17/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We came as a group and were served quickly, with smiles and friendly service. The cocktails, pizzas, burgers, and salads were delicious and generous portions, all at very reasonable prices. The red wine was corked, but it was replaced without any problem, with apologies to boot. In short, nothing to complain about, just a highly recommended spot!

24/07/2026: The owners are very friendly, the pastries are delicious, and the atmosphere is calm! The café also has a secondhand bookstore, and the tableware is beautiful!

11/06/2026: My friend and I have been going to Madame Bovary regularly for a long time, and each time it's a very pleasant experience. The drinks and pastry menu is excellent with very reasonable prices. The service is also very pleasant; the owners are lovely. We highly recommend it!

Antoine, the owner, is lovely, welcoming, and generous. You simply feel at home there. Places with this much soul are sadly becoming increasingly rare… so we must discover them, support them, and above all, preserve them! A charming place we'll gladly return to. ❤️

06/09/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered a halloumi shawarma and a falafel, and we loved it! One of the best shawarma I've ever had, and it's one of my favorite dishes! The owner is incredibly welcoming and passionate about sharing the authentic flavors of Lebanon. He makes everything from scratch, including the marinated vegetables, a generous amount of za'atar, and high-quality ingredients, all for a very reasonable price (around €8). It's fresh, light, delicious, and incredibly tasty, so go for it!!!

28/08/2026: Impeccable food, service and atmosphere. Each dish is full of taste and precision, meticulously prepared and executed with elegance in taste. Other three star restaurants have dishes that compete with each other, but here, the chef paints a story, with a beginning, crescendo, climax and an ending, all in a very comprehensive way. The pigeon was so perfectly prepared and paired that the only way to describe it is that we tasted what was described at the restaurant scene in Matrix 2, ( if you know, you know). The wine pairing not only elevated each dish, but made each one complete. We look forward to returning soon!

The excellence of French gastronomy; from the dishes to the tableware, the setting, the service, the welcome... everything is superbly orchestrated, and the special care given to guests is exceptional. A huge thank you to Faustine, Celia, Chef Maxence Barbot, and his entire team—the cooks, the servers, all the staff... every note of the orchestra is played to perfection. I must also highlight the outstanding contribution Chef Barbot makes to his desserts. Having a sweet tooth, I am completely captivated by the performances he and his team deliver to this restaurant and its guests. I was already familiar with the Chef before Le Bristol, and it's a pleasure to rediscover him in a 3-Michelin-starred setting, especially at Le Bristol, where the attention to guests is truly exceptional!

02/09/2026: Very disappointed. The fries in the kebab were hard and seemed stale, as if they'd been reheated. The sandwich was mostly filled with fries, with very little meat. Frankly, it wasn't good at all and I wouldn't recommend it.

02/09/2026: I politely requested a refund for a coffee worth the equivalent of $9 Canadian, as it tasted like water. No problem, these things happen. But after being told that a refund was only given if the product was bad, I was literally told that it was "my problem" when I pointed out that it was. I don't usually leave this kind of review, but it was genuinely inconsiderate.
