25/07/2026: We live in Europe and dine out frequently, including at many restaurants throughout France. To say that we are very open to many variations on food preparation. We understand that mistakes happen in any kitchen. A single mistake would never have prompted us to write a review like this. Unfortunately, this was not one mistake. It was a complete breakdown in food quality, food safety, and judgment. The evening began well, but everything changed when we were served a raw chicken dish. We politely sent it back. Rather than preparing a fresh dish, the kitchen simply reheated the same chicken and returned it to us, cut exactly as we had left it. That is not an acceptable response to a raw chicken dish. Next, the croquettes arrived with toast that was almost entirely black from being burned. At that point, we had lost confidence in the kitchen and asked for the bill so we could leave. We were then told that six mini burgers were still coming. When they arrived, every burger was served extremely undercooked, with deep red, cool centers that none of us felt were safe to eat—especially after what had already happened with the chicken. By then, this no longer felt like a series of isolated mistakes. Every opportunity to regain our confidence was met with another unacceptable dish. After sending back the raw chicken, the quality of the food only became worse. Whether that was intentional or not, that is the impression we were left with, and it completely ruined what had started as a very enjoyable evening. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff remained courteous. However, politeness cannot compensate for repeated failures involving food safety. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable. Returning the same chicken after simply reheating it is even more concerning. Following that with burned food and burgers that were all severely undercooked left us with absolutely no confidence in the kitchen. This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we have had in France. ——— We live in Europe and eat out very regularly, including many excellent establishments in France. What bothered us most was the way things unfolded. Every time we tried to regain our trust, a new problem arose. By the end of the meal, we genuinely felt that our table wasn't receiving the same attention as the others. Whether this was intentional or not, that's the impression we left with, and it completely ruined an evening that had started so well. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff remained courteous. Unfortunately, this cannot compensate for the repeated issues with the quality of the food and, above all, the food safety.

25/07/2026: Incredible tapas and wine selection. Amazing service - engaging but relaxed and chilled vibe for what can only be described as some of the most exquisite tapas I've ever had. Whole family blown away by the barrata, tuna carpaccio and mini burgers - then came an incredible chocolate pudding and creme brûlée........as you may guess, i highly recommend this place!!

19/05/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant, with an acceptable background noise level. Regarding the food, there was only one problem: the octopus was cooked without any real flavor and had a "mushy" texture... not what one expects from grilled octopus (and no, people from Auvergne aren't used to eating "mushy" octopus... I'm from Auvergne myself...).

17/05/2026: The meat in their kebab is way too salty! It used to be better.

29/04/2026: We waited an hour for a kebab and a yufka meal, with an extra red cabbage that I didn't get but still paid for. The meat was cold, and the servers didn't even come to tell us it would take a while. The waitress was unpleasant and undiplomatic in her approach to customers. I've been going there for over 10 years. The previous management was much better. This is the last time I'll be going.

13/07/2026: We discovered this place by coincidence. It is located in a very cute village. The food is high quality and prices are reasonable.

10/07/2026: A wonderful lunch break in a lovely setting on the terrace. The dishes and desserts were delicious. Our 5-year-old daughter loved her children's menu. Special mention for the service, which was discreet, attentive, and very kind. Highly recommended!

13/07/2026: Very nice! Friendly welcome and good tapas! We had lunch there, just before the kitchen closed, and the welcome was pleasant with delicious tapas served. We went back for a drink and were again warmly welcomed. I recommend it.

06/07/2026: Don't miss it! Excellent cuisine, everything is homemade. A real treat for the taste buds, with fresh ingredients expertly prepared and presented. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We went twice during our family vacation. We ordered pan con tomate, ravioli, John Dory fillet, sea bass fillet with clams, and cocktails. A delight!

27/06/2026: Magnificent setting, top-notch service, classy but not at all intrusive. Your taste buds will discover exceptional flavors. For me, it was a trip down memory lane with the taste of Grandma's roast beef, served with raw beef and peanuts... I was in heaven... A fine selection of wines by the glass, with some wonderful discoveries perfectly matched and expertly recommended by the sommelier. Be warned, this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the price reflects that, but what an unforgettable experience!!!

19/06/2026: A perfect experience! We had a wonderful time at Dan B's last night. The welcome was warm and friendly, without being intrusive. A special thank you for accommodating my dietary preferences! Dishes that will stay with us forever: the famous oyster with carrot (an explosion of flavor), the horseradish iceberg lettuce with its pea coulis, the cucumbers, the langoustine, and the exceptional pre-dessert! We discovered surprising and always perfectly balanced flavors and combinations. Not to mention the magnificent view. We will definitely be back, depending on the season. 09/07/2026: Every year when I go to Colmar, I make sure to stop by for coffee, and this is a wonderful establishment that has maintained the same quality and taste without compromise. You can have a nice meal at their neighboring Anatolian restaurant and then enjoy your coffee here while having a pleasant conversation.

27/06/2026: The lady who was there tonight was kind, professional and caring. She has amazing people skills. I had the couronne de saison, a vegetable plate. One of the best things ever, and so light. My coworkers got different dishes (gazpacho, shrimp, lamb…) and everything looked incredible. You can really tell they use good quality products. Also the interior is extremely Parisian, but not touristy or fake/forced at all. There are two animals walking around: a cat and a dog. I recommend this place and will come back hopefully.

25/06/2026: We wandered in towards the end of our night for a glass of wine and stayed until closing. The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. We ordered a variety of cheeses and dessert. It was a very hot day so we were also happy for the fans & AC.
