23/03/2026: When you order a product, you're supposed to receive it, not replace it with something else! A CBO and a Big Mac Bacon, both part of a Golden Meal deal, and guess what? They were replaced with Big Macs… And if that wasn't enough… everything was cold! Seriously, what kind of establishment is this?!

22/03/2026: Yet another restaurant on the decline: wait times exceeding 20 minutes (the timer has been changed; it says the order is served as soon as you order, lol, whereas in reality it's 20 minutes later). During my long wait, four orders were made incorrectly. When my turn finally arrived, there were more mistakes; the staff's attitude towards their errors was inappropriate, and the manager couldn't care less, leaving his team to struggle. This McDonald's is a disgrace! Avoid it! I can't wait for a statement from McDonald's saying "they're sorry and they're passing this information on to the teams"... don't waste your time, stop being sorry and start being efficient!

07/02/2026: For Christmas, I gave my boyfriend a wine tasting workshop, and we loved it. The welcome was very warm and the atmosphere friendly from the moment we arrived. Our table for two was next to another couple we didn't know, which created a real moment of sharing. We chatted, discovered wine together, and had a lot of laughs. The tasting was fun and accessible even to beginners, and the wines were excellent. We highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: We had a food and wine pairing, it was excellent! A chef who cooks and teaches the class at the same time, fantastic. I highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: I would give this 10 stars if I could. Best Guinness I've had outside of Ireland! The pub itself is extremely nice, full of incredible memorabilia. The foie gras was lovely, not too rich, perfect for a lunch bite. The fish and chips were absolutely amazing, highly recommend. The staff were so lovely and helpful. It was an honour to meet Trevor as well, such a rugby legend and incredibly kind chatting to us, all around such a legendary bar! We can't wait to visit Brennans snug next time we're in Toulouse.

28/03/2026: I went to McDonald's today for a "table service" order via McDonald's+. The notification that my order was ready appeared, followed by a notification that a crew member was bringing my order. Ten minutes passed, and still nothing. I went to the counter; the tray hadn't moved, even though the restaurant was empty. They were just too lazy to look for the right table. As a result, the sundaes were melted despite the freezing cold. Absolutely ridiculous... Don't boast about a service you don't intend to provide. It's absurd to prepare the order and then not bring it back. How long would I have waited if I hadn't gone to check? Of course, the crew member who was there wasn't even able to say hello, apologize, let alone remake the order! Don't bother sending me your usual copy-pasted response; that's not how you handle a complaint.

06/04/2026: A truly warm and welcoming reception. Excellent value for money. I had the daily special: black cod, risotto, and vegetables. Everything was well-prepared. Paid €13. Very reasonable price. Nice setting.

05/04/2026: The service was very slow: we finished our drinks before even receiving the charcuterie board, which we had ordered at the same time as our drinks. The waitress's manner of taking orders and serving was a bit too informal for my taste, but she did her best nonetheless. We were offered and ordered hanger steak, but 5 minutes later the waitress came back to tell us to change our order because they were out. The fish and chips weren't fresh, and the kebabs had a rubbery texture. The food quality needs improvement. Furthermore, in the small dining room, we were right next to the door leading to the kitchen, so there was a lot of foot traffic. It was also very, very cold, which must have been due to the large stone wall in the room; this meant we had to keep our jackets on. There are quite a few things that need to be addressed to have a "pleasant" experience at this brasserie. I should note that the restaurant had just reopened with a new team, and that it's not easy, but the experience we had today was very average. However, I appreciated the gesture of goodwill: we were offered an aperitif because the service was slow, thank you for this small gesture.

17/03/2026: A big thank you to Axel for his responsiveness, kindness, and the parking information. A high level of service and anticipation of customer needs. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't as good as expected for the price. A little disappointed about that.

15/02/2026: I rarely review bars, but we always enjoy going to this one, which we discovered by chance in our neighborhood. The service was so attentive and the atmosphere was great. You'll most likely see us again sometime :-)

15/03/2026: I was eager to try this restaurant, which had been on my radar for a while. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but the food was disappointing. The pasta with langoustines was unfortunately nothing special, and the portion was tiny (I think this was just my plate, as the portions around me were much larger). For a €30 dish, it was a huge letdown, with only three limp pieces of langoustine. The food arrived 25 minutes after I ordered. Still hungry and thinking I'd make up for it with dessert, I ordered the chocolate fondant, which was overcooked, too sweet, and minuscule. I was disappointed with the experience because the setting is really lovely; I would have loved for it to become my neighborhood restaurant.

28/02/2026: I had vongole pasta and sea bass carpaccio. Not only was the food delicious, but the wine that accompanied it was also excellent. The hospitality of the staff and kitchen really stood out.

20/01/2026: It's rare to find quality coffee (in France) with a pleasant aroma and smooth taste like that at Itinéraire Café. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully decorated cappuccino with chocolate. But there are many other interesting options on the menu.
