19/04/2026: I have never eaten in a McDonald's so bad, everything was frozen, the coke had no taste, the fries weren't salty, everything needs to be reviewed, and especially the toilets were very, very dirty.

16/05/2026: I could give it zero stars, and I would. I placed my order on the McDonald's app, which stated that they close at 11 PM with the last order at 10:30 PM. I placed my order at 9:50 PM, paid for it, and received a message that it was being prepared. I arrived at 10:15 PM and found the manager telling me that McDonald's had closed for 15 minutes and that there was nothing they could do for me. He explained that McDonald's closes at 10 PM, not 11 PM as indicated on the app. He suggested I notify his group manager to reschedule my order for another day. The bottom line is, it's past 10 PM, I won't be eating anything tonight, and I made a wasted trip. Clearly, remaking my order was the bare minimum. I would have expected them to offer me an additional meal as an apology, in addition to remaking the order I hadn't received. In short: empty stomach, wasted gas, and I get to wait until the next day for my order. Yay 🤐

16/05/2026: A disaster! I don't understand how they're still in business. We ordered a Big Mac with a slightly overcooked bun, maybe even reheated from the day before. We asked for an exchange and they gave us the exact same one. Avoid!

26/04/2026: This is unbelievable! Avoid at all costs! I arrived at the restaurant at 10 PM. They told me it was no longer possible to order. I had to go to the drive-thru. I said I was on a bike, and they told me I had to go to the drive-thru. I arrived at the drive-thru with my bike, and they told me they couldn't serve me. I explained that an employee had sent me to the drive-thru. They told me no, only motorized vehicles. I insisted. I waited. I went to the drive-thru to order directly: two Happy Meals. The person asked me, "What would you like?" See photo of the order. No information whatsoever regarding extras. €0.30 extra for fries. €1.20 for the small sundae! Don't offer anything extra if it's ridiculous. In the end, it cost €10.30. I won't be back, and to top it all off, the fries were cold!!

31/03/2026: Very disappointed. We went to the drive-thru on Sunday evening with my children, who were eager to get their Mario Happy Meals, and then disaster struck! Back home, the boxes weren't Mario at all, but old ones. We ordered from the chalkboard menu, and I asked for drinks without ice, but they all had ice. I also ordered a sandwich without onions, but of course it had them, so I couldn't eat. Great! And to top it all off, I gave them my loyalty account ID, but the next day I discovered they hadn't registered it. Fantastic for a €60 order! The result: disappointed children and a mom who had to cook for herself.

11/05/2026: Order arrived piping hot! The steak was overcooked and tough inside the burger, and the patty was hard. Not great McDonald's, I've had better in Chambly.

11/04/2026: Big thumbs up to Colin who handled the pressure of service really well, including the drinks we drank. However, more staff and more food in the kitchen on a Saturday night… that's debatable! It was still great though! We'll be back on a Friday to try the burgers 😂

19/05/2026: Excellent hotel in a great location. I live here and come often; I feel right at home, warmly welcomed and comfortable.

17/05/2026: A small, basic hotel, not too expensive, with parking. The rooms could use some updating, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive. The staff is welcoming. Perfectly adequate for a short stay.
