27/07/2026: Spoiled meat, ordered two simple cheeses yesterday, two of us got food poisoning. Avoid at all costs!

27/06/2026: They reduced the portions while keeping the same prices; the chicken curry sandwich was half empty, beware!!! I won't be back and I don't recommend it! Avoid at all costs!

09/09/2026: The fries arrived cold. The hamburger patty was undercooked and cold. The serving tray was very dirty. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Don't come here, I don't recommend it.

08/09/2026: I enjoy eating at McDonald's all over the world, except in Mondelange. Here, the fries are almost always cold and the quality of the hamburgers is highly variable: sometimes good, sometimes really bad. Unfortunately, since there aren't many other options in the area, we keep coming back. It's a shame, because you really could expect better from a McDonald's.

08/09/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Chartres-de-Bretagne. They made us wait an hour at the drive-thru, and I realized at home that all the fries were missing. They should check the orders before handing them out; it's not our job to check. What kind of work is this?

07/09/2026: The terrace wasn't cleaned, with cigarette butts on the ground. The children's area was littered with wrapping paper, and the recycling bins were rusty and poorly maintained. Inside, three self-service kiosks were out of order, and the other printers were broken. Note the time, 12:35 PM, and there were few people around. Apart from that, everything was fine.

12/09/2026: 2 Sandwich menus: €23.10 => OUTrageously expensive. The bread wasn't good. They charged extra for the bottle of sparkling water. The dessert (lemon meringue pie) tasted like plastic. It was clearly defrosted. I picked up my napkin and a fly landed on it... You'd have to be crazy to go back. Far too expensive for the quality.

22/08/2026: I do not recommend this bakery. We arrived late in the afternoon to buy three cookies. The cookies were dry. When we arrived, the waiter was chatting away with other customers. When these customers told him we were there, he said, "They'll wait." Then he continued talking, showing them pictures of himself. The same thing happened again when it came time to pay; I waited at least three minutes for this man to finish speaking before I could even pay. I do not recommend it.

02/07/2026: They had delicious vegan options. The service was quite fast.

31/08/2026: The worst service I've ever seen. The manager is useless. She doesn't know how to run things. They've given me the wrong food three times so far, and every time I complain, they ask for the receipt from the day before. Everything is awful, there are hardly any staff, and they're just sitting around doing nothing.

31/08/2026: After proving to them that a problem with their app caused me to be charged for two click-and-collect meals, they told me it wasn't their fault, that I had ordered two meals but only received one. No refund was issued. Go to the one in Marcq-en-Barœul; it's much better!

17/09/2026: The new young guy is great! He's a real asset to the customers. It's refreshing to see people like that.

15/09/2026: Yesterday at 11 am, I already had to wait 30 minutes for my order. They were missing the 280 (presumably referring to a specific item or service). They finally brought it, and to my surprise, it had sauce on it, even though I asked for it without because it's carcinogenic. They remade it after 15 minutes, and when I started eating it, it was too spicy, so I stopped eating it and left. I barely had to walk three meters to the exit before I threw up everything in the parking lot. Avoid this place!

02/09/2026: Chaotic! We waited at least 30 minutes before getting our menus (we saw two tables leave without being served). A young, inexperienced waiter was the only one serving. My milkshake was poorly made (the ice cream scoop was floating in the milk). A shame, because the ingredients were good quality.

02/09/2026: We sat inside for a coffee. Orders are taken at the table, and they tell you to stay seated. We waited, but no one ever came. They set up tables but don't have the staff to handle the demand. Avoid this place.

22/03/2026: The service was appalling. I was forced to go twice, and each time the waitress was grumpy and spoke curtly. The man wasn't any better. In short, disappointed.

23/01/2026: Excellent service - Very friendly, even though my french is not perfect :-)

27/09/2026: We came to pick up our online order and were disappointed with everything... I'm still looking for the salad on the hamburger, my husband ordered a large order of fries, and we got the large package but only the amount of a small order. Luckily, we checked before leaving because the mini manga was missing, and we weren't the only ones. There were no napkins, and no usual ketchup or mayo.

25/09/2026: The hamburgers were barely lukewarm, and the ice cream was melting as soon as I picked up my tray. In short, not great, and expensive for what it is.

26/09/2026: The benches outside are a bit wobbly, which is a shame, otherwise the terrace is sunny...

26/09/2026: Unbelievably slow, unlike anything I've ever seen at McDonald's, a real shame for fast food!

31/08/2026: The whole restaurant is really dirty, the service is slow, which is surprising for a McDonald's. They need a manager.

31/08/2026: Disgusting. The toilets stink and are filthy, and there's no hand soap. I regret booking; I should have checked the hygiene beforehand.

25/08/2026: Very disappointing experience. My girlfriend and I stopped by on a very hot day simply to buy some water and cool down for a moment. I bought a bottle to take away, and since the café was completely empty with plenty of free tables, we sat down briefly to drink some water before leaving. The bartender/owner immediately confronted us because the water had been purchased “to go.” When I explained that we were only sitting for a minute because of the heat, he raised his voice, started shouting aggressively and eventually told us to leave. Completely unacceptable treatment of customers. Seeing two people, including a woman clearly needing some water and a moment out of the heat, and responding with hostility instead of basic hospitality says a lot about this place. I strongly recommend avoiding it while people with this attitude are working here. A disgraceful way to represent such a beautiful city.

21/08/2026: Tourist trap. I paid €12 for two iced coffees.

07/07/2026: We spontaneously decided to eat here after a hike. The roast and potato gratin were excellent. We were there with a toddler, and they made her a delicious crepe with cheese and ham. There were also toy ducks in the fountain for our daughter to play with. Overall, a very charming family-run business. The roast and gratin were prepared by the owner's grandmother. Since it's primarily a bar, the food selection is limited. If that doesn't bother you, it's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious, home-style meal.

23/08/2026: After visiting this beautiful Provençal market, my friends and I sat down for a drink. We went to the restroom, and it was absolutely horrific. Traces of old urine everywhere, filth, and cobwebs. The smell was awful; we had to cover our noses with tissues to avoid breathing it in. This doesn't bode well for the kitchen, which, by the way, looks very cluttered. The owner came out of the restroom without washing his hands and went behind the bar to serve customers, so he was handling the glasses quite a bit... I don't understand why, with all the similar complaints, he hasn't done anything about it.

23/08/2026: We were just stopping by with friends before heading to the Verdon Gorge. We won't be back. The café terrace was dirty, the tables weren't swept, and most importantly, never use their toilets. The place is filthy with a terrible smell. We'll go to a different café next time we're in the area.
