17/06/2026: Excellent restaurant with a magnificent view. Try the hake with truffles. Warm welcome and very friendly service. Difficult to access by car.

18/05/2026: The dinner and spa were of very high quality. We had a wonderful time both in the spa and at the restaurant. I highly recommend it for relaxing.

26/05/2026: Unfortunately, this hotel is not ready for prime time and not worth the price that it claims. We stayed here for 1 night and were extremely disappointed by this being open and only half finished. This hotel lacks charm and character, it's empty and cold. The power went out 30 min into our stay and the pool is not open despite it being 100°+ F. The concierge tried their best to make up for all of the shortfalls (and were lovely) but this was a poor choice by management to reopen too soon.

25/05/2026: My last visit was at the end of April/beginning of May. I come to this establishment from time to time. I understand that given how busy it is, it can be hard to find a table, but to have the waiter tell me, "What can I do? There are no tables, there are no tables! You should have come earlier..." My partner wasn't exactly thrilled and wanted to tell him privately that if you talk to people like that, you have to take responsibility. (I think the waiter's name was Nathanael or something like that. He wasn't very tall.) Luckily, the security guard saw that my partner was upset and intervened before anything happened between him and this incredibly rude waiter. The bouncer calmed my friend down by speaking to him politely and calmly. He even found us a table when the waiter hadn't even looked for one, and he grabbed a waitress on the fly to take our order. It's still crazy that it was a guy who wasn't a waiter who had to do what was necessary to satisfy a customer. By the way, thanks to the waitress with glasses who was very kind. In any case, we like to come from time to time, but from now on we avoid the waiter who spoke rudely to us, we always make sure to thank the bouncer for his kindness and professionalism, and we try to be served by the young lady with glasses. Otherwise, apart from this incident, it's a very nice establishment.

26/11/2025: A very nice place. Warm and the food is very, very good. That said, it's a little spicy. Perhaps offer pepper on the side. Otherwise, it's great.

13/07/2026: Excellent time! We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, the service was impeccable, and the team was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was simply amazing; we felt completely at ease from beginning to end. Honestly, everything was perfect! We were at table number 15 and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening!

06/07/2026: Big mistake... We'd barely arrived when we were yelled at for wanting to use the restroom. The staff seemed completely lost; even they didn't understand what they were doing there. There was no way to eat in peace as a family; they were constantly at our table—maybe they wanted to sit with us after all... As for the food... Burnt nuggets, frozen pizza, and a poke bowl that makes me nauseous just thinking about it (suspicious salmon, hot rice, rock-hard avocado, and a sauce that burns my stomach). For dessert, a vanilla cone for the kids—no choice—and for the adults, it was either fromage blanc or chocolate mousse. (Chocolate mousse that you can see in the fridge when you go to the bathroom. It's yogurt mousse that you can find for €2.35 for 8 pots at Super U. Added with a generous amount of whipped cream, just for show.) We paid €90 for 4 people: 2 children, 2 adults, and frankly, I feel ripped off because we arrived on an empty stomach and left still hungry, plus diarrhea. I'm giving it 1 star because I have to, but otherwise the toilets were clean, although the flush was broken.

14/06/2026: We stopped for a drink with some friends; there were only six of us on the terrace. The waiter (bartender) seemed more interested in washing glasses than in greeting the customers. We had to go see the manager after a 10-minute wait to get a drink. We ordered a Coke and an Orangina (bottles already open) plus a beer with a very bitter taste. I absolutely do not recommend this place. We received better service and a warmer welcome elsewhere. Simply put, we won't be back.

09/05/2026: We were here with a motorcycle group for a short break (weekend). Good, quiet location, clean rooms, good, plentiful breakfast, and very, very nice hosts. We highly recommend it. We'd gladly come back. 🍀

05/05/2026: I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The atmosphere at La Madeleine is both warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to the owner, Arthur, for his kindness and helpfulness, as well as to his entire team. As for the food, the dishes are always excellent. Go without hesitation!

08/05/2026: We stopped by today, and what a pleasant surprise! Home-style cooking prepared with exceptional skill. We ordered three different dishes, and everything was perfect. The location is ideal for both truckers and tourists, and the welcome was warm. There are plenty of options for seating, both inside and out. A must-try! Plus, the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous! Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness.

16/05/2026: A lovely hotel with charm. The entrance area/lobby is cozy, ideal for relaxing with a drink. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are good. The rooms are functionally furnished, although the hallway outside is rather dark. Parking is available upon request, just a few minutes away. The reception staff were very friendly.

05/05/2026: Hotel in a quiet city center. The 4-star rating doesn't seem justified to me. Bathroom needs updating, bedding is worn, and breakfast is minimal.

21/06/2026: It took more then one hour to get our food. They said they had missplaced the order.

20/06/2026: Excellent service. Stella gave us a wonderful welcome, with a special touch that was particularly appreciated for our birthday. Since the restaurant changed chefs a few years ago, I can confirm that the quality remains consistently high. Good food enhanced by warm service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you also for the wine recommendations. We will be back!
