26/02/2026: Open from 9am to 5pm except Sundays at the moment, this lovely little classic kiosk offers a few dishes, drinks, and some desserts to eat in or take away. The croque monsieur and salad were very good and generous, as was the Charitea Red drink. Thank you!

27/01/2026: What a joy to have this kiosk for outdoor lunch in good weather. The food was excellent. The staff was very pleasant.

14/06/2026: I went there Saturday night at midnight to eat with friends. The state of the toilets was appalling; even though the restaurant was closing in two hours, such a state for restrooms is unacceptable.

23/05/2026: We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board for €13. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the quantity and quality: just a few slices of two different types of charcuterie and two pieces of cheese, served with stale bread. As an accompaniment, we received half a cherry tomato, a few salad leaves, and a small portion of butter (about 10g), which seemed rather meager for the price. A disappointing experience; we won't be returning.

01/03/2026: The showers and toilets are currently being renovated in containers outside. Only the cafes and the store are open. The lines are huge, but you can safely go there either in the morning or in the evening. 🌙 The renovations are apparently long-term, so keep that in mind when planning your weekend. Everything is working on the other side. If you're staying here, you can cross the bridge before the exit to the parking lot. There are gates everywhere, so you don't have to climb over the fence. Good luck.

24/12/2025: I was just lucky to stop by and park here, and I stayed there from December 24, 2025, to December 26, 2025. The girl at the checkout was great, polite and friendly, and the restrooms and showers were clean, which is why I love France. You can always find a parking spot. I recommend it.

03/06/2026: Hello, my name is Marine. We went to the McDonald's in Cholet Nord on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, with my son and my mother. After waiting more than 25 minutes for our order of almost €38 (which is already not the concept of fast food), our order arrived and all the burgers were cold. I went to the counter to politely complain, explaining that the sandwiches were cold despite the interminable wait. A person behind the counter, I imagine referring to the manager on duty that evening, became angry and violently threw the sandwich I was holding into the trash, then lashed out at the employee and me without any restraint. I find this unacceptable. After that, a charming young woman came back to take our entire order to redo it and apologized for what had just happened. I felt embarrassed for her, as she was doing everything to satisfy us, while the so-called manager didn't even have the honesty to come and apologize for her behavior in front of her own customers.

17/04/2026: A wonderful experience, a very warm and friendly welcome. The €20.90 set menu was excellent, nothing to complain about from starter to dessert. Not to mention the amazing homemade mashed potatoes and a fantastic chef!! I highly recommend it.

02/06/2026: It's too hot in McDonald's. The least they could do is install air conditioning during a heatwave like this; it was unbearable. I'm a mother with four children, so you can imagine I can't let my kids suffocate in this heat. It's a real shame because the staff are great and even the food is good, but something really needs to be done about the heat!

19/04/2026: Two éclairs: one coffee, one chocolate. Their size was ridiculous, so I thought they must be delicious… Quite the opposite! The choux pastry had no real texture, hadn't risen properly, and the éclairs were cut in half lengthwise. The pastry cream lacked consistency, and the chocolate and coffee flavor was very weak and underwhelming. In short, only the glaze was decent. I don't know the rest of their products, but they don't look appealing. Note: €3.20 (standard price)

15/10/2025: Six of us had dinner here last night and it was excellent. The soup, fish tartare, foie gras were lovely starters. The plats included salmon, lamb and chicken, all delicious. Dessert was a delicious chocolate construction and lavender crème brûlée. The waiter was very helpful with English descriptions of the dishes, chose some dishes for several of our party and had excellent wine recommendations. Service was quick and not cloying. And we relaxed after dessert finishing our wine without being bothered. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Malaucene and we’ve been to most of them. Would put this as one of the top three.
