07/04/2026: I was on vacation and bought a birthday cake and two loaves of bread to make sandwiches. The cake was amazing 🙌 and the bread... I don't know if it was the route we took or the bread itself, haha, but they turned out to be some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks!

25/03/2026: Visited on March 25, 2026, treated like dirt, all because I was on the phone. If you want to be disrespected, this is the best place in Luchon.

15/07/2026: We took three baguettes with us for dinner. All three were very tasty and generously filled.

06/07/2026: At the Brioche Doré bakery, level zero, it's impossible to get a piece of bread, unlike at level 1 above, and this has happened twice. Yet there are baguettes for sale. The saleswoman replies, "It wasn't cut for me." A sad response indeed.

07/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. The hygiene is appalling, the food was full of flies. 🤮 The service was terrible; the waiter didn't even know what I ordered and was very unpleasant. Way too expensive for a sandwich, everything is extra. First and last time I'll ever set foot in this place.

12/06/2026: It's already expensive for a sandwich, at least make the effort to load up on vegetables... 2 lettuce leaves, 4 peppers, come on!

17/10/2025: The tents were basic, and since it was the end of the season, the food was limited. Clothes got damp. Drying facilities were limited to dryers, and there were no rooms. Wi-Fi was only available in the common room.

03/10/2025: We have visited every year in a campervan for more than 10 years and the campsite is consistently welcoming and good value for money. You can pick your own secluded pitch and the toilets, showers and washing up areas are clean but you need to bring your own toilet paper. Plenty of trees, red squirrels and birds. Often a large group of youngsters at the surf camp on site, but they are friendly and no trouble. The walk to the beach has been refurbished this year and it has injected a new lease of life into the area. The beach is gorgeous however, the sea is really not suitable for children with huge crashing waves, strong currents and a steep shelf.

08/04/2026: Great location for sunset. The wine was expensive for a box and not very good. Like the rest of the trendy neighborhood… students can afford to buy drinks (coffee, tea, etc.) at exorbitant prices.

26/06/2026: It starts with a good foundation, offering a diverse and varied selection of products that seem to be of good quality. However, when we went today, everything was warm. There was no freshness whatsoever. Customers were complaining about the drinks not being cold. The waitresses seemed completely overwhelmed, with only 10 customers in the dining room at noon, to the point that they couldn't even manage to put lids on the drinks. The icing on the cake: "We can't make you any hot drinks, it's too busy!" Unheard of!! The iced coffees weren't cold at all; we had to ask for ice cubes and put them back in the freezer when we arrived. The salads weren't fresh either. Overall, a rather disappointing first visit!

02/06/2026: For me, that's it. Two expired products in about a month. No staff to serve. It feels like the franchise has been abandoned.

27/07/2026: Excellent welcome, fast and generous service (both on the plate and in the sandwich). I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: He inflates the bill. A 25-minute wait for a croque monsieur? You really need to rethink your approach. The atmosphere is awful, and on top of that, he forgot my order four times. If the manager reads this review, please give me the menu next time because the prices seem excessive. "Ciao Ciao," as the gentleman who served us so politely said. Have a wonderful evening, and I can't wait for closing time! ❤️

22/07/2026: My friend and I went for a drink on Saturday night. We were warmly welcomed by a young man who was serving us right at the entrance of the bar, under the covered tables. We'd been to this bar before, and this time it was managed by a man who's often outside wearing a cap and is very friendly. Unfortunately, on Saturday night, after the young man had served us, a woman (who I think might be the owner or the person in charge that evening) started getting angry and yelling at another waiter. A few minutes later, I turned around because I heard shouting, and to my surprise, I saw her berating the young man who had been serving us in front of all the customers on the terrace. I was very shocked, especially since she was boasting to other customers a few minutes later that she had been in the business for 25 years. Having worked for three years myself, it seems logical to me that even if an employee makes a mistake, it's not acceptable to shout. Or, to berate someone in front of everyone like that, this young man really upset me and ruined my evening. I'm giving 3 stars for service only because of the young man who served us that night. We'll come back when she's not there, or even better, never again.

31/05/2026: I've been eating there for years and everything was fine until now. But this was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The meat was disgusting. I couldn't finish it.

03/08/2026: Very friendly welcome but a few oversights, no fork, no napkins, 1 nugget missing from the pack of 6, no more Spiderman children's toys and no more deluxe sauce.

02/08/2026: Arrived at 10:57 am, you're practically thrown out because they don't open until 11 am. The staff is very unpleasant.
