10/07/2026: Order placed for delivery. When the delivery driver arrived, two burgers were missing. I should mention the bag was sealed. I called the company, and they told me I had to file a complaint on the delivery website and that it was certainly the driver's fault. No self-reflection whatsoever. This isn't the first time items have been missing from an order. Definitely not recommended.

28/07/2026: Horrible, the wait times are horribly long…. There are so many mistakes. I checked my order, swapped it with someone else's, checked again, and something was still missing… luckily I was there…. A few days later, no swap, but still mistakes/missing items…. That's it, I'm done with Amnéville…. Off to Mondelange… at the drive-thru, they give me a sundae in an espresso cup without warning…. The franchisees really need to get their act together….

27/07/2026: The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever visited. The tables are filthy, and outside there's dried bird droppings that have been there for days. A 45-minute wait, and they were still missing a fry, which I asked for using the famous phrase, "Eat in or take out?" This McDonald's is a hidden camera prank! Shameful.

06/05/2026: Dry, cold pancake. Same with the chocolate sauce. Nothing to recommend it. Original and enjoyable drink creations. Edit May 2026: Their Frappuccino is just water.

30/04/2026: I am very disappointed with the person who served my husband this morning at 10:30. He didn't take our order properly, didn't even know what a hazelnut was, was condescending to my husband, and then had the nerve to say that my husband spoke rudely to him. I find this kind of attitude towards customers unacceptable. We weren't the only ones; two other women were there and noticed his behavior. This is the last time we will go to this Starbucks in Vélizy. A dissatisfied customer

25/07/2026: Ordered two ice creams at the drive-thru, waited 25 minutes, and in the end there was hardly any topping. Avoid this McDonald's!

19/07/2026: One mistake can happen, but a mistake affecting the entire order is problematic. We placed our order at the drive-thru and initially received the wrong order. Then, upon receiving our order, we had two drinks instead of three, even though they weren't the drinks we had chosen. We went back to see them, and everything was corrected. We had some unpleasant surprises when we got home: the McChicken wasn't served without salad as requested, and the large fries were served as small ones. To top it all off, not all the sauces (6 in total) were included. That's a lot to take in for one order…

15/07/2026: Absolutely the worst McDonald's around Metz. The wait time is incredibly long. Both the interior and exterior are deplorable; everything is lying around. I do not recommend this place. Even the one in Woippy is much faster and cleaner.

13/07/2026: As mentioned in numerous other reviews, it was the same story: an interminable wait with children in a restaurant that was barely full. We were told there was a staff shortage, which is surely true. Only a few employees reacted to the distress and hunger of the waiting children. We will not be returning. Avoid this place.

17/07/2026: I've never seen such unfriendly, unsmiling waiters as those at Paul Confluence, especially the little blonde one. She's always scowling; it's like she's there to do you a favor, not to serve the customers. What a disgrace!

03/07/2026: Visit to the Paul bakery in Lyon on June 27th, during a heatwave. We ordered a Caesar salad and a chicken panini. To our surprise, the lettuce leaves were lukewarm and blackened, as if they had been heated. In this context of intense heat, this is immediately concerning from a hygiene standpoint and regarding the cold chain (especially concerning the chicken). We therefore asked for the salad to be replaced, which was done without difficulty. However, when the new salad was served, it was also lukewarm. I then pointed out to the cashier that this was not normal. She replied that the refrigerators were broken. I then asked to speak to the manager. I explained to him that selling products requiring refrigeration under these conditions was unacceptable, especially in the heat, and that it could represent a real health risk, particularly for vulnerable people. His response was very passive, stating that he had “sent emails to the manager” and that he couldn’t do anything more. When I expressed my concern about maintaining the cold chain, particularly that if the service refrigerators were broken, there was no guarantee that the other equipment storing food in the back was working properly, I received no clear answer (which addresses my concerns!). I finally requested a refund for the salad and panini, which was granted. The interaction was quite unpleasant: the manager and one of the cashiers seemed unconcerned, displaying unprofessional behavior (smiles and eye-rolling), although another employee was very polite and respectful. Ultimately, despite the refund, the experience leaves a very negative impression of the establishment’s hygiene standards and its handling of fresh produce. Avoid this place! There are so many restaurants nearby; don't hesitate to eat elsewhere if you care about your health. (We reported this problem to reception, but apparently it's not a major concern for them either.)

22/03/2026: The service was appalling. I was forced to go twice, and each time the waitress was grumpy and spoke curtly. The man wasn't any better. In short, disappointed.

23/01/2026: Excellent service - Very friendly, even though my french is not perfect :-)

11/07/2026: I went to pick up some ice cream via click and collect. I got ice cream that I think was made 10 minutes before, so by the time I got home, I had a milkshake... and on top of that, the packaging was just disgusting.

11/07/2026: The manager, armed with an electric paddle, killed flies in the kitchens.

07/06/2026: The place was closed even though it was marked as open, and the phone number was unavailable. My girlfriend almost hit me because she wanted pizza; it's dangerous and irresponsible of you!

19/05/2026: We came one evening and were told they only served hamburgers. The waitress was cold, unpleasant, and made it clear that our presence bothered her. She brought us our drinks but never gave us a menu and didn't even ask if we wanted to order anything to eat. We ended up leaving and went to the pizzeria, where we received a warm welcome and were served with pleasure. Needless to say, we won't be back.

01/06/2026: I went to the drive-thru quite early (11:15 am). There was no one there, either in the parking lot or at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait. No problem. She was having trouble taking the order. I had to point out several times that she had made some typing errors. We paid. And then... After a 25-minute wait, she asked us to wait to the side. Since the car behind couldn't maneuver, I had to park in front, near the handicapped parking spaces. I got out of my car to go inside and get my order. I saw the employee preparing the fries for our order. She put them in her pocket and went back to the register. I approached her and asked for the order. She told me she had signaled to my daughter to come get it. My nine-year-old daughter! Anyway, normally when you're parked, they come out to give you the order. I was standing right in front of her. She still won't give it to me! She turns around and ignores me. So I go back outside and walk to the drive-thru lane! I ask her for an explanation about the wait. Especially since we have three best-of compilations. So nothing too crazy! She tells me she's all alone and that it's not her problem. In an extremely unpleasant tone. She really made me lose it! First the endless wait. Then the complete ignoring! Anyway. With her false eyelashes about to fall off and into the fries... Truly pathetic!
