06/02/2026: Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgusting. We ordered two cheeseburgers and coffee — and honestly, I regret it. The coffee tasted burnt and stale, like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Completely undrinkable. As for the burgers… they looked and tasted like someone had literally sat on them. Flat, messy, and cold. No care, no quality, no respect for customers. This was supposed to be fast food, not bad food. Never coming back.

06/02/2026: Very bad service, the machines don't work, you place your order and they don't give you a receipt, you ask for help to solve the problem and they ignore you, the cashier speaks Spanish but prefers to be rude and speak in French, bad manners, the young guy who serves directly ignores you.

21/01/2026: I just tried 5 self-service kiosks... All closed. As usual... Bye bye McDonald's. They told me to take an available kiosk... There weren't any. First of all, we don't pay for the service... We have to wait for a free kiosk to become available. Meanwhile, it's quiet in the kitchen. Maybe you'd like me to do your job. So I went downstairs to get a hamburger at Smash Up. It's good, cheap, friendly, and clean. There's even a complete meal deal for 10 euros with a movie ticket. Getting back to McDonald's... They're putting the kiosks out of service. Why? To limit the influx of customer orders. The boss will be thrilled. 😉

09/01/2026: A disastrous meal! The fries were cold and soggy. The Sprite was tasteless. 100% sparkling water! Thankfully, they agreed to change my drink. The waitress didn't even say hello. Avoid going there.

25/11/2025: I love Subway, but please update your hours. I arrived on a Saturday at 7 PM, and online it said Subway closes at 10 PM. As a result, I arrived, and it was closed. This happens very often, so please update your hours.

09/07/2025: Where to start? I wanted to please some teenagers, but the goal was not achieved due to the staff's SHOCKING lack of professionalism. I wanted to inform the head manager, who refused to come to our table. Pitiful.

11/12/2025: Whether it's busy or not, don't count on the staff's competence. One Happy Meal, but they forgot the book, forgot the fruit, no sauces, and forgot the chocolate topping on the McFlurry. If you're going to eat junk food, you might as well drive 40km to Burger King.

07/12/2025: A scandal. €42 for two. We ended up with a salad (three measly leaves topped with…nothing). The sandwiches were like toy food. So small I was looking for the toy because I was convinced I'd ordered a kids' meal. Luckily, I had a generous portion of eight fries… Seriously, either raise your prices or shrink your portions, but not both! I'm boycotting this chain from now on. And I advise you to do the same. That's the only way they'll get the message.

31/12/2025: I went to get some food during my lunch break. The waitress was talking to her colleague while I was placing my order, and when I wanted to eat my dessert, there was mold in it. Too late to go back as I was at work.

24/12/2025: I went to eat lunch on a Saturday with my family. And I was really disappointed!! Cold welcome, basic food. I ordered a ribeye steak with fries! The meat was greasy and tough!! 😤 Same for my family. And the staff weren't friendly at all! Especially the waitress; that woman should find another job.

28/08/2025: Good atmosphere, server quite pleasant overall. On the other hand, rosé is drunk chilled and not at room temperature. Despite our complaint, they just told us that the bottle was in the fridge and that there was nothing more they could do.

31/01/2026: Arrived at the end of service at 2pm, super responsive and very clean 👌 surprised that it was so calm and quiet considering how busy it was 👌

08/01/2026: My rating reflects my visit yesterday. The meat was fatty and had an unusual taste for McDonald's! There were four of us, and all four were sick after the meal! There were only five customers in the restaurant, and the McDonald's Croque Monsieur was forgotten! Although, it would be strange for McDonald's to have an order without a single forgotten item... what a shame! At the price of the meals, it would be good to pay attention to the quality, because there's nothing left to entice people to eat at your restaurant.

20/01/2026: I ordered a two-meat burger, got home, and received only one meat. It's great to pay for something you don't want, or maybe these people have no idea how to check our orders.

08/01/2026: Horrible! Cold food served, and when we complained at the register, they told us it was because of the heating. And that's just how it is, no other way. If they had been honest from the start, we wouldn't have bought what ended up in the bin. Plus, we had to pay an extra €0.18 for a Coke. This fast food restaurant is becoming a complete joke.

07/12/2025: I ordered at 6:41 PM, delivered at 7:20 PM. Too bad the Sunday cheese melted.

01/12/2025: "Come for the burgers, come back for afternoon tea." Definitely not. Neither for one nor the other, for that matter. One late afternoon, desperately needing to warm up (the temperature was below freezing), I decided to pop into this McDonald's and warm up with a hot chocolate served at the counter. A little moment of relaxation I really needed. There were hardly any customers. Absolutely no one at the drive-thru. Three customers inside had already been served. I ordered a hot chocolate at the kiosk (with a sugar packet because I didn't know if it was sweetened to begin with) and two small new chocolate treats (whose names I've forgotten). I grabbed my tray and sat down at a table, in a prominent spot. I waited almost 15 minutes. The employees weren't doing anything; there were no orders being processed except mine. Finally... The tray arrived... With a hot chocolate. That's it. No sooner had I sat down than the waitress was about to leave. I pointed out that the other part of my order was missing. Not that she'd made a mistake, mind you... but that something was "missing." She left with the tray, and therefore my chocolate, while I looked bewildered. I could have easily drunk it while I waited... She returned at least five minutes later with the same tray. My missing item... and a donut as a bonus. I blinked. I told her I hadn't ordered the donut. She looked at me, uncomprehending, and tried to check the details of my order on my receipt, which only contained my order number and payment information. Then she realized. She'd confused the donut... with the sugar packet. Yeah. She took the donut back and left. Need I mention that I never even saw that packet? Oh, and after all that, the chocolate was cold. Oh well, I was certainly warmed up. €7.50 for the experience. At least that taught me never to set foot there again...
