24/09/2026: This restaurant is a complete mess. There's no rush of customers, and yet they still manage to mess up the order again. It's absurd to have a CBO (Chicken Bacon Onion) without bacon 🥓. If we have to check every sandwich before leaving, it's pointless; it's their job to check things. This restaurant is getting worse and worse. Luckily, the competition hasn't followed this McDonald's example yet...

05/09/2026: I ordered a Royal Deluxe and ended up with a Royal Cheese. The Tournon-sur-Rhône location is a disaster; there's always a mistake. We were supposed to receive compensation, which we never did. It's really awful, especially since we order regularly. You've lost a family of six as customers... I'm adding to a review that was already posted three years later... We tried McDonald's again, but it's still just as bad. They forgot the Happy Meal toys, the extra book, and there was no sauce. There were no napkins, and when we asked for the missing items, they gave us dirty looks.

13/09/2026: Terrible experience at the drive-thru. A very long wait, only to be called names like dogs at the counter to pay. They gave me a €5 note taped to my phone. I refused it, so the cashier gave me my change in a 50-cent coin, probably to express her displeasure... The staff were haughty and unpleasant. I had to get the manager involved... truly appalling behavior. I won't be going back, especially since the prices are excessive compared to other McDonald's. For example, the apple turnover: €3.50! What a joke! It's €2 everywhere else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

13/09/2026: The person at the drive-thru taking orders doesn't know how to take them (I specifically asked for a double and he gave me a single); he only half-listens. Staff needs improvement.

23/09/2026: Hello, strongly discouraged, I went there today and I was completely disgusted, the platters were disgusting, the food was overcooked and dry, it's not at all appealing.

13/09/2026: Incompetent staff, not to mention the managers who are beyond useless… waiting 45 minutes for a simple takeaway meal with melted ice cream and being cut in line by orders that have just been placed is unacceptable. The staff are clueless and, on top of that, unpleasant. Avoid at all costs!

25/11/2025: I love Subway, but please update your hours. I arrived on a Saturday at 7 PM, and online it said Subway closes at 10 PM. As a result, I arrived, and it was closed. This happens very often, so please update your hours.

05/09/2026: What a disgrace! Saturday night, we arrived at 9:36 PM after the movie, with opening hours advertised until 2:00 AM… and were told the theater was closed, only the drive-thru was available. Why advertise 2:00 AM if the theater closes well before then? After the movie, it was impossible to eat there. Their customer service couldn't be worse. 👎

31/08/2026: This McDonald's is neglected; they haven't had the "Chicago" burger of the moment for weeks, and they don't have Bug Tasty either. It's a real shame.

13/09/2026: Unfavorable service and atmosphere; the staff are rude to their customers and take the phone during working hours. The dining area isn't very clean and the food is cold.

12/09/2026: Cold fries. Dry burger bun. The Coke was a joke; I don't know what it was... Otherwise, the patio is nice for a McDonald's. Keep walking.

05/09/2026: I was at your McDonald's today, September 5th, around 8 PM. It was a disaster! The employees weren't wearing safety shoes, not even the one serving, nor the other young guy making the fries. There were fries in the kitchen that he didn't clean up, and they were laughing amongst themselves during service. This McDonald's is a complete mess.

05/09/2026: Sadly a pretty awful restaurant: my microwaved chicken sandwich was cold, was vacant of chicken and had limp nasty lettuce. Drinks arrived slowly and the ketchup never arrived to bring a little joy to some soggy fries. Best avoided and eat something elsewhere or go hungry for an hour or so would still be a better option.

22/05/2026: I've been to this bar and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet breakfast. As soon as I was served my cappuccino and croissant, a waitress immediately arrived to collect my payment. I didn't even have time to read the receipt or look for my wallet: she stood in front of me, waiting insistently, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Meanwhile, the cappuccino had gone cold. An unpleasant experience that certainly doesn't make me want to return.

12/07/2026: The restaurant was very dirty; the tables and the floor were also filthy. But otherwise, it was very good.

12/07/2026: Appalling hygiene: the tables, benches, floor, and cutlery are filthy! The toilets... the staff drag their feet. Avoid at all costs.

31/08/2026: I went there on Saturday, August 22nd, and waited over an hour for my order! When it finally arrived, not everything was on the tray! The restaurant was filthy: overflowing bins, trash everywhere, and disgusting floors! The manager, who was sitting there, was giving orders to her employees while there were other customers, and she was either on her phone at the counter or chatting! She was incredibly rude to customers! We had a young waiter who was clearly dejected!

29/08/2026: We were disappointed with the establishment. We waited 30 minutes for our order and, unfortunately, it was lost when we complained. There were only three people in the kitchen, and the rest of the staff were on break. The hygiene is appalling: the floor was disgraceful, the tables were dirty, and the staff didn't even use hairnets. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

24/09/2026: So I know you "take reviews very seriously and blah blah blah," but your McDonald's is becoming completely ridiculous. If you come after 9 PM, expect to receive your order at least 30 minutes after going through the kiosk, and during those 30 minutes, you'll be able to enjoy the fact that four orders are served and four customers return to the register because... well, something is bound to be missing or a bag will be mixed up. You'll also be able to enjoy the fact that the staff on their break are served before the customers because they know how to put pressure on them to make it happen, and you'll also be able to listen to all the staff complaints and their love stories (apparently more important than doing their job). Once you have your order in hand, check it immediately; something will definitely be missing!

09/05/2026: A place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The new management, I dare say, has a total disregard for its customers! It starts with disrespect upon arrival, with employees smoking outside. We were left waiting at the counter for ages without any regard for us or even bothering to seat us. There were barely 3 tables occupied at 12:30 PM!! A so-called waitress, squeezed into her top with her midriff exposed… We had a reservation for 3, the table was set for 3, and yet one glass was missing. 30 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks, and NEVER a single carafe of water – we had to ask for it!!! Then another 1.5-hour wait to receive our 3 measly dishes!!! I was about to leave, but it was already past 2:30 PM… And what's more, the food was tasteless!!! A salad with specialties and charcuterie is exorbitantly priced. You expect good charcuterie and local products, but NO WAY! Products from Lidl, resold at exorbitant prices, drowned in soggy salad. And what about dessert? A 20-minute wait for a gourmet coffee, and then, the icing on the cake… a plate with four petit fours drowning in cocoa powder! I got it all over my clothes, and it was completely caked on. All this for nearly €90 for three people, including one main course, one glass of wine, and one gourmet coffee. A SHAME!!! And no one apologizes for the wait (they can't smoke and work at the same time; you have to choose between smoking and working, and they made that choice…), the staff who couldn't care less about their customers, the appalling food, and the deplorable management. With the previous owners, it was a delight: cheerful waiters, top-notch and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. Now it's a disaster. Leave immediately; you're a disgrace to the restaurant industry!

22/09/2026: They seem constantly overwhelmed, and the quality is lower than in other similar establishments. They have shown some goodwill gestures in the past following problems. I think the management needs to be reviewed because the team doesn't seem incompetent (the person I think is the manager does try hard to be satisfactory; I hope to change this rating someday...).

22/09/2026: It's 11:25 AM, I ordered a coffee with simple doughnuts, and there was a 20-minute wait with no one else there. I wouldn't want to be there during the rush, you know. And the staff? Don't even get me started. I feel sorry for the girl who works there, who is very nice. I'll never go back!
