03/11/2024: Monday October 28 I went there to eat something before hitting the road again and I saw a disgruntled couple complaining and getting angry with good reason because the young waitress lacked empathy regarding their the disability of the woman who had difficulty walking, she told them things like this is not a supermarket here, she was condescending

17/07/2024: Visit this lunchtime, quite appetizing menu of the day. The problem was that the plates weren't there at all. Products obviously vacuum-packed only reheated, it is not at all worth the twenty euros charged per menu, we even canceled the desserts because we were disgusted by what we had just eaten. Extremely disappointed, we will not return and do not recommend this place at all.

11/07/2024: Today we ate and spent a very long afternoon. We were a group of over forty people. We had a pleasant welcome. The meal could rival a gourmet one. The staff are smiling, fast and attentive. The atmosphere and decor, great!!! Thank you for your kindness.

15/09/2024: Lieu splendide, vue exceptionnelle, plats excellents avec des saveurs incroyables. Quelques déficiences dans le service (eau et pain non suivis), trop long (4h à table), avec un chien pénible à la table voisine. Dommage car ça reste quand même incomparable !

12/09/2024: Le lieu est agréable et le service de qualité. En revanche et c'est devenu l'usage chez les étoilés aucun choix possible, chacun est obligé de choisir le même menu et oui le client n'est plus roi. Mais le pire est que ni mon épouse ni moi n'avons prit du plaisir sur aucun des plats. Beaucoup trop d'epices qui altère le gout (gingembre, piment entre autre) un petit cube de viande presque imangeable (gout prononcé de fumé et de sel) en face de nous une dame agéé faisant triste mine en tentant d'avaler une bouchée de cette même viande ! Bref cela ressemble plus à de la chimie qu'a de la cuisine

08/09/2024: Après un séjour d'une semaine sur le Monêtier j'ai pu faire plusieurs restaurants du village, dans sa gamme, celui-ci vaut le détour, de la gastronomie à prix abordable, ambiance détendue, service en salle discret et efficace comme il se doit, chef passionné, je vous le conseille fortement si vous passez dans la région, pour 59 euros (menu 5 services) vous pourrez vivre une expérience culinaire que je pense rare à ce prix,

29/06/2024: Di passaggio per visitare i castelli della Loira abbiamo pernottato a Lapalisse scegliendo questa struttura sia come hotel - semplice ma confortevole - che come ristorante. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentile accoglienza, dalla genuinità dei prodotti offerti, per esempio il patè con ottima composta di cipolle o la morbidissima entrecote, e dal rapporto prezzo/qualità

18/08/2024: This is a really lovely little restaurant bursting with charm and character, and much nicer than many of the larger and more commercial options at the mountain top. There's only one option on the regular menu but it is a good one - potato fritters, with dried meat and some very interesting locally made cheeses, and a small salad. The food was excellent. The tiny kitchen and very small menu mean you may struggle a bit if you have dietary restrictions, but if you are happy with local cheeses and meats you can't go wrong here. It's a very small place, maybe 20 seats inside and a similar number outside, and the inside with its open kitchen and cosy fireplace very much has the feel of a family house rather than a restaurant. On the terrace you have amazing views, and the accompaniment of the bells of the herd of cows who live in the field next door. Service is friendly and personable, and we were also offered a digestif on the house at the end of the meal. It's maybe a 15 minute walk from the Mont d'Arbois cable car, a bit further than the most of the other options - but overall it is well worth the detour.

17/08/2024: Secluded and quiet place. Great to rest and relax. You have the town 2 minutes by car. The spacious and cozy rooms. The treatment of the person in charge was great. Friendly and kind.

03/11/2024: Un très bon lieu pour se restaurer rapidement dans la Cité de Carcassonne et se poser un peu durant la visite. Large choix de paninis et sandwich , crêpes et gaufres. Une petite terrasse intérieure, quelques places assises à l’intérieur également. Accueil et service à la fois sympathique et efficace. En résumé, un bon choix !

02/11/2024: Très bon endroit pour déguster des crêpes salées sucrées ou des gaufres. Les ingrédients sont de bonne qualité, les gaufres croustillantes, l’accueil chaleureux. L’arrière cour est un endroit agréable pour déjeuner. Bref je recommande.

10/09/2024: Nice discovery a few meters from my home. Family management, courteous service, generous portion, fair price, shady location. The fish & chips and crumble were very good! The only downside could be the noise because the Max Barel roundabout is trafficked I will definitely go back
