Furthermore, we ordered scallops for Christmas with rice at €15 a portion. The result was pieces of scallops with undercooked rice that was far too salty. Very disappointed. I just returned to my favorite restaurant where the service is impeccable. The waitress is very friendly and welcoming, and the waiter is lovely too. The prices have gone up again, which might be acceptable if the service had kept pace… I ordered extra noodles, but they were served separately on a plate, without any additional broth. As a result, I quickly ended up with a dry and unbalanced ramen. Even worse, despite several requests, no one was willing to add more broth. It's a shame, because the concept is good, but the customer experience clearly leaves much to be desired.

07/12/2025: This place is great if you want to eat classic, well-proportioned, and delicious ramen. But here's the thing. Be warned. It's really well-proportioned. Compared to other ramen shops, you don't feel overly full after your meal. There's always a little room left for dessert. It's true that they could do a bit more work on the saltiness of the broth. It didn't bother me too much, but objectively, it's a little too salty. And finally, I absolutely love your dessert with the matcha ice cream. The best dessert in the world!

17/04/2026: The place is very cute and the concept is interesting, which makes the experience promising at first glance. However, the welcome was very disappointing. We were greeted by the owner, who barely said hello and had a rather unfriendly attitude. When I asked about a bottle, I clearly felt like I was bothering him. Furthermore, there's a €15 surcharge per bottle for service, but it's practically nonexistent: I had to refill my own glass throughout the tasting. The overall impression is cold and unwelcoming. It's a shame, because it discouraged us from staying for the charcuterie boards, and we opted instead to go to a warmer establishment in Mougins.
