03/11/2025: We found this restaurant quite by chance. You can't really see it from the outside. It's a very pleasant place, well laid out. The food is good, the prices are quite reasonable, and the service is good.

23/11/2025: The first time I went, it was quite nice. The second time, there was nobody there, not a single customer, and they told me, "I don't have time to serve you, I have other customers waiting, or you'll have to wait an hour." Listen, I'm delighted for this little snack bar and its great success and increased business.

21/02/2026: Another bad experience, three times in three weeks. Whether it's 20 or 9 nuggets, something is always missing. And the worst part is that today, when I called to point out the missing items and that we're paying for a service, they made us out to be liars because it's supposedly now controlled by machines. To that, I replied, "Look at the cameras instead of making your customers out to be liars." The customer service needs improvement. I'm not going to beg every time or drive back for 9 or 20 nuggets. You have cameras, check it out. And it's not, as you say, "spying" on your staff, but rather ensuring a quality service that the customer pays for.

20/02/2026: The McDonald's is well located and relatively clean compared to other McDonald's we often visit. However, they need to improve their customer service, even for foreign tourists; be warm, welcoming… less rushed. The fries were very cold: they were recycled. Soggy. Completely soaked in oil. A shame. The burgers were okay. It was just a quick bite halfway through my trip.

01/03/2026: An unforgettable stay 🤓 The staff were incredibly pleasant, a huge thank you to Maxime, a truly wonderful person, very helpful in every way. The restaurant was excellent, with staff who were always attentive, friendly, and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the spa and the pool, a moment of relaxation and tranquility. The hotel was very clean and the setting exceptional. Thank you again to Maxime for his cheerfulness, his smile, and his excellent service. I give this entire stay a 30/20 😉

31/03/2026: Waiting 35 minutes for 5 meals, only to end up with drinks... because, and I quote, "oops, we forgot." A veggie wrap... that was chicken. When you ask... "open it and you'll see..." when the only way to know would be to taste it... 3 strawberry milkshakes and 1 vanilla, but only 4 strawberry ones... they need to be more careful when preparing orders.

30/03/2026: Drive-thru, long wait, very disrespectful and incompetent colleague... NEVER AGAIN!!! The nuggets and fries were good.

17/03/2026: We came for a drink before dinner. A very warm welcome, a cozy and beautifully decorated place with delicious planter's punch – enough to keep you there for hours. The owners are very friendly. In short, we'll definitely be back, and it might even become our go-to spot for a special child-free evening.

08/02/2026: We came at lunchtime with our dog (who was very well received and even offered a bowl of water!). The service was pleasant and excellent. The meals were good and plentiful. The price reflects the quality and quantity. The decor is lovely, and the space is well laid out.

03/02/2026: We only ate pizzas, and the quality was disappointing. Although they claim to use fresh ingredients, the pizza dough seemed to be a pre-made, ready-to-top product. The parmesan shavings barely tasted like cheese, and overall, the ingredients were low quality. After this meal, I felt sick and spent the night in the bathroom. 😵🤐👎🏻👎🏻 P.S. I'm not a vegetarian, and while everyone has their own tastes, the quality of the ingredients is another matter. All the pizzas were exactly the same shape, suggesting a standardized preparation. I'm sorry if my opinion offends you, but the quality is still just average—perhaps they should revise the recipe if everything is truly homemade. In fact, I was already sick as soon as I got home (not even an hour after eating). It remains to be seen whether the "regular" customers particularly appreciate the pizzas or other dishes, since I only mentioned the pizza, not the rest! If you want to try a real, homemade Italian pizza, go to La Cicoria (the food truck) or La Basilique in Bergheim.

24/02/2026: Very tired God forgotten place with food that reminded me of post war times and where cappuccino tasted more like hot chocolate and costs 4 euros per coffee even though the price on the machine clearly states 2.60 euros. It took 5 min for someone to come out from the kitchen to serve us. Food and deco looked so uninviting that we decided to just order a coffee and leave. I would not recommend.

10/02/2026: Update from January 10, 2026: Back at this cafe and it was very, very good, simple, and inexpensive. Basic but very tasty starters. Main course: roast chicken, super delicious, with green vegetables, potatoes, and jus. Absolutely fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was a generous portion! A small chocolate mousse-style dessert, so very good. I loved it because it was well-prepared and homemade; it was absolutely delicious, well done! Original post: Great food. We had the chicken escalope with tarragon sauce, which was to die for: perfectly tender, flavorful, a delight. The vegetables were great. The welcome was incredibly kind and pleasant; we felt very comfortable. The decor is very nice. In short, a good cafe-style restaurant, but of high quality. Just a slightly smaller selection of starters and desserts, but it's not a big deal. Thank you to the owners.

04/04/2026: Great for gluten free and staff are knowledgable about coeliacs. I had the gluten free burger with chips and nachos as a starter. Wish there was still outdoor seating (we went at 5pm on a sunny April evening), but the inside is still lovely.

03/04/2026: I never put bad reviews but after my children horrible experiences I will say this please is not worth the visit avoid!!!!! Just horrible place, I spooked with the manager after the incident and he was rude, not worth the trip. Avoid!!!!!!! If you go there be aware your child can’t touch the menu at the bar( my little 7years old did and been told my the manager to not touch the plastic menu ) please avoid not worth the stress. My little one still doesn’t know what did he wrong.
