29/08/2026: This morning I arrived around 7:10 or 7:15. The service was almost ready! I wanted a sandwich, but the ones offered this morning weren't to my liking. I thought I wouldn't bother them, but they kindly offered to make me a sandwich I liked. I must say it was very good, thanks to the wonderful Sylvain who made it! ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ

31/08/2026: I've developed a taste for the flavors of this restaurant at exit 9 in Mérignac; they were as delicious as they were captivating. In any case, I'd love to go back as often as I can.

13/09/2026: It should be without stars, but that's not possible. You go in, order, eat, and then want to wash your hands (normal), so you look for the restroom. You ask the staff where it is, and the man at the counter tells you it's upstairs and requires a code. So you ask what it is, and he gives you the code. As you head for the stairs, you see a chain blocking the passage. So you approach and ask him why the access to the restroom is blocked and you can't use it freely. His response was "Shut up." I was shocked to hear this, so I asked the shift manager if it was normal for your colleague to say that to a customer. Her response was, "He didn't mean it like that." It was a tragedy for the entire team. I've never seen worse behavior. There's a constant problem with McDonald's employees in France. In other countries, there's a culture.

12/09/2026: I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the counter, but wasn't given a receipt. After 25-30 minutes, I asked where my order was. They asked for my receipt, which I hadn't received. My tray was sitting on the side, waiting. I touched the wraps and told the manager they were cold. She told me they were meant to be eaten cold anyway and left. So, is it normal for the chicken in the wrap to be cold??? Fast food, 30-minute wait and still not served... Manager: Zero!

14/09/2026: The box is supposed to contain chicken delights, chicken chunks, and nuggets, but apparently they decided to put only nuggets in it, even though that's not what it says on the box or the receipt... Honestly, this place is getting worse and worse, and it's the same thing every time... The last time I went was six months ago, and it was already a mess, but this is the last time. There were two cars waiting, and there were only four of us in the car, and they couldn't even take an order properly. I advise you to go somewhere else if you don't want to be disappointed. Just so you know.

04/09/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats, and when we opened the order, our burgers and fries were squashed because there were three Happy Meals on top. When I called to complain, they brushed me off, saying, "A Happy Meal weighs 100 grams," so I must be lying? It's infuriating how they can't be expected to learn from their mistakes, and the young man on the phone was incredibly rude. They just can't seem to learn from their mistakes.

28/09/2026: It's a shame this McDonald's doesn't have convenient opening hours. The restaurant opens at 10 a.m., while many people start work early and would appreciate being able to grab a coffee or breakfast before heading to work. An earlier opening would be much appreciated.

27/09/2026: I came on a Sunday around 1 p.m., and it's without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order. When it arrived, the tray was simply disgusting, covered in crumbs and stains. But the worst part was the organization and attitude of the service: - Particularly unfriendly staff who sighed as soon as we dared to ask for anything. - Mistakes and omissions in the order (especially the sauces). When my partner went to the counter, the server ordered the wrong sauce and categorically refused to take it back, demanding that we pay again for the sauces that were included in our meals! I had to get up myself to get the problem fixed. We wasted 10 minutes because of their mistake. Then it happened again: the toys from the children's menus were missing, as well as the manga from the current offer, which we had paid extra for. Back at the counter, no one acknowledged us, even though we weren't the only disgruntled customers waiting. Disheartened, we finally gave up and went back to our seats. To top it all off, the state of the dining area was unacceptable: the floor was soaked (as if a bucket of water had been spilled) and the bins were overflowing. It was extremely filthy. An establishment to absolutely avoid.

21/03/2026: An incredible end-of-season day with magnificent weather. The fire pit was amazing, far from overpriced for a resort, but absolutely delicious. Hats off to the cooks!

21/03/2026: The restaurant service needs to improve a lot. Since honhabagafat TRYO has nothing to do with the excellent service it had years ago.

09/09/2026: I just left the drive-thru at this McDonald's, and frankly, I had an exceptional experience with the employee. She was incredibly pleasant while taking my order; it's so nice to encounter such friendly people.

07/09/2026: I picked up my click and collect order, which was very poorly indicated in the parking lot. After 25 minutes, maybe more, and trying to call them four times, I finally went to the store. A very nice young woman answered, unlike her colleague, who was completely unfriendly, always on her phone and doing nothing. She was even rude to her colleague because she changed my fries since they were cold. Absolutely useless. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

18/09/2026: This McDonald's has improved a lot... a very friendly and helpful team... fairly quick table service. The portions are decent. The place is clean and well laid out.

16/09/2026: Quick and efficient, they even saved me a few euros on a Golden Menu. Fantastic, thanks again!

06/09/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give 0. We arrived on a Sunday at 4:30 PM and by 5:11 PM we still hadn't been served. The McDonald's is dirty and the employees show favoritism towards certain customers. NEVER AGAIN.

16/08/2026: Hello, Disastrous experience. We were strolling through the Feron'Arts market and wanted to eat at 1680. We waited an hour to be served, and finally, after seeing the tables around us being served and asking twice, we left to eat elsewhere. A serious lack of organization.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing, we waited over an hour only to not be served in the end. We had to change restaurants.

30/06/2026: Having been there yesterday, it was a disaster!! The manager was incredibly unpleasant, and what's more, she was assaulted, but speaking so rudely to customers and employees is unacceptable. I think she should find another job. The toilets were filthy, the burgers were cold, the ice cream was cold as soon as it was served, and she refused to remake it. In short, it was terrible.

24/06/2026: Quiet on a Monday evening, air conditioning OK in the heatwave, the iced coffee was good.
