09/09/2026: I wanted to order inside on September 9th, 2026 at 11:09 PM, and I was told that the dining room was closed for takeout at that time. The app indicated that the dining room closes at midnight with a half-hour wait. As a result, my order was cold, the wrong order, and some items were missing.

06/09/2026: Very bad experience, such a long wait that the food is served almost cold, the dispensers don't work properly, McDonald's to be avoided at all costs!!!!!!

24/08/2026: This menu will rip you off on Deliveroo. I ordered the meals thinking I'd get fries, but none of them included fries, so I ended up with four sandwiches without fries, just drinks... The meat was undercooked; my kids' chicken sandwiches were very undercooked... According to other people, it's a good thing there weren't any fries... The phone staff were rude, like they were talking to a friend... In short, avoid them!

12/08/2026: Actually, it's what I call a kebab game of Russian roulette. You have absolutely no guarantee about what you're about to eat. It's for our daredevils who aren't easily intimidated (you have to brave the five recent 1/5 reviews complaining about "pigeon meat" and "undercooked fat") and take the plunge. Personally: the fries were nothing special (they did the job perfectly), the naan was generously topped with cheese (which is becoming increasingly rare), the tenders were okay, but not great. It was a good time, honestly 👍 I won't ask where the curry sauce came from, but you have to be willing to take a risk. Kisses

15/09/2026: The disabled toilet bowl was very dirty, requiring cleaning before use, and the floor was extremely slippery – water or urine?

06/09/2026: We arrived at 3:05 PM, admittedly during off-peak hours, and were followed a few minutes later by five other vehicles. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing the other vehicles served before us, we asked for a refund, even though we hadn't ordered anything unusual. There was no explanation, and the refund was in very small change, of course. The feeling is that the customer is not respected here.

02/09/2026: I'm a regular at this McDonald's, and unfortunately, it's not the first time the order quantities have been wrong, especially the fries, which are sometimes only half full. I usually don't complain; I could have gone back to the counter ten times already, but today it was really outrageous: a caramel sundae that was only half full. I pointed it out, and they said they'd add more... but the person just pretended to refill it before handing me almost the same cup. Apparently, I'm not the only one disappointed, since the Google rating is around 3/5. A shame for a regular customer.

09/09/2026: We came as a couple, the welcome was warm and the salesperson very pleasant. We each paid less than €10 for a pastry and a Belgian chocolate. We will gladly return.

29/07/2026: We came to this café and were treated disgracefully. While someone in our group was simply washing their hands, the owner yelled at us. We immediately agreed to order first, but then he started hissing at us like we were dogs before throwing us out in front of all the other customers. The owner's behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unbecoming of a business owner. We left for another café where we were finally greeted politely. I strongly advise against this establishment.

28/08/2026: A €40 bill and a meal surrounded by a dozen flies because I ate arugula with vinaigrette instead of the salmon and guacamole salad I was expecting. Afterwards, I asked if they served almond milk or anything else, as I'm lactose intolerant, and the owner and his friend laughed at me, saying we were in the Cantal region and only cows produce milk. Which is funny, because in the Italian ice cream my sweetheart ordered, the milk seemed completely absent; it was more like a granita than anything else, with a flavor of artificial flavoring. It's a shame to ruin everything when you have such a beautiful setting. Just goes to show, you can't judge a book by its cover.

08/08/2026: I'm writing this review primarily to thank Momo and his entire team. They were professional throughout. I arrived during the rush; they had a huge number of orders to prepare, but they remained calm and focused, trying to minimize the wait time for customers. I want to emphasize Momo's professionalism once again. I will be back.

26/09/2026: Dining room hours until 11:00 PM and drive-thru until 1:00 AM on Saturdays. We arrived at 10:39 PM to order a sundae and two McFlurries, but the self-service kiosks were closed. A staff member informed us that the dining room was closed and that we had to use the drive-thru. No more dine-in service on a Saturday night at 10:39 PM. Absolutely ridiculous!

25/09/2026: Unfortunately, it's all negative! Between orders that are always missing something and the unacceptable behavior of the staff (especially the tall, mustachioed young man who was there on Friday, September 25th), we prefer to go to Burger King, like many people from Mennecy and the surrounding area. It's sad to hire such insulting staff.

16/09/2026: I'm a regular at McDonald's, both in France and abroad, but here everything I've eaten has tasted different, even neutral and tasteless; surprisingly, it wasn't good!

16/09/2026: For the price of the meal, I think the fries should be properly filled; there are fewer than in a Happy Meal, and it's always the same at the drive-thru.

10/09/2026: The restaurant is absolutely spotless; you can tell a real spring cleaning is underway, and it's lovely to see. Even the manager, the owner, is pitching in with the team. Honestly, what a great example of leadership and dedication! 👏

27/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. When we arrived, all the self-service kiosks were malfunctioning, which already made ordering difficult. Furthermore, it was impossible to order a Maxi Best Of Meal, which apparently wasn't available. But the most unacceptable thing was what happened during the meal service: an employee dropped a tote bag directly on my head. She barely apologized before going back into the kitchen, without even checking if I was alright. I found this reaction particularly inappropriate and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs!

23/09/2026: We placed our order at the drive-thru and waited 19 minutes for a Big Mac meal, which is unusual. Meanwhile, inside, four employees were laughing and didn't seem to be working, knowing they had no customers inside.

14/09/2026: It's not at all my habit to give a bad rating on Google; my goal is usually to support an establishment rather than penalize it. But in this case, you deserve, to my great regret, this one star because it's in your hands to keep your establishment clean. On the terrace, you have rats roaming freely "as if they own the place," and I do mean rats, not mice! Cleanliness is clearly not your priority. Your bins are always overflowing. The tables are always sticky; we constantly have to remind you to come and clean them before you actually do it. And the toilets? Don't even get me started. The play area is even worse! I sincerely hope you take Google reviews into account for your establishment. Please make an effort...

13/09/2026: I ordered a Veggie McWrap and it had two pieces of bacon in it. Unacceptable! It's not just a craving for veggie, I'm a VEGETARIAN. Luckily I noticed, but if an allergen had been left in, I would have ended up in the emergency room.

13/09/2026: Well located, friendly staff. Clean toilets. The dining area was only moderately clean, but that's the fault of the clientele.

28/04/2026: I arrived at 9 a.m. today, and the saleswoman was very unpleasant. She barely said hello or goodbye. Not very helpful. We will not be returning.
