31/08/2026: Tasted the same as in America. The fries weren't hot, which is always dissapointing, and the fish sandwich was tiny. It's been a couple of years since I ate at McDonald's in the States, but I'm fairly certain the sandwich was bigger than the one in Paris.

24/08/2026: A very bad experience at the McDonald's in Bastille. We arrived at 1:45 a.m., 15 minutes before the advertised closing time of 2:00 a.m., simply to place a takeout order. However, the security guard categorically refused us entry, stating that the restaurant was closed. We insisted, explaining that it wasn't yet 2:00 a.m. and that we simply wanted to order takeout. Restaurant staff even came to speak with us, but despite our explanations, no one would let us in or take our order. I can understand a restaurant preparing to close a few minutes before the scheduled time, but in this case, they should clearly indicate a cut-off time for taking orders that is different from the closing time. Displaying a 2:00 a.m. closing time and then refusing customers at 1:45 a.m. without offering any alternative is particularly frustrating and gives the impression that the posted hours are simply not being respected. Beyond the refusal itself, it was primarily the lack of attention and consideration given to our request that disappointed us. I hope management will take this feedback into account so that the hours advertised to customers accurately reflect the hours during which orders can be placed.

23/08/2025: The setting is very nice, but it's a shame not to have truly sparkling water due to the expired date on the bottle (the same problem with the date and carbonation occurred after it was replaced).

22/08/2025: Fantastic, having a cocktail on a shaded terrace with our feet in the water, a first for us 😉🥰

30/11/2025: The lounge bar of my student days...1977/1982...it was the place to be in the Plum district for night owls...cocktails, mega ice creams, club atmosphere...it's sad that this nightclub is closing soon.

19/10/2025: Extremely disappointing! We were at a student event between two cities, an event we'd been planning for a long time with the bar, and on the day, they didn't open the dance floor in the basement (and there wasn't enough room for everyone). Each time, they told us they'd open it soon, but in the end, it wasn't even open at the scheduled time (they opened around 12:40 AM instead of midnight). Eventually, the students got fed up and left the event. This is a complete lack of customer service and respect.

28/07/2026: The tobacco shop is closed, even though online it says it's open until 3:30 PM. It's exactly 2:15 PM, the place is closed, and there are no signs.

18/04/2026: A complete disaster: the owner is about as friendly as a prison guard, the place is filthy, and the customers stare at you like a wolf eyeing a piece of meat. And to top it all off, they barely stock any tobacco/cigarettes, etc... Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other places where the owners actually want to work with a smile and in a clean environment.

24/06/2026: I'm happy to commend the restaurant for its food (although the fries weren't anything special). However, I must emphasize the poor quality of service. It was extremely frustrating to have to ask for the same things four, five, or even six times, despite having placed all our drink and food orders at once.

05/09/2026: Good, but a bit more expensive than elsewhere, which is a real shame. I still go there despite the proximity, but it remains expensive compared to Brive.

18/09/2026: The burgers I ordered were surprisingly good. Again, I ordered at the multilingual terminal, but instead of seeing the order number when it was ready, the number was announced in French.

13/09/2026: Order placed at 3:09 PM, received at 3:25 PM. There was a person waiting...horrible, death-defying hamburgers with meter-long pieces of lettuce inside...when they weren't empty...€35 to eat in 10 minutes...terrible service...even worse decor...and the toilets, I'll let you imagine...a totally shameful experience

23/09/2026: Modern! At 68, I discovered the McDonald's in Caussade one Sunday evening. I really liked it; the staff were attentive and friendly. The service seemed quick and efficient. The electronic ordering panels where you can choose your meal and pay are a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.

20/09/2026: Not many people and yet slow service, no napkins, children's choice regarding the toy or book offered with their happy meal menus is not respected, forced to ask for spoons and roasted peanuts with our sundae.

26/07/2026: Very disappointing. We ordered an Adana kebab, but the dish served bore no resemblance to a real Adana kebab. The taste, the spices, and the cooking were all off. We were expecting an authentic Turkish specialty, but we were very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a true Adana kebab.

13/06/2026: Restaurant located on the quayside, the only slight drawback is the nearby road being a bit noisy. The welcome is very friendly, the portions are generous, with delicious Turkish specialties, and the service is quick and efficient. Enjoy your meal! 😋

17/09/2026: It's all well and good to say it's open online, but when I call repeatedly, no one answers. When you walk by, it's open. Seeing the comments, I wonder if you're trying to get the place shut down. In short, I won't even be going back.

16/09/2026: NEW BACK-TO-SCHOOL OFFER: IF WE ORDER BY PHONE, ONE FREE DRINK. After several attempts to call and place an order, there was no answer. When I went there in person, I asked the waiter, who replied that he was having phone problems and wasn't aware of the offer because his boss was handling it. I suspect it was him... the boss...
