20/09/2026: We had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. Many items were missing from our order, and the meal didn't match what we ordered. I had ordered a Fanta Orange, but instead I received some kind of concoction, supposedly tea. The employee completely emptied it and poured it back into the same glass of Coke. My Caesar salad was bad, and my son's McFlurry didn't match the order either; mine was missing too. My son served himself, even though it's supposed to be table service. The best McDonald's is the one in Flins and Montesson. In the meantime, the meal was excellent.

09/09/2026: Whether dining in or taking away, I'm always disappointed because there's always something (or several things!) wrong. The service is inconsistent, and there are always order errors (missing items, wrong items, or small portions instead of the large ones initially ordered). The burgers are made hastily and poorly. Even during off-peak hours, they're constantly overcrowded, it seems... enough to make you drown in a glass of water. It's becoming tiresome to not trust them and to have to check my order every time and find mistakes. I'm rarely served at my table. Going alone doesn't bother me, but when I have two children, one of whom is very young, it's tricky to keep an eye on their order if it doesn't arrive and then go get it... As for cleanliness, it's always relatively dirty: uncleaned tables, constantly overflowing bins, a broken sink for drinks, and the toilets aren't great either... I'm a regular, like many others, and it's the closest one, but frankly, I'd rather drive further now. Edit (09/2026): Years go by and the experiences repeat themselves... The only thing that's changed is that my children are older and more patient 😅

15/07/2026: The staff refused to serve me my order at the table from the app. They even dared to tell me there was no table service. The service was not being respected.

10/07/2026: During the lunch rush, at the peak of the lunch service, there is clearly a problem with order management: numbers are generated haphazardly, well-meaning staff are jostled by the manager and customers, and consequently, orders are filled hastily and incomplete; the atmosphere becomes tense. The manager of this McDonald's, who apparently wants to handle the dispatch herself, should absolutely maintain her composure, starting with not barking orders at her staff from behind a pillar. Criticism is easy, of course, but that doesn't change the fact that there is clearly a management problem at this McDonald's.

09/09/2026: Nice bar with a good selection of draft beers and tasty platters. Enjoyable, especially with the live music nights.

25/08/2026: At the drive-thru, when they handed me my order, I asked the person if they had included the sauces. They said yes. When I got home: no sauce.

22/08/2026: Ordered a double fish and at mealtime ended up with a fillet fish 😒 too bad I was already on my way!

27/08/2026: Absolutely terrible! I ordered from Uber Eats and they were missing my ice cream, which cost over €7, plus the sauces. Absolutely terrible!

27/08/2026: Very disappointed with this McDonald's' opening hours. It used to close at 1:00 AM, then the closing time changed to midnight. And now, even at 11:45 PM, I'm told it's already closed, even though the posted closing time is midnight. I can understand that the staff have to start closing early, but for a McDonald's, not being able to order after 11:45 PM is frankly disappointing. Especially when the kitchen is still open for Uber Eats orders.

30/08/2026: After spending the afternoon and evening between the toilets and the sofa, I think I would have preferred to eat cat food rather than the "things" served in this restaurant. How can an amusement park serve food, if you can even call it that, to its customers? Do you have absolutely no respect for those who support your business? Especially considering the price, it's not just shameful, it's an insult. The health department would do well to investigate the food establishments in this park.

24/08/2026: I got food poisoning and was sick all night (vomiting and stomach pains) after eating the classic Asterix chicken burger meal. Therefore, I do not recommend this restaurant.

26/08/2026: Excellent thin-crust pizzas, just the way I like them, perfect 👍

20/08/2026: Very good, very generous portions, perhaps too much for my small stomach. Very friendly service. I recommend it.

08/11/2025: Review (November 8, 2025) We were passing through Luxembourg and stopped in France to eat at this establishment. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff completely lacked courtesy and humanity—especially one woman with a bob haircut who was very rude and unpleasant. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We do not recommend this place, nor do we support it in any way.

04/10/2025: Impossible to get to Subway, most of the time it's already closed before 9pm, unacceptable for a Saturday night.

27/08/2026: Very friendly and generous staff, really lovely and not too expensive, plus there's a student menu during the school year ❤️

25/08/2026: I haven't eaten anything for two days. I went to get some food and work, but I told them I didn't have any money. They gave me neither work nor a single piece of food. I hope God brings you to a point where no one can even give you a piece of bread.

03/08/2026: I ordered two Mango Dragonfruit Refresha, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with this drink. I saw the staff had filled the cup with tap water making it extremely diluted and flavorless. On top of that, there were no freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces added at all, which is a standard part of the drink. I ended up throwing both drinks away because they were undrinkable. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I hope Starbucks will look into the quality control at this store and ensure drinks are prepared according to the recipe.

01/08/2026: As a loyal Starbucks customer worldwide, I have never experienced anything like this. I ordered two cakes and two iced Americanos, but we received an iced latte—and even the Americano size was wrong. When we asked to fix it, the male cashier (Keem/Keen) became visibly hostile and argued with us. ​Later, he approached our table agitated, aggressively demanding I take a refund for a "third" Americano. Even after showing my receipt proving I only paid for two, he kept raising his voice until I accepted the refund just to end the confrontation. ​I can understand order mistakes or language barriers, but repeatedly messing up basic orders and taking anger out on customers is completely unacceptable.

07/07/2026: A very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. The waiter was extremely unpleasant, and the hamburgers and crispy rice were not good at all. You lost six customers from Annemasse because of your food and disrespectful behavior… I absolutely do not recommend it.

05/07/2026: I ordered an Uber Eats order and they forgot a burger. When I called, I couldn't understand their explanation, plus they blamed the driver even though the bag was closed. Focus on your orders, especially the first ones of the day.

31/08/2026: I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of Laura, the waitress, who was lovely, always smiling, and very professional. She even gave my children ice cream. Thank you to her for her warm welcome and kindness 😊 The 2 stars I'm deducting are for the mussels with Roquefort cheese, which I found quite disappointing as they were very watery, and for the owner's behavior during an altercation with a dissatisfied customer. I found some of the comments he made as the customer was leaving to be really inappropriate, especially in front of the other customers. The karaoke atmosphere was fun. It's a shame, because with a better meal and a more professional attitude from the owner, the experience would have been much better.

30/08/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish! We had reserved a table for 14 people. We placed our order with the waiter, who returned to tell us there was no more fish at all. When we pointed out that my mother doesn't eat meat and that we hadn't been informed beforehand, the waiter magically "found" three portions. The nightmare continued with the rib-eye steaks (there weren't enough left) and the children's menus, before he finally brought us what we had originally ordered (minced steaks). A few other unacceptable points noted during our visit: A surprise on the bill: Beers listed at €5 on the menu were charged at €8 when we paid, the waiter (wrongly) claiming that he had warned us. Mediocre food: Uncleaned mussels served in a tasteless, watery sauce. Disrespectful service: Plates were cleared before we'd even finished eating. Questionable hygiene: The area behind the bar was visibly filthy, and the staff at the counter were extremely unpleasant when we paid. The worst part was the owner's reaction when we tried to express our disappointment regarding the lack of communication about stock shortages. His response was, to say the least, bizarre and disrespectful: "When you come to a restaurant, you eat what's available and what's left." A bill of €420. Total disregard for the customer. Absolutely avoid this place, even if you're just going for a drink!

14/09/2026: Passing through the area, I took the opportunity to buy some baguettes for tonight. They were about fifteen minutes overbaked and probably left over from a batch the day before yesterday, and for good reason: I nearly gave myself tendonitis trying to cut a piece of crust, and I didn't even dare give any to my four-year-old daughter for fear she'd lose her baby teeth or, worse, choke. Anyway, they're fine for filling a small gap, but only in a low wall.

13/09/2026: I'm surprised to see such a low rating for a quality of products and service that is rarely matched. We had a lovely lunch; from the sandwich to the dessert, everything was perfect. The Intense Chocolate was a sumptuous delight! The pistachio babka is amazing! We 100% recommend this bakery; it deserves a 5-star rating. Well done! We'll be back!

06/09/2026: Come here to try a Mille feuille out of this world. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the recipes

04/09/2026: The products are good but a bit pricey, and unfortunately, the atmosphere is often frosty. The staff seem to be struggling, and this is reflected in the quality of service.

06/09/2026: One of the worst, if not the worst, McDonald's I've ever experienced. Simply put, having been there four or five times, something was always missing from our order. The question isn't whether something would be missing, but rather what would be missing. For example, we went today just to get a McDeal meal, two McFlurries, and an extra drink. The McFlurries had no topping (just plain vanilla ice cream), no ice in the drinks (which were barely lukewarm), and no sauce or napkins on the tray. The fries were cold and soggy. Waiting 20 minutes and paying €19 for two ice creams and a small meal, knowing the order wouldn't arrive complete and that we'd have to get up at least twice to ask for sauces, napkins, and ice... it's appalling. At least the servers are friendly, unlike the managers who look down on you and laugh when you complain. I absolutely do not recommend it, even as a temporary solution.
