23/03/2026: It used to be good, but that was then… The aperitif was served after the main courses! You have to ask for the bread and the carafe of water because they don't come automatically, even though they say they'll bring it to you… It's a shame.

20/09/2026: Catastrophic! I've already been waiting for over 20 minutes (a man came to complain; he'd been waiting for over half an hour). I get my order, cold fries. I ask someone to change them, "Ma'am, you have to go to the counter," but I'm already at the counter! 🤣 I ask someone else, "Oh, put them there on the counter" (along with the other cold fries returned by other customers 🤣), but nobody gives me any more. It's a joke! I call yet another person, and finally, fries! Okay, no salt, we'll manage. I wasn't about to burden them by begging for salt. They couldn't care less. I worked for years in a McDonald's, and we ran during the rush... here, they couldn't care less... I think there's no manager... or maybe he's just like them.

20/09/2026: When receiving your exact order becomes the exception, there's definitely a problem. Friendliness is inconsistent, sandwiches are crammed together (surely to save space), and orders are almost always wrong (don't bother choosing your sauces, this place has switched to random selection). In short, when will we get a Burger King in Obernai?

29/07/2026: Do not go there under any circumstances. Spoiled meat, suspicion of dogs or other animals, health inspectors have already inspected the property, no air conditioning, horribly ill for a month.

26/06/2026: It starts with a good foundation, offering a diverse and varied selection of products that seem to be of good quality. However, when we went today, everything was warm. There was no freshness whatsoever. Customers were complaining about the drinks not being cold. The waitresses seemed completely overwhelmed, with only 10 customers in the dining room at noon, to the point that they couldn't even manage to put lids on the drinks. The icing on the cake: "We can't make you any hot drinks, it's too busy!" Unheard of!! The iced coffees weren't cold at all; we had to ask for ice cubes and put them back in the freezer when we arrived. The salads weren't fresh either. Overall, a rather disappointing first visit!

02/06/2026: For me, that's it. Two expired products in about a month. No staff to serve. It feels like the franchise has been abandoned.

17/09/2026: The staff were very pleasant! The waiting time was far too long due to understaffing; they need more people, please recruit some young students!

15/09/2026: Hello, the restaurant is dirty and has no respect for the customer. I waited 10 minutes in front of the till before they gave me my ice cream. I do not recommend it.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing. We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person. This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment. The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.

30/08/2026: NO MORE BEEF!!! What a disgrace, such poor order management. What's McDonald's without a Big Mac, without a 280, without a Big Tasty?! We get to the order kiosk and there's only chicken and fish left. Is this KFC or what? 😂

15/09/2026: So at 3:28 PM I went to McDonald's for a cup of ice. I was shocked; they asked me for €3.30 in 34-degree weather. I was shocked.

14/09/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's. I waited almost 30 minutes at the drive-thru even though there was only one car ahead of me, which is far too long. The person who greeted me at the drive-thru, Dounia, was also very unpleasant, using very informal language and a completely unprofessional attitude. I was very disappointed with the welcome and the service, and I do not recommend it.

13/09/2026: Very poorly received! The security guard gave an unpleasant and suspicious welcome to even the establishment's customers… Very mediocre

10/09/2026: So, not a very good experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate banana cake. So, how did they serve it? There wasn't actually a tray. They gave it to me in a bag, with some papers, or the cappuccino in a cup. So, I ate my cake like I was at the Gare du Nord train station, without a tray or spoon. Besides, like I said, it was for eating in. Yes, I saw that my order was for eating in. I went to ask the woman why they were serving me like that because I ordered for eating in, not to go. He told me, "Come on, we're going to close." Except I had to ask what time they close, and they confirmed 9 PM. And the woman told me they were going to close soon. Then there was another employee, I think it was the manager. He told me that the cutting board wasn't working. 😒 What really annoyed me was that other people who had ordered the same thing at the same table... He's going, they gave out trays, oh yes, and spoons and whatnot. I went to see him, I told him I don't like his service! No, but honestly, like with the others, Yuna and the others, there's no problem 😉 so that's how it works 👌🏻 and there you go

26/09/2026: Vinny is incredible; he does a truly fantastic job and is incredibly dedicated. He goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable, taking great care of his clients and ensuring excellent service. A huge thank you to him for such a great job! It's so nice to receive so much attention and warmth.

26/09/2026: I've eaten at this bakery several times. I've never had a bad experience and the food has always been good. I'll gladly go back 😁

13/09/2026: A 40-minute wait for a Drive order is simply unacceptable.

11/09/2026: Passing through, frankly, the fries in the entrance were filthy, the service was slow, and they only brought half their order. Other people waited 30 minutes and still forgot items in their orders. Avoid at all costs.

16/09/2026: I came just for the milkshake coffee, but it was more like a melted slushie than anything else. Many tables were dirty even though there were hardly any people there (6 pm).

11/09/2026: The bins aren't emptied right at the entrance, it makes you want to go inside.
