04/09/2026: Several mishaps at this McDonald's, so I've finally motivated myself to leave a review… I arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes ago: I went to the kiosk and… waited 25 minutes before I could even place my order! Of course, I couldn't leave because there were people behind me. At the other end of the intercom, the "professional" apparently only knew how to say one thing: "Please wait"… then "Please wait." I finally managed to order after 29 minutes, and I left with my dinner after about 40 minutes of waiting. What an ordeal! I can understand that it's busy and that the service is difficult to manage, but in this case, communicate with the customers, be polite, and above all, warn them when there's a significant delay. That's really the bare minimum to make the wait a little more acceptable. Thank you!

07/06/2026: Extremely disappointed with this order. In just two years, the quality seems to have dropped considerably. The pizza was far from what was advertised: very sparsely topped, with the impression of a rushed product. I ordered a thick crust and received a thin one, which is already a significant mistake for such a fundamental element of the order. As for the spicy chicken, this was probably the biggest disappointment. Not only was it not spicy at all, but it was also excessively greasy. It felt more like eating oil than seasoned chicken. The lack of flavor and the quality of preparation left much to be desired. In the end, despite the price paid, the portions and the quality were not up to par. I was left wanting more and it's nowhere near the level I've experienced before. A very disappointing experience that unfortunately makes me not want to recommend this establishment or return, with service that doesn't live up to expectations...

Tonight, I ordered another meal a little before the end of the available order period, but the assigned delivery drivers turned back every time they came. And once, after contacting the restaurant owner, he brushed me off with utter disrespect! I understand the fatigue and that anyone working in the restaurant industry is on edge because of the customers, but WHY be so mean and dismissive when I'm being polite and kind? I quote, "You deal with it, I have a life." In short, don't waste your time or money; other restaurants know how to treat customers properly, which is to say, WITH RESPECT.
