious questions about hygiene and food handling. Inside, the smell was unpleasant and the tables were dirty. I also noticed that the cleaning was clearly not being done properly. This is one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The one in Chalon-sur-Saône particularly struck me with its lack of cleanliness. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps regarding hygiene and cleaning.

19/08/2026: Very good and welcoming McDonald's, but there's a drawback: they don't give enough portions. When you ask for a large box of fries, they only give you half a box. Secondly, we found a black hair in the Chinese sauce, and when we opened the sauce container, it was a scandal! My daughter vomited in the McDonald's!

The phone had been retrieved and kept in the office, and the manager sent it back to me. Fantastic, a huge thank you! 😀 As for the food, no complaints. Just your average McDonald's.

15/07/2026: A disastrous experience. Frankly, it's completely unacceptable. We waited over 30 minutes for our trays. To make matters worse, people who arrived after us were served before us. The meals arrived cold, there were fries scattered all over the tray, and there weren't even any napkins. The atmosphere was nonexistent, the staff were grumpy, unfriendly, and clearly lacked politeness. On top of that, they walked right past us with our order without even checking who it was for. We had to call them over ourselves to get them to do anything about it. To top it all off, we didn't even get the Happy Meal box or the toy. It's outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. There's a serious problem with organization and service. Such an experience is truly disappointing.

The store is very clean and well-organized. The tables, counter, and even the restrooms are spotless, which is very reassuring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can eat in comfortably. Plus, the prices are incredibly low. For the quality and quantity offered, the value is excellent. It's a place I highly recommend and where I'll gladly return! 🍔

10/09/2026: On the McDonald's app, I was supposed to get a free sundae, but it wasn't included in my meal because there was apparently a problem with the app, and it wasn't credited. No compensation or anything else was offered by the staff at that McDonald's to rectify the situation, so I didn't get my free sundae. I was very disappointed. My vegetarian wrap was almost cold. Otherwise, it was good, and the fries were cooked properly.

18/08/2026: It's true that this Paul in the VDB shopping center could use a refresh; it's getting a bit shabby, especially the tables. The staff don't come around very often to clean them, but to be fair, people aren't very respectful of the place—some don't even clear their trays. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent, still a bit pricey, but that's the case with all Pauls, and this one is in a shopping center, so the prices are a bit lower than at a Paul in a dedicated shop in the city center.
