11/08/2024: ATTENTION my husband and I asked for a board…. our eyes popped out of our sockets when we saw the note 😳😳😳😳😳😳€54 for a board, if it’s not a scam, what is it? I will never set foot in this bar again

08/08/2024: Very nice staff and good but not very good food. I ordered the "Gourmand" for breakfast: baguette with jam, a hot drink and fresh orange juice. Everything was perfect, but a bit expensive for €8. I also ordered extra pancakes, you get four small pancakes, which unfortunately really didn't taste good. Almost tasteless and above all an intense baking powder taste. Therefore only 4 stars for the food. However, the location is beautiful right in the city center and the staff is very friendly, so definitely not worse than 4 stars overall.

10/11/2024: A serious reception problem which has as much to do with a lack of good manners as with the desire to serve. Add to that a barely passable sandwich (we see that they don't eat their own sandwich!). Inexperience sometimes has its charm but obviously no manager has taught them their job and it shows. I regret stopping there and will not return there again.

07/07/2026: We stay here often, and it is always very satisfactory. The staff are great, very helpful and efficient.

26/03/2026: We travel regularly between south west France and norther England with our dog and find this Ibis and the staff a perfect stay for us. The restaurant is nice as well

23/09/2024: Le personel est très accueillant les spécialités locales y sont proposés j y ai passé un agréable moment J y ai découvert la carbonade flamande Malgré une arrivée tardive j ai ete très bien accueilli

19/09/2024: A fuir !!!! Passez votre chemin, quiche immangeable servie froide aucune saveur, de l’industriel congelé. Une poignée de salade servie n’importe Comment. Vue l’ ampleur du désastre nous n’avons pas testé les déserts. Problème d’ hygiène, nous avons tous été malades. Patron très désagréable!

13/06/2024: Accueil et service chaleureux, le fish & chips maison est vraiment délicieux - l’un des meilleurs que l’on ait pu manger - il n’a rien à envier à ceux que l’on peut déguster dans les pays anglo saxons ! Vins, bières et desserts sont également à la hauteur du plat, bref on recommande vivement, merci encore ! :)

04/06/2024: No me extraña nada que esté cerrado. Nunca he recibido un trato con tan mala educación como en este sitio. Es una gran pena porque es un sitio céntrico y bonito que invita a entrar.

23/11/2025: A magnificent dinner at La Table du Connétable: a sublime and subtle moment, with exquisite and refined cuisine. Each dish was a true delight, combining sophistication and originality in an elegant and intimate setting. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff made this mother-son tête-à-tête exceptional, every detail reflecting remarkable care. We spent an excellent, memorable, and delightful evening in an exquisite atmosphere where everything is designed to please the senses and the heart.
