The excellence of French gastronomy; from the dishes to the tableware, the setting, the service, the welcome... everything is superbly orchestrated, and the special care given to guests is exceptional. A huge thank you to Faustine, Celia, Chef Maxence Barbot, and his entire team—the cooks, the servers, all the staff... every note of the orchestra is played to perfection. I must also highlight the outstanding contribution Chef Barbot makes to his desserts. Having a sweet tooth, I am completely captivated by the performances he and his team deliver to this restaurant and its guests. I was already familiar with the Chef before Le Bristol, and it's a pleasure to rediscover him in a 3-Michelin-starred setting, especially at Le Bristol, where the attention to guests is truly exceptional!

20/07/2026: I went there last night. Frankly, I wasn't impressed. I asked for extra meat, but it seemed like just one extra slice; there was no difference compared to the other kebabs I ordered. If you're really hungry, I wouldn't recommend it. It might fill up a 10-year-old... but definitely not an adult. The good thing? I didn't get sick. That's something, at least. Goodbye.

02/06/2026: The advantage is that they're open on Mondays...friendly service, good food, however the entertainment (the entertainer) was very average...I won't say more. I've been there several times, hoping it would be better, but oh well...and I only go for a drink. I eat there and so on, but now, I'm not likely to go back, and neither are some of my friends...

From the very first minute, everything was perfect: a beautiful ambiance, a warm welcome, incredibly friendly and attentive service, and of course, cuisine that truly delights. The dishes are not only beautifully presented, but their flavors are on a completely different level. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced aromas, and creative cuisine that still manages to be pleasantly down-to-earth. Every course was a real experience – you can immediately tell that the food is cooked with passion and skill. We were particularly impressed that, despite the sophisticated cuisine, the atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed and not at all stuffy. This combination is precisely what makes the visit so special. For us, it's a clear 5-star recommendation and a must-visit in Calais! ❤️ Anyone who enjoys truly excellent food should absolutely not miss this restaurant. We would come back anytime – and Le Grand Bleu will definitely be on our list again on our next visit to Calais! ... Thank you so much for this wonderful evening and the fantastic food! 🇫🇷❤️

04/08/2026: I want to give a huge thank you to the Columbus staff; they were incredible. A woman had been followed for 20 minutes, so we went into Columbus. When he came in after us, they quickly realized the problem, helped us, and told him to leave. So, a huge thank you to you all. Also, the white chocolate milkshake and the speculoos milkshake are absolutely delicious, perfect for a hot day.

11/08/2026: I occasionally come to your establishment for coffee with my daughter and sit on the terrace, and I've never had a problem before. Today, I arrived and found the awning only half-closed, with the chairs still in place. So, I settled down peacefully with my daughter. A member of staff then asked me to stand up because you were closing. What really surprised me was that another customer was seated on the other side, and no one asked them anything. I also found the situation rather strange: the staff member already had their bag in hand, seemed to have finished their shift and was about to leave, then came over with a cloth to clean the table. If you wanted to close the terrace, why was the awning only half-closed, and why were the chairs still in place? And most importantly, why not apply the same rule to all customers? It wasn't having to leave that bothered me, but rather the way it was handled and the feeling of not being treated like everyone else. I simply hope that in the future, customers will be welcomed and treated in the same way, with respect and courtesy.

13/08/2026: An excellent restaurant in Cauterets! We had a wonderful time at Pintxoak. The food is truly homemade, generous, and full of flavor, with expertly prepared ingredients. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert! The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This restaurant is definitely worth discovering and one you'll want to return to. I highly recommend Pintxoak without hesitation! A fantastic find!
