05/03/2026: Nice bar, friendly atmosphere. It's a shame that for a beer bar, most of the beers on tap are low-quality French beers. They offer Karmelit on tap, and when you ask for more, they tell you the keg is empty… what wouldn't they do to attract customers? Hoping you'll rectify this, it's a real shame to have such a lovely establishment and offer mediocre beers. Consider going to Belgium, where there are excellent abbey beers. Stéphane, the previous owner, offered us some very good products. And finally, I'm told to order a bottled beer, and I tell you, if I come to your establishment, it's not to drink a bottle I can consume at home. Sincerely

21/03/2026: Second order in two months from Au Bureau in Belfort. The first time, the bacon on the burger wasn't cooked; it was practically raw... I got a refund through the delivery platform. And this second time, it seemed okay until I got food poisoning. I spent the whole day throwing up my guts... since it was my only meal yesterday, I have no doubt that this little surprise triggered it 😁 I think things must have changed in the kitchen recently because I've never been so disappointed by this chain in Belfort. One more small detail: both times, the two sauces in the XL cheesy plate were missing...

09/12/2025: Incorrect order: I didn't receive the correct burger. I tried calling once, and someone answered. I explained the problem, and they hung up on me. I tried calling back several times afterward, without success. I find this treatment unacceptable.

29/11/2024: A good compromise if you need to work the entire day. Slightly overpriced but nice coffee and relaxed atmosphere. Decent WiFi even when very busy. There are not savoury options though, but sweets only and nothing gluten free. We were politely asked not to eat a mandarin we brought even when we had ordered two coffees, a cookie and a piece of banana bread… (which was not exactly fresh in my opinion). Also to note they close at 17, if you need to work longer hours..

29/11/2024: Arriving on Wednesday, November 27 around 4:30 p.m., the young woman asked me, as soon as I walked through the door, if it was on site or to take away. And afterwards, she asked me (twice anyway!) to go sit down and read the menu with a QR code. Ok, I go to a new place, I get my bearings, I look on the wall to see if they already make the drink I want, I take a minute to look...and I get reframed! We're not at school... She was in a hurry to close at 5, didn't want to take on new customers? Incomprehensible, disappointing... So no, this place is neither cool nor pleasant.
