02/07/2024: When you take an order by telephone, it is good to honor it, or at least warn that the order will not be made. Rather than closing the door and not answering the phone when you can hear people inside. I don't recommend it at all, big lack of professionalism.

26/04/2024: Mon retour chez Le Meknès, après une absence de 2 à 3 ans, a été marqué par une expérience décevante. J'avais gardé un bon souvenir de mes précédentes visites, mais cette fois-ci, la qualité des produits m'a laissé perplexe. Le chicken burger, s'est révélé être une déception totale. Dès la première bouchée, j'ai réalisé que quelque chose n'allait pas. La texture était étrange, la saveur fade, j'ai décidé de jeter le burger entier, ce qui est assez rare pour moi. De plus, ma déception s'est amplifiée lorsque j'ai commandé un kebab, un plat que j'avais toujours apprécié pour sa saveur et sa qualité. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, la viande était non seulement crue, mais aussi excessivement grasse. C'était un contraste flagrant par rapport à mes expériences précédentes, où la viande était parfaitement cuite et savoureuse. Cette baisse de qualité m'a profondément déçu. Je m'attendais à retrouver la même excellence dans les produits, voire une amélioration, mais au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à une dégradation significative. Je crois sincèrement qu'il est impératif pour Le Meknès de revoir sérieusement ses pratiques de préparation et de sélection des ingrédients afin de garantir une expérience satisfaisante pour ses clients. En conclusion, j'espère que cette critique constructive sera prise en compte par Le Meknès. J'aimerais pouvoir retrouver la qualité et la satisfaction que j'avais autrefois en commandant chez eux, mais pour cela, des améliorations sont nécessaires. Je reste ouvert à donner une seconde chance à Le Meknès, mais j'espère voir des changements positifs à l'avenir.

24/08/2024: A magnificent lunch, splendid welcome, wonderful atmosphere. The captain and his wife Isa, the new bosses, are attentive and particularly pleasant. The wines offered are well chosen and original. The prices are very reasonable, the chef prepares delicious dishes using local products. Everything is fresh. In addition, the garden where a few tables sit is most charming. Thank you for offering us such a moment of authentic conviviality and relaxation. 15/12/2024: SCANDALOUS. Breakfast menu not on the machine, the girls at reception (not friendly either) told me the only solution was to take individually. Result I paid x3 the price and without the coffees! OF THEFT. moreover questionable hygiene in this McDonald's and very loud rap music in the morning at 10:30 a.m.!

22/09/2024: 1ère et dernière expérience à Huningue. Les viennoiseries n’ont rien de fait maison elles sont sèches,plates et insipides. Le pain est meilleur dans les supermarchés de la ville. A déconseillé vivement.

07/12/2024: At the drive, good feeling, smooth order taking. Arrived home perfectly I started to eat and my big tasty was cold the barely cooked steak was blood red.... I don't want to spit on people who work on it but still pay such a price and end up with a hamburger even not cooked is professional misconduct..... Really disappointed.

18/08/2024: Very disappointed by this last experience at the Frog, even though we used to come here after our cinema session. First of all, the waiter tells us as soon as we arrive that the kitchen will soon close. No problem. We place an order without offering us the different accompaniment options. On arrival the fries were reheated, the burger not great. And finally the waiter presents us with a receipt, forgetting a beer that he says he is offering us, only to finally count it for us when he sees that we are paying in cash...

We were served by a waiter who did not know how to speak French, if only he could at least understand it, but no, we had to translate our choices into English for him... Hiring staff who come to France to learn French is is entirely respectable, but it would be nice if the waiter at least learned the menu by heart so that we don't have to translate the dishes, drinks, etc. for him. in English. Wait it doesn't end there, otherwise I wouldn't have been so blunt in my rating. For dessert, I ask for vanilla milk foam. The waiter brings me a type of cake made with white chocolate and shaped like an orange wedge. I ask him if it is really vanilla milk foam, he tells me yes. I go back to sit down, I take the menu and there I see “chocolate-orange mousse” written in the desserts. I realize that in addition to having served me the wrong dessert, he himself does not know the menu since he confirmed to me that he served me the "vanilla milk foam". Back at the counter, I go to see the waiter or bartender (honestly I didn't really know what it was for, well I went to see the only one who obviously seemed to speak French fluently), I ask him if the dessert served is indeed a mousse of vanilla milk. He confirms to me that yes, then after a few seconds of insistence on my part he ends up going to call the boss because I doubt him. The chef arrives, the highlight of the show, he speaks no better French than the poor, sheepish and clumsy waiter. I ask him if it's really a vanilla milk mousse, he confirms that yes, then I show him the card, and he points to the "chocolate-orange mousse". He starts by telling me that it's the same thing, then he doesn't understand, and finally he ends up telling me (with gestures of course since he doesn't speak French) that vanilla milk foam doesn't work. is no longer part of the map. Wait, it's not over. Obviously I leave the dessert on the counter, I make them understand that it's not what I ordered so I won't eat it. I go back to sit down and yet another waitress comes to bring me yet ANOTHER DESSERT, this time it's a cookie with a kind of little vanilla mousse on top of the cookie. The cookie is the circumference of a finger of 7cm, the height of the mousse above the cookie should be 1cm, 2 to break it all. And the waitress has the nerve to tell me that I can have this dessert and eat the mousse on top, that apparently it's the same thing... I was ready to give them 2 stars for the dish which was not bad, but after this stupidity I decided to lower my rating. [EDIT] I added the photo of the card to prove that there is a real ambiguity on the desserts: it says "soft cookie", then a comma and a newline separate the "vanilla milk foam" ... I could actually have been wrong about the reading of this dessert, but in any case, the waiter did not bring me the right dessert from the start. Whether he speaks French or not is not the problem, it is a lack of training of your staff...
