06/07/2026: Very disappointed, the prices are wrong. The kebab was advertised as €7, but I paid €9 more for the children's menu, which only included nuggets, no fries, and no dessert! I wouldn't call that a Manu, and it's expensive for what it is. Avoid it! Plus, the staff weren't friendly.

01/07/2026: As a delivery driver, they ask us to wait outside. At 3000 deliveries, it's the first time I've been asked to do this. The wait is excessive, especially since Uber Eats orders have priority. We went there and ate way too many fries, and the first taco we ordered didn't have lettuce, just tomato and onion. Three-quarters of the order was automatically filled with onions. The music was very loud, and it was difficult to order from the woman. Plus, there was no card reader. Frankly, I don't recommend it.

08/11/2025: Review (November 8, 2025) We were passing through Luxembourg and stopped in France to eat at this establishment. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff completely lacked courtesy and humanity—especially one woman with a bob haircut who was very rude and unpleasant. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We do not recommend this place, nor do we support it in any way.

04/10/2025: Impossible to get to Subway, most of the time it's already closed before 9pm, unacceptable for a Saturday night.

03/05/2026: I'm totally going to comment, the gentleman was ADORABLE! I called him last night (a Saturday night) to ask for two Mario figurines because they were the last two I needed, and he gave them to me for free. He was so incredibly kind. Anyway, a huge thank you to the gentleman, and here's my collection :))

02/05/2026: Since the previous manager, Christophe, took over, this McDonald's has been falling apart. Orders are forgotten, and sometimes even orders are taken from other people. The worst part is, two days ago, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes because only two cars were allowed through due to a fight between two crew members. It's unacceptable; they really need to rethink things and hire competent people. I can't wait for Emma to come back as manager and bring order back to this wreck.

04/07/2026: Went to McDonald's tonight for sundaes for the kids, so €4.10 each for a tub that wasn't even half full and without peanuts. We went to the till to ask if it was normal for the tubs to be less than half full. The cashier coldly replied that it was the new regulation and that she couldn't do anything about it. I understand that, but to practically yell at the customer like that... 🙄 So, in addition to the exorbitant prices, we got half the quantity as before and the staff was incredibly unpleasant. The manager asked for more sundaes, but the cashier didn't like it and practically threw them at us, yelling, "Yeah, it's not the employees' fault, is it?" And they were still just as empty! 🤣🤣🤣 Never again McDonald's! Long live Quick!!!

04/07/2026: €4.10 for a half-full caramel sundae!!!! And if you don't ask for peanuts, you don't get any! It's a disgrace. Don't even bother complaining, you'll get yelled at!!!!!

22/07/2026: Quick is empty. I order a "Spicy Chicken" sandwich, which arrives rock hard. I ask for another one. The employee literally throws the first one in the trash and makes me a sandwich even worse than the last. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, it's shameful!!

14/07/2026: Today, I went to the Quick drive-thru and the experience was very disappointing. The person who took my order was clearly jaded, making no effort, showing no consideration. When I got to the register, still no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I handed over my loyalty card, and the condescending response was: "You should have said so earlier." I paid, left… and discovered on the receipt that my card hadn't even been validated. The receipt indicated that I could have earned 270 points, but the employee did nothing. This kind of behavior is very problematic: - total lack of respect - unpleasant tone - lack of politeness - disregard for customer loyalty It feels like the employee is king and the customer doesn't matter at all. This isn't normal, and it's unacceptable for a chain like Quick. I won't be going back.

14/07/2026: Disgusted. I usually shop at their competitor, but I won't be making that mistake again. The order arrived incomplete (more than three items were missing). I called, and they told me the order was weighed before leaving and that there was only a "10g" difference... as if to say either I'm lying or the delivery driver helped himself! Except the package was properly sealed, and the driver was very pleasant and professional. And what's the point of missing three potatoes, sauces, and a toy? I just wanted my daughter to eat, not a refund that's impossible to claim since the help section on the app only suggests blaming the driver, not the restaurant. It's a disgrace. In short, I won't be going back.

23/07/2026: The welcome was very cold. The manager was unfriendly and made no effort whatsoever. He was so self-assured that if you had a comment, he became extremely defensive. It's a shame; he didn't make me want to return. The staff, on the other hand, were quite accommodating and very polite. See where the problem lies?
