22/09/2026: This McDonald's is truly awful. The woman who took our order kept coughing into the microphone and made us wait repeatedly. I ordered a Coke and an Oasis without ice, but I got two Cokes. This is incredibly unprofessional. Then, when I asked what was available, she said barbecue. I had no choice but to order barbecue because she didn't offer me anything else. They call it fast food, but not shoddy food!

07/09/2026: Terrible service! It took an hour to serve ice cream, a donut, and a coffee! And the order arrived cold.

26/09/2026: Everything was terrible. The food took over 50 minutes to arrive, and we even had to search for it despite having a tracking number. It was awful, and I'm never going back to this McDonald's. Orders were all wrong; some ingredients we paid for were missing, and in another order, there was extra tomato that we hadn't ordered. Everything was just terrible. Don't come here if you want to save time.

25/09/2026: I ordered two Happy Meals, but they didn't give me a toy. In other words, it seems they don't check orders thoroughly. Also, when I finally asked for and received a toy, it was a duplicate of the ugliest character, and the people at the table next to me also got the exact same ugly character as our group. I really doubt if this is a coincidence.

21/08/2026: I wonder how this bar is still open. The two waiters grab the glasses from the top to give them to you—absolutely no hygiene! The mint soda costs €3.50 and barely contains any syrup, even after asking for more (the photo proves the taste). The lemonade, served in a bottle, is practically flat. In short, it's a tourist trap where they're making a profit without even trying to hide it. And on top of that, cash is mandatory.

31/08/2026: I did a click and collect order in the parking lot today because I had my dog ​​in the car. Firstly, the parking spaces weren't free, and there was no one inside the cars (so they were badly parked and didn't seem very concerned about blocking traffic). I parked nearby with my hazard lights on. I received a notification that my order was ready at 2:41 AM, but it still hadn't arrived at 1:05 PM. I was forced to go to the drive-thru and wait another fifteen minutes to finally get my order, which was cold and without a single word of apology for the oversight... I won't be going back there because I find it very unprofessional!

28/09/2026: This McDonald's needs to rethink its priorities. Every time, it's either the wait is too long or something is missing from the order. And then, when we complain, we have to justify ourselves by showing our bags. What a joke. It's truly pathetic. The management at this McDonald's needs a complete overhaul. They should all be in training. It makes you wonder.

28/08/2026: We ordered two Chicago Bacon Best Off meals at the drive-thru. I was served one sandwich without lettuce or onion, and no cheese between the two meats, and the second one had no cheese at all… they're simply taking customers for fools, because when we got home we were surprised and couldn't say anything. We had the same ones at the McDonald's in Millau and they were delicious; here we threw them away, they were inedible. So, there you have it, a well-deserved negative review.

10/08/2026: Every time I order, things are missing, whether it's through the app or at the drive-thru. It's exhausting. I don't understand how this is possible, judging by the comments. I'm far from the only one complaining about this problem. Something really needs to be done.

01/09/2026: The food itself is delicious, just like in all McDonald's. I can't say anything about cleanliness, since I picked up my order at home. The hallway where they give out orders looks more or less acceptable. However, I didn't like that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering machines weren't working, and some were slow. When I came in the evening, some of the machines didn't have any paper to issue a receipt for payment. Overall, my impressions were average.

31/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — A completely abandoned restaurant I came on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and it was simply appalling. The dining room was dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the trash was overturned, and the toilets and furniture were in disrepair. The chairs were so wobbly that I had to replace them three times! Table service is nonexistent, the service is extremely slow, and the staff seems clearly understaffed and unfriendly. And the prices have become exorbitant for such poor service. The most unbelievable part? The restaurant was practically empty on a Saturday night, while KFC, Quick, and the other restaurants nearby were packed. It really feels like McDonald's France has completely abandoned this restaurant and no longer wants to invest in it. At this rate, they might as well let Burger King take over, which could certainly make better use of such a location. A truly deplorable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

11/09/2026: Last time I'm coming here, just to treat the kids. The machines are dirty, haven't been cleaned in ages, the reusable cutlery still has food scraps on it, the recycling bin is swarming with flies, it clearly hasn't been cleaned either, and it's 6:50 pm (September 11, 2026)... in short, I've never seen anything like it.

06/09/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. I was given a price when I confirmed my order at the drive-thru. When I got to the counter to pay, the price was higher. I pointed this out, and they simply replied that "it must have been for the previous order." I complied, and when I got home, I realized that the product I ordered was not the product I received. I emailed customer service for an explanation, but since I haven't received any response after a reasonable waiting period, I am forced to leave this review.

22/09/2026: I never leave comments, but honestly, this is ridiculous. The trash cans are never emptied, and people leave their trays wherever they can because the bins are overflowing. I've been waiting for my McDonald's for 45 minutes, maybe even an hour. As the kids say! POV! I've never seen anything like it. 30/08/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:15 PM this evening, served at 8:57 PM. I ate a fry straight from the drive-thru, dry and cold. I had already called about the quality of the fries. It's becoming tiresome; we pay for a minimum level of quality. A large potato wedge that looked more like a small portion... No sauce for the nuggets. What can I say? The wait is understandable; forgetting the sauces, well, we paid for it, it should be our due, but mistakes happen. However, what can we say about the cold fries that were barely served or the small quantity of potato wedges...

30/08/2026: Tonight, I placed an Uber Eats order totaling €34. Two items were missing from both Happy Meals: the two portions of baby apples. When I called the restaurant, the response was simple: "You'll have to contact Uber Eats." Yet, Uber Eats handles the delivery. It's the restaurant that prepares the order and is responsible for verifying that all the items are present before handing the bag to the delivery driver. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've noticed omissions in my orders from this establishment. The problems keep recurring, and nothing seems to be improving. The most unpleasant aspect is the manager's attitude, who gave no impression whatsoever of caring about customer satisfaction. No regrets were expressed, no apologies were offered, and there was no willingness to acknowledge the mistake. An apology would have been the bare minimum. Two missing items may seem insignificant, but they were included in children's meals and were paid for. A customer is entitled to receive their entire order. Disappointing service, inadequate order verification, and non-existent complaint handling.

08/09/2026: Honestly, the owner would be better off selling peanuts at the market because she's completely lacking in business acumen. As far as I'm concerned, that's it, I won't be going back there.
