13/09/2026: The service was appalling, provided by the lady with a braid. No greeting, no polite words; she treated us like cattle. The sandwich was bone dry, and I'm still looking for the spread in the doughnut. Be careful where you sit to eat; the place is dirty.

09/09/2026: In addition to a "brioche" sandwich that was so dry it was almost unbearable, the extremely unpleasant welcome will kill your appetite; the saleswoman (the oldest one) was disdainful and unfriendly, with no politeness whatsoever.

08/09/2026: When you see "open until 6 pm," you naturally assume the kitchen is open all day. At 3 pm, we were sent from one terrace to the next. They seemed to be about to close. On the other terrace, we were told point-blank that they only had waffle sides left. Therefore, we're only giving one star, as we couldn't enjoy anything. The restaurant should display its opening hours more clearly so that people at least know when they can come for a meal.

06/09/2026: Very cramped seating, but we were only there for drinks. Service was quick, the atmosphere on the terrace was okay...

27/09/2026: Never again. We arrived at McDonald's, there was no one there, we ordered two simple meals, veggie nuggets, and a wrap. They called us over, we picked up our order, started to leave, then checked: five burgers that weren't ours. Out of politeness, we went back to tell them, they apologized and took our order to give to the man who was waiting. They then called our order again: a wrap and veggie nuggets. We picked up our order and left, and to our surprise, we got chicken nuggets. We can't blame them for being rushed or anything since we were the only ones in the McDonald's. This isn't the first time we've had this kind of problem at this restaurant…

15/09/2026: I've been here several times. The first time, a heavyset woman came up to me and my friends and said in an arrogant and sour tone, "It's one order per person. If you order, you're leaving," knowing that the McDonald's was empty. Today I came back, and this same woman came up to me and said, "When everyone's getting takeout, we don't eat in," in the same arrogant and sour tone. I had eaten in to reduce waste and pollution. I got takeout once. She handed me the bag, I took it, and then she wiped her hand as if to say I was dirty (I'm Black). I love coming here, but this woman is ruining my mood.

06/09/2026: I had lunch at this McDonald's on a Saturday. The fries were barely cooked, there were no sauces even though I paid for them, and no napkins either. But that's nothing compared to the cleanliness. The floor was filthy, it looked like it had been cleaned with oil. Extremely slippery, it was dangerous. There were greasy mop marks all over the place. The tables were also very dirty, and the dishes were even worse. Avoid this place!

04/09/2026: Disappointing, no more wraps, no more nuggets, I won't go back now. Not to mention that gluten-free options are still unavailable, while in Spain they are! You guys are way ahead of the curve!

05/09/2026: We placed our order at the kiosks, but one of our meals (sandwich, fries, and a drink) was missing, as well as a straw for a children's meal. I'm very dissatisfied. It's time to be more thorough and meticulous in your work and check that everything is complete.

05/09/2026: The restaurant was dirty, especially the toilets. The loyalty card didn't work at the kiosk (as usual). The staff were friendly, thankfully.

24/09/2026: If you're too hot, you've come to the right place; here we serve cold food.

20/09/2026: This isn't about the service itself, but about the disposal of used oil dumped directly into the sewers in front of the drive-thru. I'm going to report it, but I prefer to mention it here in the hope that it will be corrected as soon as possible.

A huge thank you to Sacha, Océane, Hanna, Théo, Thuan, and the whole team (I don't know the other three guys' names, sorry!), but in any case, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you for everything!!!! 02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire. My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee. A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard. The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case. And he had. Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen... Especially since the products are quite expensive... And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.

13/07/2026: Putting hot items on top of very cold ones in the same bag. Bring your own bag to carry it.

12/07/2026: Excellent McDonald's! I've been to many in France, and this one is very high quality. It's fresh, the service is fast, and the food is hot, unlike most. They also play Lolita music—a very good selection. There's a TV, and they use plastic forks instead of the annoying wooden skewers. It's well located. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2026: I don't usually leave such a negative review, but I have to say it's necessary this time! This restaurant is going downhill fast! The floor is sticky, and the tables and chairs are the same. Only half the vending machines are working. I had a direct view into the kitchen, and the fry-cooking area definitely needs a health inspection because it's absolutely disgusting! I ordered the Maxi Best Of 280 meal deal, and there was another disappointment: the fries were smaller than usual, as were my wife's cheddar fries—we were still looking for the cheddar! The hamburger bun was practically dry, and the overall quality has declined. Not to mention the slow service! In short, there's no one at the helm. This is the last time I'll ever set foot in this place. It's nowhere near the quality it used to be.
