17/05/2026: The Garden of Giants is a magnificent haven of peace, somewhat hidden just behind the Lille-Europe train station. A superb and relaxing place that is truly worth a visit!

13/05/2026: An unusual garden in Euralille, primarily based around water and wetland plants, with fish and a terrapin! Also a lot of giant bamboo, a couple of large frames supporting wisteria and other climbers and a couple of large topiary heads. Very enjoyable, though not large and the surrounding roads detract a bit from getting there!

It was very unpleasant for my child and me, especially since we had simply come to enjoy a peaceful meal. The establishment needs to ensure order and the comfort of its customers. Fortunately, the service was impeccable.

15/05/2026: Wow! What more can I say? We had a fantastic time at Chalet Antoinette! The terrace overlooking the Saône was simply heavenly! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant (the homemade profiteroles were a pure delight). Thank you for accepting our dog; he also enjoyed the stay and the thoughtful touches.

08/05/2026: We always come to Izmir because the cheese sauce is homemade and the cook is super cool! But sorry... we definitely got the feeling that today's cashier/hostess didn't want to work on a public holiday (even though it's Armistice Day, so a good reason to run a kebab shop without any fascists). My partner couldn't order online, and she was so annoyed that he bothered her by phone, she messed up the order and didn't tell the chef the right meats, even though we just wanted one basic XXL taco. And when I came to pay and pick it up, no hello, no smile, total indifference. No chance of a courtesy overdose from her 😅... GO TO THIS KEBAB ANYWAY BECAUSE IT'S VERY GOOD, BUT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE SERVICE.

07/05/2026: Very good kebab. I ordered a plate and the portions were generous. The meat was thinly sliced ​​and not at all greasy, making it a pleasant meal. I recommend it if you're in the area.

15/05/2026: McDonald's is disgusting, with a musty smell in the back and cockroaches inside that you can see right in front of the counter. I don't understand why it's still open. When I came to get takeout with my nephews, they found a dead insect in their Happy Meal box... The hygiene clearly needs improvement.

15/04/2026: We grabbed two burgers with fries and salad to go without pre-ordering. Both burgers were fantastic! One with Comté cheese and the other with Morbier; the caramelized onions and pickles were a nice change from the classic burger. One small negative point, but it didn't affect the overall rating: the service was a bit cold, and we weren't given much guidance from a server. The manager had to explain things to us. I recommend it; it's very good.

23/04/2026: We came for the first time to try the daily special, which included an all-you-can-eat cold buffet as a starter and a vol-au-vent as the main course, all for €14. We were very satisfied. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. We'll have to come back to try their famous tarte flambée. And we'll definitely be back for the daily specials!
