15/07/2026: I advise you to steer clear. The Black woman, quite large and tattooed, is unpleasant, haughty, and not at all helpful. I simply asked to take a brownie from the front of the display case because the ones in the back had flies on them. She replied, "No, you take the ones in the back; I'm not allowed to take the ones in the front." I used to work at Starbucks, and this is the first time in my life I've ever heard such a response. Then, in a haughty tone, she asked me, "Are you going to take it or not?" Frankly, someone with this kind of attitude drives customers away. When a customer pays, they have the right to choose their product, especially when there's a visible hygiene issue.

02/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service. As a loyal customer, I noticed there have been changes in the team. I was greeted by a white woman who seemed to be the manager—very cold, no smile, no communication… with new people who had no knowledge of baristas. I even saw a cockroach. In short, I won't be back. The atmosphere has changed. I've been coming every morning for four years for my coffee and to chat with two super nice young Black women, but they've apparently disappeared. Honestly, the team needs to be reviewed; you've lost a customer!

13/09/2026: Takeaway order placed at 8:05 PM, order ready at 8:55 PM. Two long bacon strips and the sauces were missing; everything was cold except the rustic fries.

13/09/2026: Arrived at 6:30 PM, order received at 7:10 PM... if I remember correctly, fast food means quick... anyway... we won't even mention the disgusting toilets, and I'll let you imagine the dining area... it was far from rush hour, which is a shame.

07/09/2026: The restaurant is extremely dirty; the toilets, floor, tables and chairs are all shamefully filthy, which makes you fear the kitchens.

27/08/2026: The owner needs to learn to treat her employees better. Hearing her yell at a poor waiter, who was also incredibly kind and whose service was impeccable, is simply unacceptable. Just because you pay your employees doesn't give you the right to yell at them or humiliate them. It's shameful. Furthermore, this scene disturbed all the other customers. Such behavior is completely inappropriate in an establishment open to the public.

08/07/2026: A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals that only take 3 minutes to cook, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru! All that just to get cold fries and nuggets! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!!!!!

01/07/2026: Nothing special. Door broken. The user terminal, even in 2026, doesn't have proper German programmed; it switches back and forth between English and French. Simply pathetic... Well, what can you expect at these prices?

25/08/2026: Absolutely terrible...the guy at the entrance is unfriendly, not a smile, he gives you dirty looks. You tell him what you want and he just replies, "There isn't anything," and goes back to what he was doing. He's neither a customer nor friendly in the slightest. Oh, but...no thanks. It looks dirty too, just from the entrance.

14/08/2026: We called at the fast food counter of this restaurant for an unnecessary but tasty lunchtime pit-stop. Cheap & cheerful with a hard working, friendly staff team on the day we were there. The meat Tunisian chapati was a stand out, beating any global chain burger in taste and price.

26/08/2026: I was with a friend after a day at the seaside and we wanted to have aperitivo there around 5:30 pm. The waitress said they were closing, while it's not true cause there were still people eating and on google it's written that the closing time is at 7 pm. There were a lot of seats available. I don't know why... Maybe we were not chic enough for the location? Or are they simply against nationalities different from French?

24/09/2026: Maximum menu...but minimum portion of fries!

24/09/2026: It took over an hour to be served after ordering at the kiosk and asking several times. No napkin, no sauce. Our order was going to be given to other customers for takeout. A disaster, we won't be going back.

12/09/2026: "Frankly, it's unacceptable. Every time we come to this McDonald's, there's a problem with the order. We clearly ask for certain ingredients to be removed, and despite that, they either add them anyway or completely forget what we asked for. We really get the impression that the orders aren't checked before being given to customers. If you can't even fulfill an order correctly, you seriously need to review the organization and the team's work. I advise everyone against going to this McDonald's. If you want to avoid mistakes and poorly executed orders, go somewhere else. Personally, I won't go back until the service is improved. Today at 1:10 PM"

10/09/2026: McDonald's was clean and pretty quick at the drive-thru! I'm just disappointed they didn't have any canned or bottled drinks to go. Only cardboard cups.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.

21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.

08/08/2026: Meal for two. The owner came for drinks but not for the main courses. And she announced it clearly, so there was no room for argument. The main courses were decent. She came to get our desserts but warned us she'd serve them when the table behind us was also having dessert. Unbelievable. We left without ordering anything. One beer, two main courses, 56 euros

28/07/2026: It's a shame the welcome was so cold; we felt like we were bothering them! The food was good, except for one very tough ribeye steak, impossible to cut or eat. Not even a small gesture of goodwill (like a complimentary dessert) – they don't exist in this restaurant! If we're ever back in Roye, we'll avoid this restaurant!

01/09/2026: Great bakery with coffee and sandwiches. Terrace and indoor seating area. The croissants I ate there were heavy and greasy.

30/08/2026: How can they sell this kind of shameful, undercooked traditional food, even though I asked for it to be well-cooked? I will never recommend it again 😡😡😡😡😡😡
