25/08/2024: We had a great time. Good atmosphere. Too bad we didn't have a table on the terrace despite our terrace reservation. Good service and staff. The boards are a bit expensive.

11/10/2024: Atmosphäre ansprechend, Service und Freundlichkeit leider nicht! Wir mussten trotz des Versuchs der Kontaktaufnahme sehr lange warten, bis der Kellner fragte, was wir wollen. Ein Achtel trockenen Weißwein kostete dann auch noch 10,— Euro, dieser Preis war offensichtlich völlig aus der Luft gegriffen. Schade, denn ansonsten haben wir in Beaune durchaus positive Erfahrungen gemacht.

26/09/2024: Every time my husband and I are in Beaune we’ll make a conscious effort to come here, if not for food at least a drink. Really chilled atmosphere, fantastic wine list and the staff are extremely welcoming (and patient with my not so great French).

15/03/2025: Very pleasant experience with a large group, they managed the feat of serving us quickly with quality homemade products and very well presented dishes and yet there were around twenty of us which is a real challenge. I can only recommend that you come with an ultra affordable starter main course dessert appetizer. And the team is very friendly.

02/09/2024: The pizzas were good. The only downside was a supplement of 5 euros asked if we wanted to share a pizza... We had really never seen that. We came with girls and our appetite is generally not huge, a whole pizza is rarely possible. Having the habit of ordering starters to share and even dishes to share, I have never seen such a supplement for sharing a dish. The pizza being around 14 euros, a supplement of 5 euros consists of adding more than 1/3 of the price of the pizza. One of our friends ended up not eating and finished the rest of the pizza at home. A bit ridiculous and a real shame. We also did well to monitor the bill because the supplement of 5 euros had still been added because “they were sure that we had shared”…

08/07/2025: Unusual visit today to this restaurant. Classic experience except for one point: we had a small problem with a drink (which can happen) and the manager himself then rushed to correct this problem. Another pleasant surprise when he came a second time to collect my ice cream because it was too clear and would not have any taste. He brought another one back barely 30 seconds later, which looked different and much more pleasant. Very pleasant staff, who follow a manager who knows how to set an example and "roll his socks up". Very pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided.

06/07/2025: Click and collect order: order brought to the wrong people, luckily they were honest and warned us, no drinks apart from orange oasis water, but they manage to charge extra for haway, professionalism needs to be reviewed. Other people complained for the same reason.

14/09/2024: Good location , welcoming staff . We used the paid secure parking . The view from the breakfast room is excellent . The privilege room was very comfortable and had good WiFi .

20/08/2024: Beautiful hotel, well located (close to the historic center, beach and port). The privilege room is nicely decorated and well equipped! The breakfast place with the sea view is really great. Thank you for the welcoming and caring staff
