Already when there are 3 of them the service is long but then here: 35 minutes of waiting between order taking and service, for a takeaway sandwich and what's more the order is not respected and it wasn't very good (way too much sauce and cabbage and not the bread chosen). The waiter does what he can but clearly he is not helped by his management. I won't go anymore, too bad I liked it before.

20/08/2024: To flee!!! In terms of friendliness and service, it is completely worth reviewing. I have a bagel for €7.50 and I want to pay with a €20 note. The lady with the ponytail at the counter stops me and tells me she can't give me change. Obviously I didn't have any smaller otherwise I would have done what was necessary. And there, she dares to tell me, but we never pay for something worth €7.50 with a €20 note. It was almost my fault. And his colleague who explains to me that they have a small cash register because it is a “small” store. Bagelstein is a chain store and what's more, this one is apart from God, so the "small" store is not admissible. No apology from them, this is simply intolerable. If you don't like what you do, no one is forcing you to stay. I therefore had to pay by credit card. But I should have left and left the order because it was tasteless with bread that was several days old. In short, run away.

07/01/2025: We bought 2 individual king cakes today and enjoyed them reheating in the oven with tea at home. We enjoyed it, they are well puffed up, crispy and not too sweet and above all not greasy. We are delighted with our purchase, because it is difficult to find good pancakes, and there is no bitter almond flavor which I hate, to add in the almond cream.

The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions. I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

So we decide to go to the next counter, where the crew members stare at us without reacting, while eating, right in the middle of our workplace. After another 10 minutes, a crew member finally comes to see us to tell us that the drive-thru closes at 11 p.m. Yet, they served the car right in front of us, which had arrived after 11 p.m. It's simply shameful.
