26/07/2026: Run away as fast as you can! This McDonald's is a disgrace. Orders are never fulfilled, there's always something missing. Run, run away!!!!!!!!!!

26/07/2026: The establishment was very dirty, the presence of ants on the counter was already a bit much... moreover, my husband and I were sick the next day.

29/04/2026: The sausage platter was appalling, the service was terrible... but to top it all off, they don't accept credit cards, and of course, it's written down in such a way that you can't see it! Avoid this place if you don't like being treated like an idiot.

26/04/2026: Avoid at all costs, the manager is extremely unpleasant and openly mocks customers (snickering etc) as if we were walking wallets.

22/05/2026: I've been to this bar and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet breakfast. As soon as I was served my cappuccino and croissant, a waitress immediately arrived to collect my payment. I didn't even have time to read the receipt or look for my wallet: she stood in front of me, waiting insistently, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Meanwhile, the cappuccino had gone cold. An unpleasant experience that certainly doesn't make me want to return.

26/04/2026: After a run in the sweltering heat, feeling dizzy, I stopped at this bar simply to ask for a glass of water. The manager flatly refused because I wasn't ordering anything. So this place prefers to leave someone in distress behind in order to save 10 cents 👏 At this point, we're no longer talking about a legal obligation to help someone in distress, but about basic humanity... we can see that humanity isn't on the menu at this bar. Avoid it, unless you have your credit card glued to your hand.

29/05/2026: This establishment charges €5 for a small glass of Cristaline water because you pay by credit card. This is especially frustrating for someone with asthma, especially during a heatwave. Not only are they breaking the law, but they also show a complete lack of compassion. Avoid at all costs.

18/05/2026: Catastrophic! I found a hair in my kebab, and the same thing happened to my girlfriend!! The service was unpleasant; you'd think they weren't human. I saw them picking up fries that had fallen on the floor and putting them back on a tray. Plus, the portions were huge. It was impossible to leave this kebab feeling full.

21/07/2026: I wanted to order cheddar potatoes, but that wasn't possible.

20/07/2026: McDonald's manager is a typical and very disrespectful manager who doesn't keep his word and shows disrespect to people. It's time to involve the labor and hygiene inspectors in this McDonald's.

16/07/2026: We came for a snack and opted for the €9 set menu: a croque monsieur and a drink. She told us it was for takeout and that eating in would be €10.50, but with fries included. Perfect, we took that and sat down, mentioning we'd have ice cream for dessert. The bill came to €29.40, going from €9 for takeout to €10.50 without the drink, which wasn't mentioned. Admittedly, we trusted her word and didn't look at the entire menu in detail, but we felt cheated. We were treated like Americans. Pay close attention to what you order, and if you walk a few dozen meters, you'll find plenty of other places where you don't have to be so vigilant. The ice cream will be elsewhere.

09/05/2026: A place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The new management, I dare say, has a total disregard for its customers! It starts with disrespect upon arrival, with employees smoking outside. We were left waiting at the counter for ages without any regard for us or even bothering to seat us. There were barely 3 tables occupied at 12:30 PM!! A so-called waitress, squeezed into her top with her midriff exposed… We had a reservation for 3, the table was set for 3, and yet one glass was missing. 30 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks, and NEVER a single carafe of water – we had to ask for it!!! Then another 1.5-hour wait to receive our 3 measly dishes!!! I was about to leave, but it was already past 2:30 PM… And what's more, the food was tasteless!!! A salad with specialties and charcuterie is exorbitantly priced. You expect good charcuterie and local products, but NO WAY! Products from Lidl, resold at exorbitant prices, drowned in soggy salad. And what about dessert? A 20-minute wait for a gourmet coffee, and then, the icing on the cake… a plate with four petit fours drowning in cocoa powder! I got it all over my clothes, and it was completely caked on. All this for nearly €90 for three people, including one main course, one glass of wine, and one gourmet coffee. A SHAME!!! And no one apologizes for the wait (they can't smoke and work at the same time; you have to choose between smoking and working, and they made that choice…), the staff who couldn't care less about their customers, the appalling food, and the deplorable management. With the previous owners, it was a delight: cheerful waiters, top-notch and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. Now it's a disaster. Leave immediately; you're a disgrace to the restaurant industry!

25/06/2026: Appalling service. They forgot to bring us two portions of fries, not to mention the Coca-Cola that was served so quickly. The bespectacled manager must have been very busy. He's incompetent!

24/06/2026: Great McDonald's! I was greeted by wonderful people at the counter, including the cashier and the first assistant manager. Pleasant, smiling, top-notch service, and I highly recommend it. They didn't forget anything on my order. When I'm back in Grenoble, I'll definitely stop by again.

23/05/2026: The staff were very pleasant, and the restrooms were clean, unlike some of the tables... Otherwise, everything was fine.

21/05/2026: It's shameful, the staff were insulting each other in front of everyone. I sat at a table and it smelled like pee. Seriously shameful, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

18/07/2026: A 20-minute wait, everything was cold, and my sandwiches were missing onions and pickles. They asked me to reorder, waited another 10 minutes, and magically, still no onions 😵‍💫. Finally, they told me they couldn't add onions because they didn't have any. Enjoy your meal, manager, without onions, with the fries, sauce, and Coke I left on the table. And when you're done eating, go mop the toilets; they were disgusting.

13/07/2026: This isn't the first time I've noticed this here. They only fill everything halfway or three-quarters full: ice cream, fries, burgers... The other day, I even got a burger with only one patty when I ordered two. The price, besides already being very high, is completely outrageous considering the portion sizes. The only positive thing is that I've never gotten sick after eating here. 🤷🏻

03/07/2026: Order placed at 8:21 PM. 8:50 PM and still no order. Had to get up and go to the counter. Order left on the side. For 30 minutes. When it finally arrived at 9:10 PM, the nuggets were missing. The sauces, the napkins. Getting worse and worse! Every time I go, there's always something wrong!

13/06/2026: Honestly this was the only place where I had a bad experience as a tourist on a recent trip. Spotted this little bar and thought it would be the perfect spot for a drink by the river in the sunshine. Went and ordered a glass of champagne, not bad price at 8 euro - they asked me to pay cash, I thought maybe the card machine wasn’t working so gave a 10 euro note, they kept the change…!! And a few minutes later I saw them offer the card machine to another customer so obviously it was working and they just ripped me off. The glass of champagne was tiny BUT at least it was cold and I got to sit by the river for a bit admiring the views. Nonetheless wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t go back.

04/04/2026: Very nice place at the waterside, nice in the sun! Dont take the wine it is in paper cups, but the special beers is nice cold in the bottles! Acceptable pricee

01/08/2026: It all takes a very long time. Not clean, and you don't expect much at a McDonald's to begin with, but this takes the cake.

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.

19/04/2026: Avoid this place! It's excessively expensive, doesn't accept credit cards, has a limited selection, and the products are questionable. A person at the next table ordered mussels, and they smelled very strong. She didn't eat any.

09/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to this small restaurant. I was served a Caesar salad—if you can even call it that—I've never seen a salad like it. There was hardly any lettuce, a tiny amount, a hard-boiled egg, four shavings of Parmesan cheese, and boiled white chicken, not even breaded. Shameful. They advertised a minimum spend of €20, so you feel pressured to spend €20. And in the end, the waitress said the card machine was broken. If you're thinking of eating there, I strongly advise against it.
