26/04/2026: We came in today for drinks with friends. The waiter arrived and dropped the tray of drinks onto my friend's sweater, and a glass landed on the floor. The waiter then placed the dirty glass from the floor back on our table so we could drink from it. We told the waitress that the sweater was stained with Coke, but she responded arrogantly and didn't believe us. They then went to wash it in the dirty bar sink? Having worked in a bar myself, I find this quite inappropriate and unprofessional. To top it all off, after asking for another glass, which arrived still dirty, they said, "With apologies, €17.50, have a nice day." Even the young waitress seemed embarrassed by the rather unpleasant situation.

13/09/2026: An interminable wait at the drive-thru, even though there were only two cars on a Sunday and the interior was practically empty. Avoid at all costs.

13/09/2026: Extremely slow service (almost a 45-minute wait). Overflowing outdoor bins. Prices are exorbitant and the quality is mediocre at best. It's time to do something!

04/09/2026: I have to disagree with other comments regarding this hotel. Yesterday when we were waiting for check-in I started browsing comments here and I got really stressed out that it will be horrible night. I would NEVER sleep in bed with bedbugs, I hate mold etc. Apart from waiting 20+ minutes for check-in I must admit this hotel is nothing as presented in comments - the rooms are clean, sheets are very clean, bathroom has no mold, everything is actually very nice and tidy. Of course the rooms are small and you can hear airplanes but this is budget hotel next to airport, what would you expect? 4,5 stars and would recommend. The only disadvantage was waiting for check-in

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

09/08/2026: We went to pick up an order and when we got home we realized a panini was missing. We called them and guess what? They told us it would take 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, lol. Like they're not making any effort at all. And on top of that, they kept asking my wife if she was sure the panini was there, like we'd lie for a panini, lol. Now it's 9:42 PM and the delivery still hasn't arrived, even though we called at 7:45 PM. Great evening, then.

05/08/2026: A dry kebab, missing sauces (which I specified as extra when ordering), meat with peppers that wasn't great, cold service (I felt like I was bothering them when I ordered), no feta cheese (which I requested), cold fries, and a rude owner. Don't tell me it was too busy; the kebab was ready in 5 minutes flat and there was no one else around. €15 for 3 extras, 2 of which weren't even there (feta and sauces), is outrageous. Prices are getting higher and higher for increasingly poor quality. I hope the owner changes, and VERY, VERY soon!!!

05/09/2026: Too expensive, a regular restaurant is cheaper. McDonald's has become a luxury, especially considering they apparently don't pay taxes in France.

09/09/2026: Incomprehensible: The Disneyland app and Google Maps indicate a closing time of 6:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM and were told it was already closed. This is illogical, especially at snack time. Please update your hours.

20/08/2026: A chic tea room. Delicious pastries and drinks. Sometimes there's a long wait to get in, but it's worth it.

31/08/2026: McDonald's in Argentan, very good, warm welcome, and the quality-price ratio is excellent. I ate there with my son.

30/08/2026: We were surprised to see that the ice cream on the €5 menu had shrunk considerably… Disappointing service, orders NEVER correct. There are always missing items, forgotten sauces, upside-down sandwiches, fries barely half full, etc…

27/08/2026: The ice cream was truly tasteless for the price… the Kinder ice cream tasted like nothing, the white chocolate tasted like marshmallows, and the speculoos was bad. It's a shame because the location is great and the service is fast. A simple change of ice cream supplier would make a big difference.

25/08/2026: The ice cream is supposedly homemade but has no taste, and the waffles aren't good either. For the price, it's a rip-off.

09/08/2026: What's with this McDonald's, almost three-quarters full, just to get a coffee? It's outrageous!

16/09/2026: Order placed via the McDo Plus app, delivered by Uber Eats. The bag arrived completely open; the delivery driver himself told me this often happens with this restaurant. An Uber Eats agent confirmed in writing that I would be reimbursed. Two days later, the refund was refused, and I haven't received anything since. I've called several times, gone to the restaurant in person, spoken to the manager, and then to the director: no one could or would resolve the issue (they were nice but unhelpful). More than two weeks later, still no solution. Neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats are taking responsibility. This is deplorable. Do not use McDo Plus with the Gisors McDonald's. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them through the app.

12/09/2026: I ordered the new McDonald's deal three times, but each time I ordered two caramel sundaes and one plain one. The waitress, Emilie, gave me three caramel sundaes! I'm outraged by this because my friend loves caramel and I'm allergic. Of course, I'm not complaining because I don't have time; I have to work. Good night to everyone except Emilie.

19/05/2026: Honestly surprised by this McDonald's. The burgers were piping hot, the fries were super crispy and well-seasoned, and the Coke was ice cold. Fast service despite it being lunchtime, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Special mention for the fries, which were definitely better than at many other McDonald's. Simple, efficient, and very good for a fast-food restaurant 👍

14/07/2026: Very well located, we didn't initially intend to stop but needed to use the restroom and there are no public restrooms in Ajaccio. The waitress was awful, the prices very high, but we're tourists... Avoid the restrooms at all costs; there's only one, and it's filthy, as if 300 people had used it.
