The only slight drawback was the interior ambiance, which lacked a bit of warmth or character. But that's a matter of taste and doesn't detract from the quality.

22/03/2026: The value for money was terrible: around €30 for tasteless meat and undercooked potatoes. At 9 pm on a Saturday night, just as we were starting our meals, we were told we had to choose our desserts immediately because the kitchen was closing. The rather expensive fruit salad consisted mainly of large, poorly peeled pieces of apple with seeds.

04/03/2026: Increasingly frequent oversights, even outside of peak hours… We placed our order, and only the drinks and ice cream were correct; the rest of the order was completely different from what we ordered, and items were missing. This isn't the first time this has happened. Paying a certain price for a fairly large order only to have half the items missing and those that were there not being what we ordered is incredibly frustrating… It's a shame because the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly, but the service is increasingly disappointing.

13/03/2026: It's not rush hour, yet the order is taking quite a while to arrive. Furthermore, the staff are handling garbage, soiled mops, and other waste without washing their hands, and they're handling orders like this. I thought employee policy required them to wash their hands regularly. That's certainly changed. And all this is happening right under the managers' noses.

29/03/2026: I was honestly very disappointed with my visit. The service was terrible: we waited 20 minutes for our order without anyone calling us, only to end up having to go get it ourselves. On top of that, the staff were really unpleasant, especially the red-haired woman who was incredibly rude to customers. There was no organization and no respect whatsoever; it definitely doesn't make me want to come back.

28/03/2026: I'm changing my rating to one star because when they forget a portion of fries for my daughter in her meal and practically call me a liar, I find that really outrageous, especially since I'm paying for it. And it's not the first time this has happened to me...

26/02/2026: Today, I had one of the worst experiences I can remember at this restaurant, and I will never return. It's an establishment best avoided. Just read other reviews to see that this isn't an isolated incident, especially regarding the owner's husband's behavior. After waiting for over an hour and a half without being served, a foreign family with two young daughters, and after several inappropriate remarks from the waiter, they decided to leave without eating. They asked for the bill for the drinks they had consumed on the terrace while waiting for their table inside, and the owner, in a haughty and provocative tone, informed them that three beers (25cl) and two glasses of tap water came to €18. The customer replied that if he were charged for tap water, he would share his experience online, which seems perfectly legitimate to me: every customer has the right to express their opinion, whether positive or negative. The worst happened next. After hearing this, the owner stormed out, completely enraged and aggressive, chasing and verbally abusing the father in front of his daughters and all the other customers present. The scene was so disproportionate that many of us felt utterly ashamed. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in an establishment open to the public, and even more so in a family-friendly environment like a ski resort. This kind of attitude seriously damages the image of the restaurant industry in the region. I regret that this review may affect the employees, who work hard every day, but I couldn't let this incident go unaddressed. People don't just go to a restaurant to eat, but also to have a pleasant experience, and unfortunately, this time, that wasn't the case.
