The dishes were delicious, refined, and superbly presented—a true feast for the eyes and taste buds. You could feel the passion behind every bite. A very special mention to the chef, who successfully combined creativity, finesse, and generosity. A true talent! 👨‍🍳✨ And what about the service? The servers were exemplary in their professionalism: cheerful, attentive, efficient, yet discreet. They greatly contributed to the success of the evening. As a guest, I was impressed by the quality of the service. An exceptional culinary experience that I recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the entire team, and thank you.

04/05/2026: I booked a two night stay for a group of antique dealers travelling in the area. The customer service, the people and the stay was fabulous.

20/06/2024: Galettes tout simplement délicieuses ! Un petit bonus avec le cocktail "ré fresh" On adore !! L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux. Le calme de l'autre côté du port est appréciable. On recommande !

02/07/2026: Superb hotel! The room was very comfortable and spacious, the sheets smelled lovely, the bathroom had a bathtub, and the towels were high quality. The meal was excellent; the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which isn't a buffet. But at 30 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

16/06/2026: Hotel situated in a pleasant setting between a lake and a forest. Spacious room, comfortable bedding. Outdated decor that's starting to show its age... Dinner was average. Expensive for the price. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

04/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere. Delicious ice cream. Excellent value for money. The platter with salmon, ham, and cheese was very tasty. We sat on a terrace with a lovely view of the square with other restaurants. We brought our dog along. The service was incredibly friendly. They immediately brought our dog water without even asking.

02/09/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant in the square, enjoying the live music. The food was average (burgers and pinsa), but the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant evening, and the cocktails were also good.

02/06/2024: El hotel y el restaurante carecen de higiene, está todo sucio. La calidad de la comida es nefasta, completamente desaconsejable. Se aprovechan de la ubicación y de los turistas. Los otros hoteles y restaurantes de la zona son mucho mejores.

04/04/2024: We couldn’t get into three of the restaurants further up the road, but La Flambee had lots of empty tables. Perhaps that tells you something. Anyway, we were persuaded by the lovely open wood fired pizza oven. What a mistake. I ordered the “tonnarelli a la sauce tomate guancialle”. It arrived incredibly quickly. The tonnarelli was very under-cooked and very hard to bite through. There was hardly any meat: it was gristly and chewy. A very poor meal. My wife had a pizza. Soggy bottom and the “toppings” placed in piles rather than spread over the pizza: she had to rearrange them. Against my better judgment I also ordered a tirimasu. It was not very nice at all; a nasty mousse poured over some stale biscuit. I have had much better tiramisu from my local supermarket. We had a good bottle of Valipolicello. I mentioned to the waitress that the tonnarelli was not cooked properly. No apology, no recompense. If you can get in anywhere else, I would recommend that you do NOT go to this restaurant.
