02/05/2026: Disastrous and dangerous!!! We went there for lunch on Saturday, May 2nd. We opted for table service. Although it wasn't busy, we waited quite a while, which doesn't fit with the McDonald's concept of being served quickly. The staff seemed to be on break... The icing on the cake, and this is what I find deplorable, is that when the crew member brought our burgers, they weren't even lukewarm. I pointed this out to the same crew member, and get this, he felt one of our burgers and admitted that they weren't at the right temperature... So he took them back. And the horror of it is that he brought them back after, I suppose, they had been reheated. It was perfectly obvious, and I know a thing or two about this kind of thing, as I also work in the restaurant industry. This is extremely dangerous for customers. Everyone knows that ground beef is a highly perishable food and that certain rules must be strictly followed to avoid food poisoning. I can tell you that none of these rules were followed here. The steak was cooked, served at a temperature below the critical limit, and then reheated... Danger! I expect a response from management to explain the reasons for these service conditions.

04/05/2026: Passing through Albertville, we stopped for lunch. We ordered the menu written on the chalkboard, expecting a good meal. We were disappointed. The starter, "bruschetta," was on sliced ​​white bread cut in half, with a little tomato sauce, grated cheese, a slice of ham, and a bit of salad. It was a tartine; bruschetta is made with a slice of country bread. The dessert, "Tropézienne," sounded great, promising a treat. What a disappointment! It was a dry brioche cut in half with canned whipped cream in the middle that didn't soften it at all (nothing like a Tropézienne). Even a customer next to us returned it to the waitress. We only enjoyed the duck confit, which was easy to eat, straight from the can. The waitress was pleasant, perhaps to soften the blow of the meal. This brasserie is looking for a waiter/waitress; I think they should be looking for a cook. We ate our meal just to fill our stomachs. It is with meals like these that customers are increasingly going to bakeries, which make good sandwiches.

17/05/2026: Completely unacceptable. It took me 45 minutes to be served. After I ordered, the wrap was completely dry and soggy; there was practically nothing inside, and the portion size was appalling. Furthermore, my drink tasted awful because it seems like every year McDonald's adds more water than usual. As a result, you can't even taste the drink you chose. I ordered a simple meal, and I don't understand how they could have waited 45 minutes to serve me, especially since other customers had just arrived and already received their orders. Avoid at all costs.
