29/08/2026: 7 euros for a green salad... it's about time they offered real vegetarian options, we're not herbivores! I'm leaving a review because the staff were really unfriendly and impolite. They seemed annoyed when I asked about vegetarian options and couldn't even tell me what was in one of their sandwiches... terrible service.

17/08/2026: The two young women who were there on Thursday, August 13th, around 1 p.m. were truly very friendly, affable, smiling, and attentive. That really deserves to be highlighted!

17/09/2026: Avoid this place! Get this McDonald's shut down, it's awful, honestly. Stop talking while you're on duty, it's unprofessional, and you're paid to work.

13/09/2026: The atmosphere was awful, the staff were disrespectful, they barely looked at us or even spoke to us, and the food was terrible, practically from the day before.

30/07/2026: Disappointed!!! When I order a kebab with raw vegetables and find a merguez sausage with minced meat, egg, and cheese instead 🥴🤢. That's unacceptable...

11/07/2026: Thanks for the "gift" with our two chocolate-banana crepes: food poisoning. I've rarely felt so sick. This is certainly not the experience one expects when dining out. I do not recommend it.

02/08/2026: It was another fiasco tonight. We rarely go there because we're disappointed every time. We ordered click & collect and waited an hour in the parking lot! I checked the €50 order and realized six things were missing!!!! Not one, six! How can they be so unprofessional! So I went back inside to ask for the missing items and saw a queue where people were sighing, getting impatient, even despairing. In short, we spent €50, waited an hour, and ate COLD food! I don't understand how the McDonald's in Isigny, Rots, and Courseulles manage, but the one in Bayeux has never succeeded??? Bring on the competition!

02/08/2026: We arrived at 8:05 PM. Order placed at 8:20 PM. Order served at 9:00 PM… No sauces, no napkins, incomplete orders. That's a lot, isn't it? 🫪

13/08/2026: Baker slumped over his counter, grumbling instead of talking, deplorable pain au chocolat (because yes, we only took one pain au chocolat since he doesn't accept credit cards and refuses any other means of payment than cash)...

01/08/2026: Trout and avocado sandwich. No avocado. Soggy bread. For 6.95 euros. A rip-off.

20/09/2026: As a vegetarian for 10 years, I was given a chicken wrap instead of a veggie wrap at McDonald's. When I called to report the mistake, the (appalling) manager told me that mistakes happen. This McDonald's is ripping off its customers. Avoid it at all costs.

14/09/2026: Picked up tonight's order (4552) after a one-hour round trip. The large and medium fries were missing, and the "no tomato" burgers were included in both! If these people can't do their jobs properly, they should go back to the unemployment office! The smell when I entered the establishment was awful!

16/09/2026: Best McDonald's in Lyon!! The terrace is very pleasant, the interior is nice and the whole team is very friendly :)

16/09/2026: Terrible service at the drive-thru. Disorganized McDonald's. It took forever to be served. They got their order wrong. This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, lol 😱😂

23/09/2026: Another McDonald's that can't manage customer flow or communication, plus there are bugs with the self-service kiosks. Perhaps it would be enough to announce the wait time for table service (over 40 minutes and complicated to order) at the entrance (or have staff announce it), especially since your policy is to prioritize drive-thru and mobile app orders. What a shame for a €40 meal! To be surprised by the large crowds on a Wednesday lunchtime, including families with young children... isn't that what we logically expect from a McDonald's?

13/09/2026: Given the high price of the Egg n' Cheese McMuffins, it would have been nice to have the right kind of bread and not eggshells inside. And I won't even mention the numerous times I've ordered vegetarian options and had to go back to the counter because I received chicken instead.

08/12/2025: The best in the area! Review: Absolutely perfect! I had a wonderful time. The service is fast, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I recommend it 100% and can't wait to come back!

30/10/2025: Horrible! A 30-minute wait for a burger and fries. Hygiene is beyond questionable; no gloves, staff who couldn't care less about the customers... Avoid this place at all costs! They need a manager who will take charge!

13/08/2026: It's not what it used to be, the tacos are very dry with no sauce.

10/04/2026: I ordered a steak taco with Gruyere sauce tonight, but due to an order error, I ended up with a taco filled to the brim with Samurai sauce! The taco was inedible for me. As a customer for over 15 years, you make mistakes about one out of three times. Frankly, this was the last time I would shop here.

05/06/2026: Only thing good is the location. The rest is absolutely horrendous. Dirty and run down .Broken tiles on the balcony.Dirty patio furniture .Filthy bed (which I didn't want to sleep in) Dishwasher still had dishes in . Trip hazards and no lighting in the hallways. Absolute joke for the price ! Stay well clear worst place I can honestly say I have stayed in !

26/04/2026: Disastrous stay. We paid for accommodation in an unacceptable state. * No electrical outlets in the bedroom. * One outlet in the kitchen is coming loose from the wall (dangerous). * Shower full of mold. * Yellowed and dirty cushions. * Greasy pots and pans upon arrival: we had to wash everything again. * Completely rusted metal dish rack. * Towel rack in poor condition. The accommodation is clearly poorly maintained: * The area under the bed is dirty, full of dust and grime (visible in the photos). * The door doesn't close properly, with a visible gap between the door and the wall. * The shutter was "repaired" on the first day, but by the next day it was already broken (impossible to open or close). We were told someone would come back to fix it: we waited all day for nothing, and no one showed up. We paid for a comfortable stay and ended up in a dirty, neglected, and dangerous place. I've attached numerous photos that prove the true state of the accommodation. Absolutely avoid this place.

02/09/2026: We were just passing through early one morning. The coffee machine was being recycled, so we got a hot chocolate. And the hot chocolate wasn't good and was lukewarm. This place is best avoided, and it makes me refuse to go there for others because it happens far too often. As for the restrooms, there was no urinal and the stall hadn't been cleaned yet!! McDonald's is becoming Mac-Ugly.

31/08/2026: We ordered a Happy Meal to eat in, and everything was served on a tray without the box, and there were no toys. They were out of toys, and there was no sign indicating this upon arrival. The restrooms were in a deplorable state.

17/06/2026: I was extremely shocked by the attitude of the employee taking orders at the drive-thru, a dark-skinned man with glasses, of North African type, who was very unpleasant, haughty, even gratuitously aggressive. He didn't let me finish my order. When I arrived at the place to pay, he was actually on the phone talking to a friend 😱 It's a disgrace. This person should be fired, and many people around me have reported the same type of behavior from this individual.

16/06/2026: Avoid at all costs, and I mean it. I'm giving it one star because it's the bare minimum, but not only is the food they serve appalling, but the staff is even worse. They make mistakes, serve inedible food, and are unprofessional beyond belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The manager is anything but a manager. Your McDonald's is disgusting, and so is the staff. I've been there three times, and each time it was a stressful experience. The last time, we were treated with disrespect by the staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
