09/09/2024: Nous avons bien mangé, cela dit on est arrivé, on nous a proposé l apéro qu’on a commandé et on a pris une bouteille de vin à plus de 40 euros pour accompagner nos plats…. Et là, surprise les plats sont arrivés en moins de 5 min… on avait à peine goûté l apéro… quelle déception pour la bouteille!!! Le reste était bien mais bon ça reste un peu décevant…

20/09/2024: I was able to taste their famous snickers and I was not disappointed! The space is very pleasant, bright, I enjoyed it from every point of view. And hats off for having bet on vegan AND gluten-free, something which is not easy!

The staff is incredibly friendly and adorable (especially Bruno and Damien) and the atmosphere is always pleasant and convivial. 13/12/2024: I had taken mom to please her, we had a treat, we had sauerkraut but the chestnut sausage, the cabbage had a taste of old, the hard smoked sausage with a thick skin, we left the cabbage, the breast aside, we took a little fries they were good then a gourmet coffee it was very disappointed even though we had known it for years it changed the waitress without a smile the desserts were made with a secretary lacking staff the hair not tied up which was flying everywhere..mom was in front of her warned another lady who came to see us...I was disappointed for mom too bad we ate there well before
11/12/2024: We came for dinner this Monday, December 9, a table of 4 people, we were delighted with our evening in this restaurant, we come a few times a year to the tavern, and as usual very pleasant staff and a choice varied between the menu and the menu, we enjoyed ourselves, a restaurant to recommend 👍👍

24/09/2024: Beautiful location facing the port, beautiful semi-open and recent terrace, but...
The service depending on the person serving, lacks professionalism and attention. The quality of the dishes and the presentation is not what one expects from this type of restaurant. A plate of six oysters, one of which was inedible and the others full of pieces of shell. The mussels are bathed in a juice that looks more like a soup than a sauce. The fish and its vegetables are served without sauce or butter.
Carefully check your addition which may suffer from table imputation errors.

Peu de lingots nageant dans beaucoup de bouillon qui ne devrait pas y etre.
Habitué au top cassoulet, celui-là est tré loin des top plus gouteux, sans ce bouillon.
Dommage car la partie viande est correcte, manque des lingots a la place de ce bouillon idiot.
15/09/2024: Lucky to find this restaurant in this remote area. What a fantastic find. The food was fabulous and the wine fantastic. The service was good although a tad slow however that did not matter as you had views over the valley that would keep you mesmerised for hours. One not to miss if you are in the area.

11/09/2024: De prachtige plek met uitzicht over het Lac motiveerde ons om hier te gaan eten.
Het bestelde kwam snel op tafel. De drankjes ( fles water en een karaf wijn) werden niet ingeschonken, het bestelde water bleek zonder bubbels terwijl we mèt hadden besteld en om de bestelde salade moesten we vragen omdat deze niet op tafel kwam.
Het vlees van mijn man smaakte hem goed. Echter., het door mij bestelde was echt niet te eten. Taai, niet door te komen met een mes.. bah.
Het plezier is echt de prachtige locatie maar voor het eten en de bediening met een bedrag van €74.. nee. Zou t niet aanraden .
03/09/2024: Small charming hotel with magnificent views of Lake Sainte Croix. Friendly staff, very satisfactory restaurant, rooms are a bit small, but very clean. Ideal for visiting the Verdon gorges.

01/10/2024: I discovered this bagel bar in 2010 that I frequented when I was working in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
It's very simple. I never found his equal.
The choice is varied but having tasted all the bagels, they are all excellent.
I returned there 10 years later. The quality has not changed one iota.
Impossible to find better in Paris.

08/09/2024: After a hike, the entire Gai Soleil team made us very welcome and helped us settle into our room. A place where you can recharge your batteries in peace, a good atmosphere and lots of humor. The dishes prepared with local products by the cook are a real treat and very generous.
The icing on the cake: a beauty salon with a spa to relax in, a very welcoming and clean space.
Honestly, we had a great time and are ready to go back on our next hike in the area, which is magnificent.
It’s worth the detour and we recommend it.

We also had a small buffet for my son's wedding, the guests were delighted.
