09/12/2023: A little disappointed with the menu. The carp gougeonnettes were a little bland, lacking in seasoning! Ditto frogs….. chicken dish with morel sauce and entrecôte it was ok but lacked flavor too. the ice cream desserts from the Alps: good but hey everyone knows…. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly. The value for money is a little expensive...139 euros for 3 without aperitifs, only a pitcher of white and rosé wine.

12/11/2023: A very good address that we are delighted to have discovered, The service is a little long but the culinary level makes us forget this detail... We started with an appetizer offered on our arrival (foie gras crème brûlée) Then we took the menus at 30th As a starter, choice between terrine or carp goujonettes with tartar sauce. The 2 dishes are validated 😊 served with green salad and grated carrots Then, choice between part of Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank. Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious ! The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections! And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other A very good time spent at this address. Possibility of eating Bresse chicken and frogs. We will come back !

25/03/2026: Everything was delicious! The menu was incredibly extensive, with both galettes and crepes. We tried both. The staff was friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

19/07/2024: Une petite carte avec des produits frais et très bien cuisiné! Le personnel était super agréable. Le lieu est bien situé et surtout avec des places à l’ombre. Nous recommandons !

12/07/2024: This was our first visit to this restaurant after several disappointing dining experiences in Cassis. Service was good and the food very fresh and reasonably priced. I’ve attached photos of the restaurant location and the menu. We had the salad with tomato’s and buratta and the daurade fish. All very good.

25/11/2024: Excellent restaurant. La viande est succulente. Pommes de terre sautées délicieuses. Service très sympathique. Cadre très agréable et ambiance chaleureuse.

21/10/2024: Quel bonheur de retrouver yaya, doudou, clément et Delphine pour un voyage gustatif exceptionnel dans une ambiance conviviale digne d'un restaurant qui se veut à contre-pied de l'attrape touriste du milieu rochelais. Cette rue en retrait du fabuleux port aux deux tours en fait un environnement idéal aux découvertes proposées par les deux chefs cités plus haut. L'accueil y est irréprochable et la qualité des menus, des entrés jusqu'au desserts en passant par les viandes et fromages exposés en vitrine en font à nos sens un établissement incontournable pour les puristes. Un seul mot: bravo et à très vite!

14/08/2024: Service rapide, accueil agréable , repas excellent, bon rapport qualité prix, des journées à thèmes comme le jour des pizzas à 10€ !

12/03/2024: Le jeudi soir 7 mars 2024, nous attendions derrière une autre personne afin de nous voir attribuer une table. Ayant terminé avec la personne devant nous, à notre grande surprise, la jeune femme du restaurant s'est rendue derrière le comptoir pour continuer à y travailler. Après quelques minutes, ma femme s'est rendue au comptoir. Ce n'est qu'après avoir insisté et dit bonjour à plusieurs reprises qu'elle a regardé ma femme. Ma femme lui dit : "Nous avons une réservation pour 3 personnes". La réponse fut surprenante : "P..t..n". Et elle a continué ce qu’elle faisait. L'homme à côté a alors pris le relais. Mon envie de souper dans Les Marmottes était déjà passé. Lorsqu'il ne trouvait pas ma réservation, il a suggéré que nous nous installions à une table qui avait été réservée plus tard, mais qu'il fallait se dépêcher. Nous avons refusé et nous sommes allés manger - savoureux, moins cher et dans un cadre très agréable - dans notre hôtel 4 étoiles. En plus, voyant que les tables étaient entassées les unes sur les autres, on se demandaient comment les gens font pour se lever sans bousculer tout le monde autour d'eux. Et manger dans un resto et payer cher en étant assis sur une chaise de jardin en plastique, ça non plus, j'en ai pas envie. A éviter.

12/07/2026: It was perfect. The food and service were excellent, all in a pleasant setting. I will definitely return.

02/04/2026: The welcome was warm, the meal was perfect, a very beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: Delighted to have found this hotel on the occasion of its reopening, well located, right in the centre, very friendly welcome.

25/05/2026: This is a very nice little affordable hotel run by an incredible woman who is very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure that we had bikes we could borrow, even though they weren’t quite ready for the bike season (the weather went from very cold to very hot in one week!) it is a nice location near Chantilly, and very convenient to the Charles de Gaulle airport (just 20 minutes away). Chantilly Palace and horse museum are worth the trip! This area is also surrounded by forest, so makes for a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Stay here if you want convenience but don’t want to spend a lot of money on the expensive Château hotels in the area.

17/03/2026: Place is very nice, old building but everything is very clean. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and has good quality, but price was a bit expensive and service was a bit to nervous and to stressful, my opinion. In general all ok, enough parking for free, 20min from airport.
