Frankly, they're excellent in every way: the quality of the food, the taste, the cleanliness, and the service. Everything is always fresh and generous, and the service is top-notch. You can feel their dedication and passion. I recommend them without hesitation; they're a sure thing!

02/12/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and felt completely ripped off. From the start, we ordered two set menus, each including a dürüm, fries from the set menu, and a drink. Since the wait was long, we added an extra meat dish to the two set menus. Everything was very clear: two set menus plus an extra meat dish. When it came time to pay, the total displayed was €37.50, which was completely different from what we had ordered. Upon requesting a detailed receipt, we discovered that we had only been charged for one set menu, and then the rest was ordered à la carte: • a separate dürüm, • a meat dish, • and, most importantly, a portion of fries charged as a "dish of fries," when it was clearly the fries from the set menu, not a separate dish. The manager explained that, in his opinion, one of us "hadn't ordered a drink," and that because of this, the meal "didn't count as a set menu." However, we had explicitly ordered two set menus. To resolve the situation, we even offered to simply add a bottle of water to go so that the second meal would count as a set menu—which would have been the logical, honest, and immediate solution. He refused, claiming it was "too late" to reissue the receipt and that we should have specified what we were being charged for when we paid. This argument was completely absurd, since we had already clearly indicated when ordering that we wanted two set menus. In short, we paid €37.50 for two dürüm wraps, two portions of fries (included in the set menus), an extra meat dish, and a single drink. A completely disproportionate price for what should have been charged as two set menus plus one extra, nothing more. Not only was it far too expensive, but the refusal to correct the bill despite our request—even after we offered to add a drink to make it all right—leaves us with the distinct impression of a deliberate rip-off. We will not be returning and strongly advise against this establishment.

03/02/2026: This is unfortunately the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced in France. It's shameful, both during the week and on weekends: the dining area isn't clean, orders are incorrect, the wait is endless, and the food is often cold. The organization seems nonexistent, and the staff is overwhelmed. It's a shame because the chain is usually reliable elsewhere. From Altkirch, I go to the McDonald's in Lutterbach because I'm never disappointed! Even with Uber Eats, there are always mistakes, and they never give me sauce, even when I pay for it! I really hope the situation improves!

08/12/2025: Honestly, not bad, but nothing special. It's not something that will fill you up, so I don't know if it's worth the money. Personally, I won't be back. You can try it yourself: the meat is good. I had the Turkish bread, and frankly, it's very small—you finish it in five bites, and I'm not a big eater, I'm quite skinny. Overall, it's a good restaurant: the welcome is warm, the people are friendly, and the service is quick. It's usually less than 10 minutes, so there you go.

20/01/2026: Hello. I was disappointed with my lunch. The piece of beef wasn't very thick, so I left feeling hungry. I've had much more substantial portions. However, it was cooked perfectly and the meat was lovely and flavorful. As for dessert… a Norman apple tart with a scoop of ice cream that was anything but appetizing. The fruit was waterlogged and the pastry… I'll try a different dish next time, and we'll see if this is my last visit.
