02/08/2026: €18 for a sandwich, a bottle of wine, and a dessert is a bit pricey for what it is! Maybe the cashier made a mistake and I was in a hurry, so I didn't check. But maybe there wasn't a mistake... in which case it's really too expensive.

15/07/2026: Passing through Montparnasse station with a two-hour wait for the next train, I discovered EXKI. The products are varied, high-quality, delicious, and perfect when you want to eat something healthy. The price reflects the quality of the products and the location (Montparnasse station). I highly recommend it. Excellent service!

17/09/2026: There was hardly a wait at lunchtime (for once), but the order was still incomplete and incorrect. How is that possible?! I hadn't been back for several months after a similar experience. I have to admit that nothing has changed. I'll go to a different McDonald's from now on.

14/09/2026: This is the third time this has happened in a month. The first time, a sandwich was missing; the second time, the fries were cold and some sauces were missing that we didn't pay for, even though it was a €60 order. Today, almost the same mistake happened; they made a mistake with some of the menus.

20/07/2026: The products themselves were fine, but the woman who served me, wearing a pink T-shirt, glasses, and a bun, was incredibly unpleasant. She didn't smile and her responses were very curt. The orange juice machine wasn't working, and she just blew on it. It's a shame for the store's image; it makes me not want to go back.

02/07/2026: I went to La Mie Câline to buy a cookie, which I unfortunately left on the counter when I left. Once I got home and realized my mistake, I called to explain the situation, hoping for at least a small gesture of goodwill, especially since I really wanted one… but nothing at all. Despite everything, I decided to ignore it and went back the next day to get another one, making sure to point out that it was me who had forgotten the cookie the day before. And then, huge disappointment: the cookie was awful, rock hard, completely dry, nothing like the usual soft and chewy texture. Between the complete lack of consideration for an oversight I pointed out immediately, and the clearly subpar quality of the product, the experience was very disappointing.

29/07/2026: The longest drive-through in France: 10 minutes to place an order and 27 minutes to pick it up, and there were only 5 cars. I asked for an explanation, but even the employee seemed embarrassed.

29/07/2026: Honestly, skip this place, don't go to this McDonald's. To think we were hesitating between this and Burger King, what a mistake! A 40-minute wait in total, at 11 PM, is outrageous for two sandwiches. And on top of that, I had to ask for beef four times; they barely listened. I checked, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked to change it, waited another 10 minutes, and finally, when I got home, I was left with a chicken sandwich. It's really unfair. And to top it off, they forgot my drink. Terrible customer service, unpleasant to customers, and above all, they don't listen at all. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

18/09/2026: I ordered just two McFlurries, and in the end, those two McFlurries weren't the ones I originally ordered... unbelievable. It shouldn't be that complicated, I think.

28/05/2026: A goat cheese salad... with far too much salad... A plastic bottle of water, €7.50 A can of Coke, €5.50 A disgrace in a Parisian brasserie And I won't even mention the state of the toilets

28/05/2026: The service is terrible, it's like the waiter doesn't want any customers. I'll never set foot in this restaurant again. Zero service, zero food. I strongly advise everyone against going there. 👎

07/09/2026: On September 6th, we sat down at a table in the tea room and ordered two chocolate croissants and two cappuccinos for €13.40. The chocolate croissants were good, but the cappuccino was absolutely undrinkable: no milk foam, some kind of concoction I can't even call coffee (instant?). We couldn't drink it. If you can't make something, you shouldn't put it on the menu. Overpriced.

06/09/2026: Blueberry tart that's halved in size in just a few years, same for the blueberry filling and the pastry... meh. All that for €4.50 last year, €3.50 last year. For me: I'm done. There are better and cheaper options.

06/09/2026: The same complaints as always: the drinks taste like water. It's expensive for ice cubes. There are also issues with the quality and presentation of the burgers.

06/09/2026: Bad experience at the McDonald's in Senas. Many of the kiosks were out of order, resulting in extremely long waits to place our orders. With the loyalty program, we were entitled to a free meal, which we selected in addition to our order. When we were finally served, the meal was missing... We asked a crew member who went to ask his manager. The result? There was a glitch, and we weren't the only ones affected... unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. We had to go back to the kiosk and order the meal again... there were always people at the kiosks... I wasted 10 minutes ordering again, and my family was served in the meantime... in short, a complete mess!

09/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! 47-minute wait when there was no one there. They messed up my order, the meat was tough and dry, the sauce had gone bad, the fries were cold and still frozen, barely cooked, the bread was soggy, the staff were unpleasant, the dining area was filthy, the tables were sticky, there was dust everywhere, and the toilets were broken. Absolutely horrible, don't go!

30/08/2026: In less than three weeks, across two different orders, we received several incomplete sandwiches, some completely empty and not even toasted... I understand that mistakes can happen, even when the basic task is deceptively simple, but when it happens again and again (because it's clearly not the only one involved), we need to ask the right questions and find the missing brain of the employee responsible! When will we get sandwiches without bread??

26/08/2026: Honestly, they should review the staff because there's always a problem with orders, whether it's for dine-in or delivery. Either things are missing or the drinks aren't properly sealed, and so I get a refund. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but they shouldn't take advantage.

31/08/2026: Awful McDonald's, absolutely no one in the restaurant, and a meal that came straight from the fridge 🥶 I asked them to reheat the fries and burger, they didn't even bother to reheat the fries, just a quick dip in the fryer and then the burger. I think they misunderstood; they put it back in the fridge if it wasn't cold enough, and I used the bun to prop up my caravan. Avoid this restaurant at all costs (the sauce cost €1, I thought it was diesel fuel).

29/12/2025: Permanently closed. Google Maps incorrectly lists this location as open. Don’t waste your time coming here.

13/12/2025: ❗️Respecting customers is a huge responsibility for a company like Starbucks. They are supposed to respect their customers. I walked 2 kilometers and found the store permanently closed.

17/08/2026: A minor issue arises when prices aren't up-to-date and you see the price displayed on the sign is lower than the actual price. There needs to be more honesty.
