24/09/2026: After reading other reviews, I recognize my own experience. I ordered a bacon mac and bacon, but unfortunately, the bacon was missing. I went to the counter, and the manager used the paper wrapping to handle the sandwich from every angle to check. Then she snapped, "Do you want me to put the bacon in it, or do I remake it?" Seriously, the sandwich was a mess. I asked her to remake it, but I could tell she was getting angry, and she violently threw the sandwich in the trash. She left without a word. Five minutes later, the sandwich arrived, and... it was cold, and the cheese wasn't melted. With the price increases on the menus, please make an effort. We wouldn't dare ask you to be friendly on top of everything else. We can't have it all. We definitely won't be back.

22/09/2026: Another oversight!!!!! At the drive-thru of this restaurant in Vern. Went through on September 22nd. After returning home, I noticed that the Chicken Chunkz wasn't in the order, but I'd obviously paid for it. We won't be going back because it's over a 20-minute drive, too much hassle!!! 21/09/2026: First time at this McDonald's, the 280 roll was rock-hard, the double cheeseburger was cold and dry, there was hardly any sauce, and they had potato wedges instead of fries... The only solution is to call and explain the problem, but every time they reply, "Sorry, come back and we'll fix it"... If I get takeout, it's because I've left and I'm not going back to deal with their mistakes! It's ridiculous to have to check the contents when they give it to you, considering the prices they charge, and when you do, they look at you with a haughty expression, like, "Thanks for your trust..." Well, once again, you shouldn't trust them! More and more expensive and less and less quality, how wonderful!

24/09/2026: Arriving at Lille Flandres station to catch my train, I thought 15 minutes should be plenty of time to prepare a McDonald's meal, which is supposed to be fast food. Well, apparently not. So I ran back empty-handed to catch my train. Kisses.

24/09/2026: I was hesitant to come after reading the reviews, but my visit went perfectly, so I'm leaving a positive review to even things out. I arrived and was able to order quickly at the kiosks; there were no technical issues or anything. I received my order 10 minutes later, which was very fast, and the person who brought it to me even smiled, which was very pleasant. The meal was good, and there were no mistakes in my order. Overall, my visit was very enjoyable!

05/08/2026: Ordered over €80 on Uber Eats, half the order was missing, and what little arrived was cold! And this isn't the first time.

05/08/2026: I went through the drive-thru today, August 5th, at 2:30 PM. I was served by a very friendly, polite, and pleasant gentleman. It's really nice to be welcomed like that; the service was quick, thank you very much.

05/09/2026: The hygiene level is beyond alarming... Very dirty, bloodstains that haven't been cleaned in 3 months, everything is greasy and sticky to the touch, the tables are disgusting.

25/08/2026: Half the self-service kiosks have been out of order for months. Today, only one kiosk is working, there's a 15-minute wait to order, and no one is taking orders at the counter. What are we supposed to do, wait for the last kiosk to break down and then close down?

05/09/2026: I've never eaten McDonald's like this; it was disgusting. And the restrooms? Don't even get me started. Honestly, I was very disappointed.

31/08/2026: So where do you even begin? Between the wait time of at least an hour per person, and an hour for a simple sandwich meal that wasn't even wrapped upside down and just tossed into the bag, if I could give it zero stars, I would.

03/06/2026: I bought some bread this evening, June 3rd, 2026, at 6:40 PM. Two loaves were from the festival, and the bread was frozen! €2.30, what a disgrace! It's outrageous! I'm going to file a complaint with the Castelna-le-Lez police. Never go there again!

27/02/2026: Both the savory and sweet dishes lacked flavor, pleasure, and emotion. The only emotion was the exorbitant bill. 😭

06/09/2026: A scandal... An order for 109 euros... For 7 people... The drinks were flat... Half the order was delivered, and when you call with the order number, they tell you, "I'm sorry..." The service leaves much to be desired... The managers are incompetent. I'm not really a fast-food fan, but sometimes it's a lifesaver... Well, I confirm my feelings, and Aimargues was not up to scratch... It's a rip-off... I strongly advise against going there. What a disappointment! I will never go back there. Manse Remi

06/09/2026: Order with delivery. Very disappointing experience. McDonald's Aimargues. Delivery was 40 minutes late, the food arrived cold and the drinks lukewarm. It wasn't even what we ordered. Order for €85 (4 people). Three people didn't get a meal. The cashier gave us a €50 refund and ended the call when I told her I wasn't okay with that. A very unpleasant feeling of having been ripped off...

17/09/2026: I was very disappointed with this order; it used to be so much better. I ordered a "mountain-style" burger (bacon, onions, potatoes, Reblochon cheese), but I'm still looking for the cheese: not a single piece of Reblochon inside! Considering the price, it's outrageous; they shouldn't even have it on the menu. To top it all off, the kitchen was filthy. The kebab spit was completely grimy and greasy. As for my partner, he ordered an "American kebab": reheating kebab meat in a microwave is simply unacceptable. That's it for us; we won't be back.

15/09/2026: As a regular customer for several years, I am unfortunately very disappointed by the decline in quality I've noticed over the past few months (a year?). The portion sizes have decreased, the quality of the meals is no longer what it used to be, and on our last visit, the donuts were hard and stale. This feeling is shared by several of our friends and family members who used to come regularly. We have therefore decided not to return for the time being, which is a real shame because we have enjoyed this establishment for years. I sincerely hope that efforts will be made to improve the quality and portion sizes in order to return to the previous level.

30/08/2026: I went to this McDonald's on Friday around 4:40 PM and, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. When I picked up my order, I noticed that the fries and sauces were missing. So I went back to ask for them. Instead of simply correcting the oversight, the employee was particularly unpleasant and seemed clearly annoyed by my request. I had ordered two Chinese sauces and one Deluxe sauce; he ended up giving me two Deluxe sauces, without even taking into account what I had just explained. I then pointed out the missing fries. I had to repeat my request several times—almost five times—before it was finally understood and addressed. Thinking that the rest of the order was still correct, I left the restaurant. Once outside, I happened to check my package of nuggets and noticed that it only contained 7 nuggets instead of the 9 I had ordered. What's particularly regrettable is that the 9-nugget meal deal is already more expensive than at other establishments, and yet, in return, I received an incomplete order, several omissions, missing items, and a particularly unprofessional attitude. Mistakes can obviously happen, especially in a busy establishment. However, what's much harder to accept is the attitude adopted when a customer simply points out the errors in their own order. When you pay for an order, the least you can expect is to receive all the items ordered and to be greeted with a minimum of respect and professionalism. If the staff doesn't want to be there or do their job properly, perhaps it would be wise to replace them with people who are genuinely motivated to do so. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of service and the order fulfillment.

30/08/2026: A nightmare! 30 minutes to be served (fast food?). The hygiene was appalling; the toilets were in a deplorable state. The tray drop-off area upstairs was full and overflowing, not maintained. Avoid at all costs!

16/07/2026: We came for a snack and opted for the €9 set menu: a croque monsieur and a drink. She told us it was for takeout and that eating in would be €10.50, but with fries included. Perfect, we took that and sat down, mentioning we'd have ice cream for dessert. The bill came to €29.40, going from €9 for takeout to €10.50 without the drink, which wasn't mentioned. Admittedly, we trusted her word and didn't look at the entire menu in detail, but we felt cheated. We were treated like Americans. Pay close attention to what you order, and if you walk a few dozen meters, you'll find plenty of other places where you don't have to be so vigilant. The ice cream will be elsewhere.

04/08/2026: 2026 2:27 PM Order paid: 4 ice creams (no menu), 1 cappuccino, 1 Happy Meal. Happy Meal served fairly quickly: fries, nuggets, and a drink on a tray, no box, no free gift, no sauce... uh, we ordered a Happy Meal, we had to ask for it... 2:49 PM, still no ice cream or cappuccino. Not much time left because of an appointment, so I went to ask for it, and my order was finally taken and prepared. Too bad, very few people were there, a long wait, and if we hadn't asked, I don't know how long we would have waited... In short, we finished our order on the way home. Another very bad experience, not to mention the air conditioning; it's freezing cold in this McDonald's, and I'm only leaving a review on rare occasions. 2024 We went to the drive-thru today around 2:30 PM. Well, despite the fact that there was no one there, we waited 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches 🤔🤔 and weren't given any napkins. The only positive point, unlike other times, is that the meal is hot.

28/07/2026: Ordered one evening, after eating McDonald's with a stomachache followed by diarrhea, the little one vomited up his entire kids' burger. Always order mistakes. Too long a wait, sticky floor, dirty tables... NEVER AGAIN...

01/09/2026: We waited over 40 minutes after ordering in, and it was taking so long we ended up getting takeout.

19/08/2026: A mixed experience: the fries were well-prepared and well-served, but the service was lacking. We were left wanting more. A shame.

11/08/2026: To be honest, we went there because our usual chip shop in Étaples was closed. In hindsight, we definitely would have been better off waiting a day. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: a frosty welcome and a heated argument between staff members right in the middle of taking our order. Apparently, witnessing internal disputes is part of the experience… it's a shame it wasn't mentioned on the menu. As for the food, unfortunately, it wasn't much better. The value for money was frankly disastrous: it was expensive, the portions weren't particularly generous, and the quality was nothing special. You at least expect to think, "Well, at least it was good…" but even that wasn't there. In short, a complete disaster: a cold welcome, a tense atmosphere, and a disappointing meal. All that was missing was a bill for the entrance to the show. We wanted to try it, and we did. Once was more than enough. I don't recommend it.

31/08/2026: Since the renovation and staff change, nothing has gone right. The young woman who used to work here was more patient, welcoming, and worked with love; everything was perfect. Some products were missing but listed as available?! The muffins were raw inside, doughy... The latte was the only good drink. I feel like I'm bothering them, even though there are no other customers. They're bitter and unprofessional.

05/08/2026: We stopped by Columbus Café, located inside the Leroy Merlin store in Livry-Gargan. We ordered pistachio milkshakes. The cashier was serving customers alone, while another employee was present but said he was on break and didn't want to help. As a result, we waited over 20 minutes. After this long delay, the cashier informed us that they were out of pistachios. We then asked for a refund. She made us wait another 5 minutes before telling us she didn't know how to process a refund to our bank card. After we insisted, she finally returned, claiming that they did have pistachios after all. So we agreed to keep our order. But once we left, as we started drinking our drinks, we realized that it wasn't a pistachio milkshake. It was simply milkshakes with almond-flavored powder, without any pistachio flavor whatsoever. I find this behavior dishonest. Making customers believe they are receiving a product that doesn't match their order is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we are clearly not the first to experience this type of disappointment.
