10/08/2026: Appalling service, incredibly unpleasant staff who don't accept cards for purchases over €3. A real joke of a café! Only regulars seem to be treated properly. For everyone else, just keep walking. It's a real shame for Troyes' image. The owner is unpleasant.

07/08/2026: RUN AWAY!! I don't understand why this establishment is still open, the "owner" yells at customers when they refuse to withdraw from the ATM so that the establishment avoids the bank fees of the POS terminal (€25 for 2 measly beers, there's no shortage of profit margin) It's deplorable.

02/09/2026: I regularly buy a BLT for my lunch break. The menu says whole wheat bread. At over €6 a sandwich, imagine my surprise when I opened mine to find white bread. From now on, I'll buy from the competition who don't hide behind a counter...

11/08/2026: Not much in the bagel...very average coleslaw...guys making burgers without gloves behind the till...old-fashioned dishes...

14/09/2026: Absolutely terrible, disgusting, no table service, everything is broken, and there are cockroaches in the middle of the room.

14/09/2026: Noisy, long wait, foul smells, no table service, grumpy waiters, incomplete orders, tables cleaned with a dirty cloth. The self-service kiosks are frequently out of order. However, I highly recommend the Maxi Best Of menu with the nine chicken nuggets—a pure delight!

02/07/2026: Had a coffee in the middle of traffic, cars, trams, but you get used to it, I admit the countryside is much better ♥️

05/04/2026: This change of management is unbelievable. The brunette woman is very unpleasant. She shouts at people and is rude to the few staff members who are there. The gentleman isn't friendly but is very polite. There's no kitchen, the toilets are dirty, and the photos in the tobacco shop are of the previous owners. It used to be something else. A disgrace for a business.

18/09/2026: There's always something wrong at this McDonald's. They're missing burgers from my order. They're out of sauce even though I paid for it. It's annoying.

18/09/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats on the evening of the 16th, but the drinks and sauces were missing, so I was slightly disappointed. Nuggets without the Deluxe sauce... no chance of a tropical island getaway. But apart from that, overall it was pretty good, even if it lacked a little something to make each bite more satisfying!

20/09/2026: Stopped at this McDonald’s in Fagnières while travelling through the area and had a really good experience. The restaurant is conveniently located at the Centre Commercial Leclerc, so it’s an easy place to stop if you’re shopping or passing through. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. My order was prepared fresh, everything was hot, and it was exactly what I expected from McDonald’s. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to sit. There is plenty of interior and outdoor seating as well as a very well maintained kids place structure. There’s also a drive-through. I also liked the convenient location and the parking available around the shopping centre. Overall, it was a pleasant stop during our travels in France, and I would happily come back if I’m in Fagnières again.

10/09/2026: Avoid at all costs; there are always errors in the orders. I'm really disappointed.

04/07/2026: Both my wife and I have our own Marriott accounts and neither of us could log-in to access the Wi-Fi so we had to go to the front desk for an access code. It works but not well, Wi-Fi would frequently go off the Internet, so if you’re going to Paris on business, consider going to a hotel with better internet. Aside from that, the rooms were clean but small and the air conditioning works, which is more than I can say for other hotels in Europe. I found the Wi-Fi to be so bad that I simply tethered my phone to 5G and found that was the only way to reliably access the Internet.

27/06/2026: 0-10 WORST hotel ever! After a very long travel day, we arrived at the hotel and left our bags at the front desk after attempting to check in, as our rooms weren’t ready. We waited over an hour to check in after returning, the lobby was very crowded and all the staff at the front desk was extremely slow. To make matters worse, one of our bags that we had left “secured” with the front desk, was found unattended in the lobby. It wasn’t placed in the storage room with the rest of our bags. This is extremely irresponsible and incompetent, and we didn’t even get one apology from the staff. Furthermore, they proceeded to tell us one of our rooms was STILL not ready after waiting to check in for over an hour. This is most definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. I have never had such a HORRIBLE hotel experience in my life, which is a shame as our reservation was made under a Marriot Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum member account. Absolutely inexcusable.

11/09/2026: The sandwich was perfectly assembled, and the service was excellent!

04/09/2026: I was hungry and I love Subway. Combine the two and I ended up here! The server was polite and smiling. My sandwich was ready very quickly (I got it to go). It was tasty and generously filled. I recommend it.

20/09/2026: Order received within 5 minutes of payment. Nothing was forgotten, and the staff were young and friendly.

18/09/2026: Absolutely terrible. I got food poisoning there… definitely avoid it!

04/09/2026: Great place with a lovely manager. I ordered for four and spilled a beer, but the manager gave me a new one without charging me extra. The loyalty card is very worthwhile. In short, a great bar.

13/08/2026: A complete disaster, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The first time I went, I thought it was a hidden camera prank, so I went back a second time… Let's start with the toilets: absolute filth. Dirt, nauseating, even foul odors, deplorable hygiene… You literally feel like you're walking into a place that hasn't been cleaned in centuries. At this point, it's not even a toilet anymore, it's a blatant disregard for hygiene standards. You leave feeling like you need a complete disinfection. But the worst part is the staff, and especially the owner!! Unbelievably aggressive, with total contempt for the customer and an absolutely detestable attitude. They should send Etchebest after him, or rather, I'd say Pascal the Big Brother; he needs a good talking to. I'll repeat what we heard, with absolutely no politeness or professionalism, not even a "hello" or a "fuck off": "Who's paying?" "Not a chance." "Don't even think about it." It's clear that his only goal is to take your money and expect the customer to just shut up. No welcome, no courtesy, no consideration: only hostility. He's sulking. The guy's completely wasted and high!!! Professionalism is practically nonexistent. Everything makes you want to leave: the restrooms, the atmosphere, and especially the staff's attitude. I gave them a second chance, but it was even worse, and I'm warning you, I'll never go back!! It's probably the worst bar I've ever been to. A sanitary abyss. A festival of contempt. A catastrophic atmosphere. Lamentable service. What's even more worrying are the numerous customer testimonials describing particularly bad experiences at this establishment. And when you read the owner's responses, the picture isn't exactly reassuring: instead of being professional or simply listening to the criticism, he responds with astonishing aggression and resentment, like a man incapable of tolerating the slightest self-doubt. His replies reek of contempt, pettiness, and a truly staggering arrogance. This clearly proves that this guy is completely high on drugs and fueled by beer (which isn't even good, by the way). If you're looking for a clean, pleasant place that respects its customers: go there immediately. One star, and even that's generous. If I could give it zero, I would. Avoid it at all costs!

19/04/2026: I wanted to leave a review, given the rather low rating for this restaurant. We stopped by for a takeaway pizza, and the woman was very friendly and willing to prepare it even though it was still early. The pizza was very good, with just the right amount of toppings, and ready in 15 minutes—no complaints at all. We'll definitely be back!

16/04/2026: Avoid this place! The restaurant is filthy inside. We couldn't find the ingredients in our salad. Shameful! Too expensive for one piece of tomato and two pieces of chicken. The service was so-so.

16/08/2026: Not clean at all. Unsanitary in the basement dining area and restrooms. Damaged furniture. Very bad experience and disappointed with this McDonald's.

11/08/2026: It's a McDonald's that's falling apart. The sofas are disgusting. The staff is very nice.

01/09/2026: 🚨 A MUST-SEE AT DOMINO'S PIZZA! The Cannibal? A disaster: ketchup, burnt and dry beef, a few crumbs of chicken… a tasteless and frankly disgusting pizza. Two of us ate it, and we both got sick afterward. Coincidence or not, it's seriously baffling. I'm not usually picky, but this is without a doubt one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.

31/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SHAME ON DOMINOS FRANCE!! This Domino's has become Halal, forcing us to eat pizzas without bacon or ham!! We are in France; we should be free to eat what we want, not forced to eat it for some religion! It was already disastrous before, but now it's the last straw!

03/07/2026: The Chamonix Valley isn't cheap, and that's fine and well-known, but this restaurant really takes the cake. A cup of coffee from a cheap vending machine (and very poor quality) will cost you 5 euros. A draft beer 7.60, etc. The setting is beautiful, but the prices aren't okay for what you get. And to use the toilet, you have to go to the cable car...
