26/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! This little neighborhood brasserie in the Marais district has recently changed hands. The new team is fantastic: warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. You immediately feel welcome in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As for the food and wine, the quality is truly exceptional: well-prepared, delicious products that perfectly reflect the spirit of the place. It's become a real neighborhood favorite, ideal for a lunch break, drinks with friends, or simply a pleasant and relaxing time. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back!

28/07/2026: A half-hour wait for a meal is really getting worse and worse at this McDonald's: it's often like this, but this time it was truly appalling, especially since the restaurant was practically empty and everyone had been waiting for their order for at least 20 minutes. So you can see that they are preparing the ice cream, drinks, and fries, but the sandwiches don't arrive, resulting in cold fries and melted ice cream. It's really ridiculous, and unfortunately, it's not the first time this has happened: lack of staff and no apology or explanation given. It's regrettable.

16/06/2026: Even one star is too much. A huge disappointment this Saturday. Over a 30-minute wait for lunch, drinks served well before the main courses, and a salad that arrived warm when it was supposed to be chilled. As for the drinks, they were filled with ice. I felt like there was almost more ice than drink. When it's this hot, you want to enjoy a real, cold drink, not have your glass so full of ice that there's hardly anything left to drink. The worst part was the service: a rather elderly waitress who was particularly unpleasant, cold, and answered curtly without a single smile. I'm all the more disappointed because my friends and family highly recommended this place. Based on the reviews, I expected much better. In the end, a relaxing moment turned into a frustrating experience. First and last time. I won't be back.

The food is also high quality, even if you don't come here for gourmet cuisine, but rather to have a good time and chat with friends, strangers, or familiar faces. 🥰

04/07/2026: So far, 5, everything is fine, clean, the toilet is on the second floor, also clean. I haven't used the shower yet, I'll add later. At 6:30 PM on Friday, it's about 30% full. I'll wait until Monday, and then we'll see. There's a Lidl about 2 km away, there's a passage. There's a gate at Kotz Parking. And a tip: if possible, park facing the highway. The sun will shine from the right, behind you, slightly through the right window. If you stand the other way, the sun will shine directly on the cabin. Another thing. The night from July 3 to July 4 passed as usual :))) the stars are still there. The parking lot is still half empty, people come and go.

14/06/2026: An absolutely unacceptable experience and, at this stage, extremely concerning from a legal standpoint. An Uber Eats order costing nearly €30, for a delivery that was completely incomplete and clearly did not match what was paid for. Initial order: 2 Big Macs, a McNuggets meal (6 nuggets, fries, Coke), Big Mac sauce. Actual delivery: only one Big Mac, two nuggets, one of which was clearly half-eaten, and nothing else. Crucial point: the bag was sealed upon delivery, which precludes any intervention on our part regarding the contents. Given the extent of the missing items—nearly three-quarters of the order—we immediately contacted Uber Eats, who, considering the situation and the sealed packaging, asked us to contact the restaurant directly. After calling McDonald's, the restaurant maintains with certainty that the order was prepared correctly and that nothing was omitted. This position is difficult to defend given the facts. Not wanting to abandon our meal or get bogged down in an endless process since the order had already been paid for, we had to go to the restaurant ourselves to collect what had already been paid for but never delivered. And there, to our astonishment: a restaurant clearly in complete disarray. A succession of dissatisfied customers, a string of refunds, a constant stream of complaints, an overwhelmed manager, and cashiers busy dealing with problem after problem. I waited for over 45 minutes, between midnight and 1:25 a.m., in a manifestly disorganized establishment. The most shocking thing: the Big Mac meal I had come to pick up, having already paid for it in my Uber Eats order, was ultimately charged to me again on the spot. In other words, I had to pay a second time for an item I had already paid for, simply to receive what should have been delivered from the start. A particularly shocking situation after the restaurant's initial refusal to acknowledge any error. As for the manager present that evening, his attitude was particularly disappointing: haughty, peremptory, never questioning his own version of events, even as refunds and customer complaints piled up around him. I live in Levallois and have placed over 249 orders at this establishment. I therefore know this restaurant very well, which allows me to assert that this is not simply an isolated incident but a level of service that has become extremely concerning. From a consumer law perspective, a business is obligated to deliver the product as ordered. Charging for a largely incomplete order, delivering a sealed bag containing only a fraction of the order, handing over food that has clearly been partially eaten, and then requiring the customer to pay again on the spot for a product already paid for, constitutes a completely unacceptable customer experience. Between midnight and 1:25 a.m., it was an absolute scandal: wasted time, double payment, a complete lack of serious assistance, and catastrophic customer service. A disgrace for a company of this size.

14/06/2026: Defective toy. The manager refused to exchange my son's toy at the McDonald's on Rue Willesone in Levallois-Perret. It's the first time I've seen anything like this at McDonald's. These managers told me not to eat the bear with the four white threads on its ears. I asked if these managers could read. I've never seen anything like it at McDonald's. Refusing to exchange a child's toy at this McDonald's. I mean, what's the point of keeping this to myself? This manager is awful. I really think there's a problem.

14/07/2026: A mixed experience at Moulin du Vent. As others have already pointed out, the welcome was rather cold and the atmosphere in the dining room lacked warmth. This is a bit of a shame, especially in a region with a climate that can sometimes be harsh. The menu aims for sophistication, but the food doesn't quite live up to its promise: Savora sauce or apple ketchup—it's far from a true gastronomic experience! That said, the dishes were decent, particularly the desserts. The wine list is quite limited, and the entry-level wines are expensive. Ultimately, the best memory of the evening will remain the return to the Hôtel L’Erguillière along the coastal path at sunset. A truly magical moment!

05/07/2026: The quality of the food was good. A very nice mix of French and Asian cuisine is exciting. A major letdown, and therefore our 1-star rating: a 3-course menu costs 39 euros and a 5-course surprise menu 85 euros. The big surprise was exactly the same 3-course menu plus 2 small additional dishes. Totally out of proportion, borders on a rip-off! While we spent good money, including champagne as an aperitif and a bottle of Burgundy with the courses, the response to our quiet criticism was one of surprise, and nothing was offered as compensation. Never coming back here again!!!

14/06/2026: We celebrated a birthday with 20 people and everything went very well. Romi was wonderful, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. The cocktails were delicious. We tried the Espresso Martini, the Mezcalita, and the Negroni. There was a good selection of wines, and the charcuterie board featured high-quality products.

A remarkable selection of natural wines at very reasonable prices. And two incredibly welcoming hosts dedicated to a truly engaging and wonderful dining experience.

04/07/2026: Around 4 PM today, we ordered three sandwiches (two lemongrass beef and one house), and the price wasn't the same. We ended up with three house-made sandwiches this evening. Double-check your purchase right after, like you would at some McDonald's. Perhaps the people preparing the sandwiches don't understand what the cashiers are saying when they take the orders. They certainly don't speak Vietnamese... Anyway, disappointed with the service. Too many sandwiches ruin the mass-produced experience.
